Both my boys currently attend One The Nursery, and they absolutely love it from start to finish. The staff are amazing and always welcome us with a smile! I feel reassured knowing that my boys are well looked after and are always happy and smiley at drop-off/pickup times. Thank you for everything you do. I’m so glad I chose One the Nursery for my boys. I have no regrets!

I have used about three nurseries in Bristol, and The One is by far the best! All the kids look happy, the team look happy, and my little ones love it. I honestly feel like they are my son's second family.

My daughter, a two-year-old, absolutely loves going to the nursery to see all of her friends and teachers. I don't have any complaints; they tell me what she's eaten, gotten up to throughout the day and whether or not she's had a good or bad day. As a mother going to collect your child at the end of the day, seeing her playing through the door window with a massive smile on her face (and incredibly messy), what more can you ask of from a nursery at this age.

My son has always enjoyed going to One The Nursery. He started at seven months old, and they have made the transition as easy as it could have been. Especially considering we were coming out of Covid and lockdowns. They have always made me feel comfortable that his needs are being met at all stages so far, and he has always had excellent relationships with all the leaders.

The team of staff is an excellent mix of caring individuals.

We have been so impressed with One The Nursery since our child started there back in January 2022 at 13 months old. The staff have always been wonderful and incredibly warm and friendly, and the management has always been quick to respond to any queries. They've also been very adaptable to changing needs during job changes etc. Our child always comes home with a smile on their face, eagerly telling us the fun things they've done that day. Our child potty-trained early (18m), and the staff were happy to get involved with helping them to use the potty while at nursery even though the other children in the 'baby room' were still in nappies. We are keen for our child to stay at One The Nursery until they're ready for school and would recommend them to other parents in a heartbeat.

My son loves going to One The Nursery and the staff are always really welcoming and friendly. His speech and social skills have improved massively since going and we feel confident leaving him there knowing he is going to have a good day!

Staff are very helpful with understanding my children. My oldest used to attend my youngest is there now. Always listening to what I have to say. Staff members are so thoughtful with us adults and understanding our situations at home and trying to keep the same routine at nursery to progress the children more. My child leaves the nursery happy every day.

My child settled quickly and has enjoyed going to the baby room. Recently moving to the next room was nicely managed and is also going well. Caring, calm atmosphere at pick up and drop off, staff are all lovely.

My son has attended the nursery for almost a year now and throughout his time in the Babies and Toddlers room, the staff have consistently gone above and beyond to make him feel at ease and happy. More recently, he became very upset about leaving Mum and Dad in the mornings and wasn't his usual self throughout the day. The nursery staff went out of their way to think of ideas to make sure he was happy and back to his normal self; in particular "breakfast with dinosaurs" was a massive hit! He is all smiles again and talks about all of the staff and children with a huge grin on his face. Thank you so much!

One The Nursery has been a delightful nursery for our son. After a year of only us for company as he was born in March 2020, we were so nervous about leaving him with new people and dreaded his settling in session. We needn't have worried as he had the time of his life and has done every single day he is there! Everyone who works there always has a smile on their face and you can sense the joy and passion they have for the children. We get regular photo updates and a thorough breakdown of the day at pick up time. We never struggle with drop offs as our son adores his key worker and he can't wait to get inside to play! It's been a huge relief after a difficult year and we can't thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication.

A brilliant, caring and welcoming nursery. From her first day, our daughter absolutely has loved it. All of the staff are very warm, friendly and have made every effort to help our daughter settle into the baby room.

My daughter has settled in really well and loves it here. The staff have been amazing, they're really kind, friendly and genuinely care about the children. There's a great range of toys and they do a lot of fun activities and messy play. Would definitely recommend it!

I was returning to work last June and due to the current situation found myself unable to rely on family for childcare, so contacted One. The manager was hugely helpful right from start, quickly organised an out of hours tour and I signed up as soon as I saw the setting! My daughter settled quickly into a lovely environment with amazing, friendly, caring and passionate staff in all areas of the setting! I cannot recommend the setting highly enough. The well-trained staff have really helped stretch and nurture my daughter and support her development resulting her moving from the baby room to the toddler room much earlier than expected, recognising the need to engage with older children and support her learning - she again settled quickly into the new room and loves going to nursery! She always eats all of the delicious food she is given and gets excited on the drive there! An amazing setting, with fabulous people!

My daughter started at the One Nursery just after she turned one, she’s now almost two and a half and has progressed from the baby room up to Toddlers. The care and attention she received from staff throughout, has been outstanding. All the staff are very friendly and they have gone to great lengths to accommodate and nurture her interests and development. They have a vast array of toys, books and activities to keep them entertained and learning. It’s been wonderful to know she's in such good hands.

My granddaughter goes to the nursery and I pick her up every Friday. It’s an absolutely amazing place. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much of a problem for them. She thoroughly enjoys her time there.

Sending your first child to nursery can be a scary prospect but the manager and the team have always made us feel so welcome and my daughter settled in straight away. She's busy every day with activities that really help her development and her language especially has really improved. We've been using the nursery for over a year now and there are still so many familiar faces my daughter has gotten to know. That consistency is so important for kids feeling safe and clearly shows it's a great place to work because the team is so tight-knit and long-serving. I'm so thankful she was able to maintain some routine and familiarity over this confusing and difficult year.

One The Nursery has been amazing with my child, the staff are so friendly and take good care of my child. The rooms are homely and inviting and there are loads of activities for the children to do. I would definitely recommend this nursery to my friends with children.

Our child started at the beginning of January 2021, she had been struggling with her previous childcare and not stopped eating, stopped interacting with others and wasn’t happy. We were very nervous about a fresh start but it has been nothing but brilliant! We’ve been overwhelmed every time we’ve picked her up as she’s speaking, has started to eat again, formed secure attachments to members of staff in the toddler room. Every evening she tells us she’s had fun, she’s been playing. She’s happy and settled and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The staff are comforting, welcoming and just the right amount of firm with her and regret not sending her sooner! I’ve had multiple questions and all have been answered quickly via email or on the phone and they’ve assured me it’s ok to call for updates (although we no longer feel the need to do so!). We’ve recommended the nursery to friends already and can’t wait to see our daughter flourish more under their care, love and attention! Thank you!
