Busy Bees Weston Super Mare

Well done to everyone - it's hard work, and you're doing a fantastic job!

Very good, there is always a happy and positive environment to be had at the nursery. Nothing seems to be too much effort. Very accommodating especially with still breast feeding mothers. The staff are always smiling and very welcoming. There seems to be a great selection of activities and sensory toys. The only thing I would like to see more would be more regular observations provided on the app of activities and play that have happened.

Our experience with the nursery has been great. It took a few sessions for my boys to settle in, but the staff were so warm and nurturing. Now they run in happily and go straight to their key workers.

The team provides a good handover, and communication has really improved with the app, keeping us updated throughout the day. Overall, we're very happy with the care provided.

My daughter has started here recently in the preschool room and she loves it! The staff are all so kind and helpful. They are very attentive and have really made her feel welcome and she has settled very quickly. The rooms and outside area are always clean and maintained well also. Thank you all for doing such a great job! Xx

The staff at busy bees are kind, compassionate, and patient. They always sit and tell you in detail how your child's day has been, they always call with any concerns and keep you updated throughout the day.

My daughter absolutely loves going to this nursery and would go every single day if she could! The staff are so lovely and caring, you can tell that they all really love their jobs and what they do each day. They always take such a keen interest in your child, how they are, what they have been up to. We are always kept up to date with every little detail of our daughter's day and can call/message whenever we need to. Our daughter is always doing a variety of activities both inside and out. Her communication skills are amazing and it's shown by the activities she does at nursery as well as we do at home. The food is always nutritious and there is always something different and interesting to eat each week. Would highly recommend the nursery and the work the Weston Team have put in to look after our daughter. We know she is in safe hands.

I can drop him off knowing that he will be well looked after and have a great day at nursery.

Like every mother, u worry about the care of your child, and my boy starting nursery was a big change - but the staff at Busy Bees have been Amazing! Hes settled in perfectly, i have no concerns at all. The app allows me to check if hes eaten, if hes had his nappy changed, but the communication when i pick him up is great also, they let me know how hes been, what hes been upto, and as a mom that means alot!

I'm really happy the experience my one year old is having at Busy Bees in Weston. Becka and the whole team have been genuinely kind and supportive through the settling in process (which is never easy). The babies room is inviting, clean and full of toys. There is loads of space for the little ones and the staff are always welcoming. The updates on the app throughout the day is reassuring and every message is responded to promptly. Couldn't ask for more!

Staff are amazing, attentive, friendly and work hard to provide the children the best education and chance to grow into their personalities. The nursery is clean and well maintained and the management team have worked amazingly to bring it around.

Our 10 month old daughter is now 3 weeks into attending Busy Bees in Weston. She has settled in beautifully and has already appeared to become so much more social with people outside the immediate family. We get brilliant updates throughout the day via the app, which are both reassuring and lovely to see what's she's been up to. The team in the baby room have been fantastic and my daughter appears to have already created a lovely bond with them. So far we cannot fault a thing with Busy Bees and look forward to seeing our daughter there even more with them.

My daughter started Busy Bees in 2022 and has since gone to primary school a confident, happy child. My son now goes and he is already growing in confidence and learning great skills. All the staff are caring and Becka has made some great changes to the nursery as a whole. I love all the updates on the new app, especially live updates of naps and meals. It great seeing regular pictures of my son, always doing a variety of different activities and exploring new areas.

The nursery is a lovely environment, with lots of space and a variety of toys and activities. The staff are amazing, too. They're so friendly and supportive, and I always know that my child is in safe hands.

Since my little boy has started busy bees Weston-Super-Mare, he has thrived. He went from being so uncertain around new people and not wanting to let Mummy and Daddy go, to running in with a smile on his face. Becca and her team are friendly and inviting. The toddler room team are fantastic. Extremely patient. Always take the time to give us an update on how our little boy has done during the day and what things he has got up to. The setting as a whole are great at keeping you informed either by phone or on the app which leaves you with a piece of mind your children are in good hands. Would highly recommend.

When Becka joined the nursery had a leader and valued her staff and created a lovely atmosphere for the children. The children now have some many learning resources. We were updated with staff training to show measures were put in place. My boy has Down syndrome and staff have supported him with learning and making sure the environment is safe for him. His needs have been taken in to consideration and have adapted parts of the nursery to help with his learning this means with there help he is able to go to main stream school. (Big thank you to his 1:1 support) Heather has helped me through all SEN aspects to support us through our early years stages. Thank you for your support and creating a friendly environment.

Activities are age appropriate and engaging. I would highly recommend this nursery to all.

Such a lovely nursery with a 'home from home' feel.

Leaving your little one with strangers can be nerve-wracking, and we did hear a mix of opinions about Busy Bees (Weston Super Mare) before making our decision. However, after our first visit and seeing the positive changes since the new director joined, we've been so impressed. The staff are kind, attentive, and truly care about the children, and the overall atmosphere feels warmer and more organised.

The nursery offers a great balance of fun and educational activities, and the daily updates on our child's day give us peace of mind. Since the new leadership, we've seen a clear improvement, and we feel confident and happy knowing our child is in such capable hands.We're so pleased with our experience that we'll be sending our other child there as well.
