I have no problems at all with Little Acorns. All staff are friendly, my child loves all of them, emails are responded to quickly, and I can see that my child has learnt a lot while being there.

The care taken by the toddler team to ensure my child has an enjoyable experience is commendable. They know her likes, dislikes and how to ensure growth in her learning. Handovers are always clear and concise so I'm up to date with everything. My daughter's speaking, counting, colours and reading have all come on really well lately due to the team's keen determination. Job well done.

I would recommend this establishment despite some of the issues due to the quick response to change.

On the whole, the nursery has provided good care for my children. I have one child remaining there and he loves it and is always so happy when I pick him up. The staff always come across really friendly and are still always so welcoming to my older children too.

I am really happy with the nursery, my daughter has made some great connections with the staff which allows her to feel happy during her time at the nursery. The nursery offers lots of activities which is lovely to see through the updates I receive, they range from lots of messy play to reading time. Having a key person for your child is great for discussing their development and how that is included through time at nursery and home. Both my children have attended this nursery and both of them are very happy which is my main priority and my eldest enjoys visiting now she attends school. Very happy! Lovely staff! Highly recommend.

The staff have always aimed to get to know him and he has developed so many key skills with them which really helps at home.

I have been so happy with how Little Acorns have looked after my daughter. She has been attending nursery for almost a year now- I was really apprehensive about her starting but the staff have taken such good care of her, and have really helped her grow and develop and when I pick her up she’s so happy and chats to me enthusiastically about her day. I’ve always felt that the staff really care for her and are fond of her, rather than just being another child. When we drive past Little Acorns on non-nursery days she points and laughs. She really loves her nursery days and I’m so grateful to all the staff who have been part of that.

Overall, I feel that more could be done to improve this nursery. The building itself is very old and urgently requires modernisation and a lot of the equipment also needs replacing. Considering the extortionate monthly nursery fees, I get the feeling that this place is struggling financially. The majority of staff are friendly and welcoming. However, our child doesn't seem to like going there. This has been the case since they started. I'd like to see a brighter, more modern and more energetic environment for the kids. It would also be nice if parents wouldn't be kept waiting at the door for long periods of time when they're trying to pick up their child.
