Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool Bradley Stoke (Great Park Road)

Our daughter has been attending for just over a year. She thoroughly enjoys spending time at the nursery where she has several friends and days are always full of fun activities. She gets on well with all members of staff and really enjoys their company and the passion and fun they bring.

The team at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool Bradley Stoke are fantastic. Their commitment to my son, who has Down Syndrome is beyond what I would have ever expected. My son is thriving, and a huge part of that is the people at Kiddi Caru in Bradley Stoke.

My child is never hesitant to get up in the morning to go to nursery to see his teachers and friends. We are quite amazed how much he loves to go and see them everyday. He absolutely loves all the staff and mention them as his best friends. We are quite pleased that all the teachers are making that difference.

My daughter settled in very quickly thanks to the lovely staff being so attentive to her schedule and stage of development. She enjoys it every day and I feel happy to leave her there. We get regular updates and photos throughout the day and communication with the team is brilliant.

I have been so impressed with how welcoming and supportive Kiddi Caru have been from the get-go. In September, we decided to relocate to Bristol and after 1.5 years at our little boy's very first nursery, it was such a big change for him. He moved houses, cities, and nurseries all at once, and it wasn't easy. In fact, at first, he went on hunger strike during the day, but the nursery stepped in and found ways to help him eat, and now he's become a much stronger eater. This was the most reassuring thing I could have wished for. The wonderful support provided by the nursery has made such a difference and he has settled so well! He's gone from crying all the way to nursery to skipping in, feeling excited! When you're trusting someone with the most precious thing in your entire life, you have to feel like they're in safe hands - and I really do with the wonderful team at Kiddi Caru (Great Park Road). Our eldest 3.5 yrs and youngest 1 yr both love their days at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool. Our eldest moved from another nursery when we moved house but the staff were brilliant at helping him settle in. Everyone who works there is so friendly and genuinely seems to love working with the kids there. The updates on the app are good and the activities they have the children doing seem to keep them engaged and entertained. Would recommend without hesitation.

I'm not sure what else to say other than a big thank you to all the staff. It's not easy putting your trust in strangers to help raise your child, but I know he is getting a much more well-rounded upbringing thanks to their care.

This is the most wonderful, nurturing space we could have dreamed of for both our kids. The team are a ray of sunshine and always keeps a smile on all of our faces. The spaces are the perfect size - small enough to be intimate and not overwhelming but big enough to provide the kids with all the entertainment they need. We also love that our baby gets to interact with the big kids and see her brother throughout the day. Thank you for all your kindness and hard work!

The team is full of love, very patient with children, and provides well-planned education, which makes me happy to send my two sons to study here. The chef's meals are diverse and rich. The nursery is very transparent, allowing parents to better understand their children's progress and learning in the nursery. I am very grateful to this team.

Amazing nursery. My child has settled in really well. It's clean and tidy and the staff are brilliant, always welcome you with a smile and very welcoming to myself and child. They have been an amazing support and my child feels happy and content when in their care. Good work guys, your work doesn't go unnoticed.

Fantastic setting, both the staff and the location are wonderful. My daughter has completely blossomed and it’s a joy to see her so settled in a childcare setting that lets her shine in her own right.

Applied in December 2023 and was very grateful we were offered the place for my son to start in January 2024. We are 2 months in and I can’t believe how much he has grown since being there. All the staff have been very supportive of his changes and even ours. I can’t fault them at all. The daily updates on app is fantastic. My son is starting school in September and giving him a chance to explore a bigger setting was the best thing I have done. He absolutely loves it there and has made many friends and great relationships with his childcare providers. It’s an incredible pre-school and I’m so happy to be apart of the family.

Very pleased I chose this nursery for our daughter. She has settled really well within a very short period of time due to the friendly, caring and professional staff. She is well looked after and comes back home with a smile on her face. The app is really informative and keeps you updated throughout the day as to what your child is doing. Great Park Road are a fantastic setting. The staff and the management team are brilliant and you can see they are passionate about their jobs and being there for all the children.

Staff treat all children equally and are always approachable and supportive to parents.

My daughter has attended Mama Bears since was 9 months old and not once has not wanted to go. Everyday she walks in she says hello to everyone and barely says goodbye to me, which indicates she is happy to be there, feels safe to be left there and is looking forward to a day of fun with her friends and practitioners. All meals are provided and generally varied and nutritious. The nursery use an app which the practitioners update throughout the day to let you know what your child is eating, toilet habits, sleep and what activities they have been doing throughout the day. Being a working mum, it is really important to me to see what she is doing so that I feel apart of her day. The only negatives are on occasion there have been staffing issues (mainly due to Covid) and the flex care option was removed at short notice, however, I can already see an improvement and the nursery do try to accommodate any extra days you may need at short notice. Overall a positive experience!

My son attends 3 days a week and he absolutely loves it. I feel so at ease dropping him off and collecting him and knowing throughout the day what he’s been up to from the daily updates I receive. My child has learnt so much from attending and loves the social aspect of socialising with other children. Every day is a different learning day and activities they provide. They take pride in providing well balanced meals throughout the day and this has helped my son try new food he hasn’t before. This is the second time we have used the nursery as my 8 year old used to attend. The nursery offers other benefits such as flexi-care which is an added benefit. I would highly recommend the nursery, your child will love it and feel like it is their second home.

The team at Mama Bear's are incredible, my son has been there from the age of 1 all the way to 3, he has become an independent strong boy which has been helped and encouraged by the team, he grows in confidence every day and I can’t thank the team enough.

My daughter has been at Mama Bear's Great Park Road since she was 1 and with her leaving date fast approaching, I can honestly say for the last three years I have only the best memories. The staff are all wonderful, the setting is amazing and I feel confident leaving my daughter here every day. The flexible option has been a lifesaver for us with my husband working shifts, it has meant we haven't been out of pocket on days when childcare wasn't needed. I can't thank Mama Bear's enough, I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
