Treehouse Nursery School

We are really pleased with the care received to date, our boys love the setting and are developing well, they learn lots and are happy doing so. The staff are friendly and attentive and go over and above for all of the children. The nursery is warm and welcoming and I hear the food is fab!

Well, what can I say? They are really welcoming and brilliant in helping my child settle in and 4 members of staff, in particular, are great. They help me potty train my child within 2 weeks of her being there. Overall brilliant place and would recommend it.

I can't thank the team enough for all the help and support to raise my kind, caring, funny character! We will be sad to start school in September but will know my son will thrive as he has been guided by the Treehouse family!

My daughter has been going to Treehouse for the last 16 months. She’s bonded with all the staff and her peers. She absolutely loves going to nursery and is so happy when she’s dropped off and picked up. We have a great rapport with the staff and management who are so friendly and welcoming. It really feels like a family unit. They have helped my daughter develop in so many areas including potty training. Her development with speech, numbers, and art has been much supported by the nursery. She also loves the food and even has seconds. I would highly recommend Treehouse. The best in the area. Thank you for looking after my daughter. And doing such a fantastic job.

We have been so pleased with how our baby girl has settled at Tree House. The staff are so friendly and caring. We feel like they have really got to know her and know how to comfort and support her. Big thank you to all the staff, in particular the lovely staff in the Butterfly room. Management are very friendly and knows all the children and has checked in with us throughout the settling-in process. Staff set up exciting and engaging activities and we get regular photo updates throughout the day. Thank you!

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was eleven months old, and has progressed through all three rooms (baby, toddler and pre-school). She loves going to nursery and has made great friends there. The staff have always been friendly and show a real interest and care in the children’s development. We are given regular feedback and photos of what she is doing and the management provides regular updates and newsletters. My son will also be attending the nursery soon and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

My daughter started in the toddler room a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with what I have experienced so far. She has settled so much quicker than expected, staff are absolutely lovely and it's a very calming atmosphere which suits her well. Loads of natural play and lovely toys for her to explore. Great feedback at the end of the day rather than feeling rushed out the room on collection. The staff seem very invested in the childrens development and caring for them. A real credit to the new management team who have clearly put a lot of hard work into developing this nursery.

My son absolutely loves this nursery and so do I, all the staff are amazing, very friendly, always chatty and sociable! Also very helpful with anything you need! Would definitely recommend to any family and friends!

My son has attended this nursery since he was 21 months old and he will be four in May. Everyone has supported his learning and progression through the different stages and rooms he has been in (babies to toddlers and now pre-school). Following some staff changes, in my opinion, the team now work well together and the support the nursery has received from Storal has been amazing. I will be sad to say goodbye to everyone when my son starts primary school in September and I know he will be too.

The garden is great, and it feels like children spend time outside as much as possible, English weather permitting. We don't try the food, and our child is not a big eater, but the food seems satisfactory; what I can tell is that the staff worked on several strategies to have our daughter eat as much as possible, so well done, them!

My daughter has just left to go to school and has had a brilliant experience at honeytree. She has always been supported by staff. She would always want to go to preschool and come out with a smile on her face.

A shocking experience with Storal Learning in recent months following an inadequate Ofsted inspection. Please look online for the report and see how the children and parents were let down by the management team at Storal. The way they then dealt with a reduction in a number of hours and children was appalling and very stressful for parents and difficult for children. Ultimately it could have been avoided or rolled out much better than it was. Many parents have had to find alternatives with little to no notice. I would be careful to check what management company is involved with any nursery and if it is Storal Learning I would suggest you avoid.

Absolutely terrible, we have just had our place cut with no notice. This is just following a price increase and hours decrease. They are now only running to 5pm, also with no notice.

My daughter loves going, and those days when she is more unsettled the staff have always given her the extra comfort she has needed. The staff are always friendly and communicate well with me and my husband. I feel my daughter is flourishing at Honeytree and have recommended it to anyone who has told me they're looking for a nursery.

Staff are just so lovely and understanding. Never actually stepped foot in nursery due to Covid and still feel totally happy with my child being there. He gets so much playtime and good food. Highly recommend.

Fantastic setting - amazing staff

A wonderful nursery. Great childcare, communication, reliability, staff and children activities and resources. The outside space is great too. My son loves going and has since he was 8 months old (now 3).

Our son goes there every day and he’s incredibly happy and well looked after. He is fed, changed regularly and has someone to cuddle when he’s upset. Everyone is kind, loving and caring. Staff are passionate about working with children and have high level of expertise. The food is delicious and always fresh. I always know what’s going on through an app. A great place!

This is my second child to attend this nursery, it's such a friendly, happy, lovely place, both my sons have and are enjoying being at the nursery, I would highly recommend. It has fantastic outdoor space and lots of activities for the children to do.
