This year after our twins turning three, we eventually found a nursery that could accommodate both of our children. With the children being home longer than other children it was certainly a challenge for the children to get used to going to preschool but also for us as parents to know what to do.
Leigh and Millie in particular not only insured that our children were able to feel safe and enjoy preschool, also helped manage mine and my partner's emotions, thoughts and feelings whilst getting used to leaving the children in preschool. At times we must've driven the preschool mad calling during the day to check on the children etc, but nothing was too much trouble and our children continue to receive an extremely high standard of care, a standard of care that I truly believe cannot be replicated in many preschools around the country. Thank you to the team at Thornbury in particular Leigh and Millie, for all you do for the children and also their parents.

The nursery have been wonderful in supporting my child (who has some behaviour/development issues), they have gone above what is expected in terms of providing additional support eg.creating a 'calm box' full of personal resources to support my child when he gets overwhelmed or over stimulated in
the setting. In particular, Jade and Claire have created a really good bond with my child and support him with one-on-one time. I feel like they really know him and this is evident in any communications we have. Leigh has also been great at creating effective and appropriate support plans, and arranging regular meetings to look at further ways to support my child.
The staff are always so friendly at drop off and pick up, handovers are always thorough, and I feel my child is very happy and comfortable at the nursery.

My child enjoys coming to this nursery and has learnt lots from attending. There are plenty of activities for the children and outside space to play. Staff are very good, I have no worries when my child is here.

The nursery has been great at settling in my son when he first started. Very helpful and friendly staff who always have a smile on their face. The facilities are great lots of engaging and stimulating activities.

We are so pleased that we chose Partou Thornbury Day Nursery for our little boy. We have been so impressed with thee care shown by all of the staff in his room and he has developed positive relationships so quickly. He is always so happy to go to nursery & has always had a great day when we collect.
There are a great range of activities and the room set ups are fantastic. We would highly recommend this nursery!

We've had a great experience with Babies 2 at Partou Thornbury. Staff are war and welcoming and give thorough feedback on his day including raising any concerns eg nappy rash really promptly. I especially appreciate the opportunity for stay and play sessions.

We have a great experience with Partou Day Nursery & Pre-School. The staff are all excellent, particularly we find in the nursery elements where the staff are incredible! We always feel very relaxed about leaving our children there and they are clearly very well looked after and happy. Meals are
varied and play time well organised and thought through. Overall we are very happy.

We are very happy with my child's progress at Partou. He loves coming every day and seems to learn a lot. The staff genuinely care and have a great relationship with my child.

I have been very happy with my experience of Partou since my child started at age 1. He has progressed up through the baby and toddler rooms, and we have consistently found the staff to be caring, knowledgeable and kind. I have had no concerns with his safety, and he comes home happy, well fed and
cared for. I would certainly recommend Partou.

Would definitely recommend Partou nursery. The staff in the baby room have been great helping my son to settle into the new routine at the nursery, he now reaches out for them at drop off. Always a good handover at the end of the day, with lots of detail about his naps/eating/activity through out
the day. The staff ensure he's entertained with a range of activities, and take him outside to play when possible. The menu is varied, so he gets to try lots of different food. The office staff have also been very helpful and responsive with any queries.

Super nursery and lovely caring staff. They have looked after my daughter brilliantly in both toddlers and babies and always given excellent feedback about her day and progress. The staff are professional, approachable and kind. They get to know the children well and there is a lovely atmosphere
there. My daughter is happy to go to nursery and on days where she is having an off day I know she is in excellent hands and trust the staff with her. The staff are positive and encouraging on drop offs and the resources and activities they set up are great. I'd have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to other parents. The food menu is good with lots of variety and seasonal change. The cost is actually very reasonable compared to some nurseries in Bristol and locally. I'm pleased I chose this nursery because I can see how fond my daughter is of the staff and how they have quickly picked up on her nuances and things that make her tick. Well-done Partou Thornbury Day Nursery from a happy parent.

We have been very happy with Partou Thornbury, our son has settled in well and seems to be very well taken care of. The staff are all incredibly helpful and most importantly, really come across as caring individuals who have the children's best interests in mind. Importantly, our communications with
the nursery have been great, regarding sickness or change in behaviour etc they have always kept us informed and this is something we greatly appreciate.

My son has attended nursery at Little Acorns from 6 months old. I've always had great communication with the team at Little Acorns and my son’s key worker. My son loves going to nursery each day, he runs in with a smile and they support his learning by encouraging him with things he enjoys most. He
spends as much time outdoors as possible and they have good routes so he understands what is expected.

My children have been attending Little Acorns for the last 12 months since they were 5 months old, and I would highly recommend Little Acorns. The staff are brilliant and built bonds with my children early on so they are happy when I drop them off, which is a huge relief as a working mum. The
nursery was happy to follow my nap routine from home which really helped as meant they slept well at night. They do a wide range of activities throughout the week, are outside in the garden a lot which I feel is so important to get fresh air and play outside, even when mine couldn’t yet crawl, and there is also a soft play which my children love.

My child has attended Little Acorns Thornbury for over six months now. He has created a fantastic bond with his key worker and loves to tell me all about his day when he gets home. The outdoor space is his favourite place to be, which is accessed in all weathers for him to explore. The manager is
very helpful with any queries and is very helpful when needing extra sessions.
