Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool Bradley Stoke (Great Park Road)

I have had nothing but great experiences with Mama Bear's, my daughter started during the pandemic and I was worried it would be a difficult transition but after she has been going for months now and my concerns are completely gone and been replaced with nothing but praise. The staff have been great with my daughter and I highly recommend them to anyone that ever asks.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was a baby and has loved it! The best things about the nursery are the staff, who are amazing, they’re so enthusiastic, caring and nurturing. The space for each of the age groups which are much bigger and used really well compared lots of other nurseries and preschools. From the outside, it’s not much to look at but honestly, the inside is amazing, not only the play areas for the children but the warmth and patience the staff have makes them feel like family. The food and activities they do are awesome too. Can’t speak highly enough of this nursery.

My daughter (and I) love the nursery. She thoroughly enjoys her time there. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and always accommodating if there is a need to change a day last minute due to a work commitment.

The staff at Mama Bear's Day Nursery & Pre-School (Bradley Stoke - Great Park Road) are lovely. My son is extremely happy there and I am very happy with the level of care, learning and food provided. The only improvement would be the communication from head office, when contacting head office either it takes a while to get a response or no reply is received at all. However, the staff at the nursery will help out if no response is received.

Our son went to Mama Bear's Day Nursery & Pre-School (Bradley Stoke - Great Park Road) from 12 months on wards until he was three years old. He loved every minute. Staff are great and he always had hugs and cuddles which made it better than other nurseries. There was never a day when he didn't want to go nursery.

Our daughter has been attending the setting for close to two years now and she absolutely loves it! She has built a lovely bound with all the staff members, built lovely friendships with peers, and her confidence and independence have grown massively! We feel she’s more the ready for the transition to school in September thanks to this lovely nursery!

I honestly cannot praise the staff here enough, they are caring, kind, and have every child's best interest at heart.

I cannot recommend Mama Bear's Great Park Road enough. Having moved our son here from a different childcare provider we have been very impressed with the professionalism, friendly, nurturing and welcoming attitude from the staff. Unfortunately due to covid secure measures parents are understandably no longer permitted in the nursery, however, the communication from Mama Bear's has remained fantastic throughout and email queries are quickly responded to. Our son has only been in preschool a short time but already you can see the 'preparation for school' being done and how much he is learning from attending Mama Bear's. He wakes up in the morning excited to play with his friends at nursery and always comes home happy to tell us about his day!

Really friendly staff and they all have great relationships with the children. My children love going and have really learnt a lot from this setting. I have a child in the baby room and a child in preschool. They have both gained confidence and independence and in the covid situation, peer to peer stimulation and interaction has been invaluable. They are as covid secure as they can be and they have excellent communication with parents. I particularly love the parent zone app, which gives us updates on my children's activities, meals, naps, milk etc throughout the day. The pictures and videos they take are great as I feel a part of their day while I am at work. The biggest positive for me is the flexi-care. As a nurse/shift worker, this has been excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

I could pick any month and leave a glowing review about this nursery, my little boy has been coming here since he was 6 months old so nearly two years! They have done an amazing job and they still do every day! They have handled the pandemic so well and all the happy children there are a testament to all the lovely staff.

The staff I can't speak highly enough about, they are always so happy and positive and the atmosphere they create as a team is amazing!

Our child has come on leaps and bounds in the year they have been attending the pre-school. They have become more independent and this is down to the practitioners and their way of teaching. Thank you to the staff for always doing your best with our child. O would highly recommend Mama Bears.

Lovely and professional staff. Very accommodating and help as much as they can when needed. Only flexi-care nursery around the area which suits my needs.

The level of care my daughter has received is outstanding, all staff got to know my daughter and this is reflected by the report. I'm so proud of her achievements here and would recommend Great Park to my friends. All staff work hard and care so much about the children reaching their full potential.

Professional, friendly staff. My daughter enjoys her time at Mama Bears and has developed massively since starting last year. Would and have recommended to friends. The flex care offered is also a massive bonus and not offered by other nurseries in the area.

This nursery is amazing. My son loves it and I can see all the children enjoying the place. The structure is very nice: a lot of toys, it is always warm and comfortable, a lot of car spaces to park. But what makes the difference is the staff. Everybody is always very kind and you can see a very relaxed atmosphere. They are well prepared and I feel really comfortable to leave my son with them. They do a lot of activities and I can see my son growing up very well thanks to them. The most beautiful feedback is when my little one is going and hugging always someone. Great job. Mama Bear's Great Park is an absolute godsend! Staff are so so happy and friendly and my son really does love going there. The staff in the baby room are so attentive and very supportive of my child's needs and nothing is too much trouble. They support my parenting routine by implementing many of the same ideas/routines I use whilst at home with my son so that he is familiar with the same boundaries and authority. They are also very flexible with dates and times. Have nothing but good things to say about Mama Bear's!
