Busy Bees Norfolk and Norwich Hospital has seven rooms that are equipped and resourced with age-appropriate resources, together with three secure outdoor play areas.

Based on my child experience at Busy Bees Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, I would recommend this nursery to other parents. The activities are varied, including using the area outside whenever the weather allows. My daughter enjoys her days at Busy Bees and has made her first best friends! The staff is
friendly and attentive and have been extremely helpful throughout the toddler “milestones” and "challenges". The management team has always been very accommodating of any request we might have.

The staff is extremely caring, they are interested in knowing how the child has been at home and what has happened while they were away from nursery and they are ready to give a lot of information about the child's routine and mood during their time in nursery. They make sure to nurture friendships
and to encourage cognitive development. We were always kept informed about any issues arising (contagious diseases) and invited to join into activities for book day or Mother's Day. Children spend a lot of time outside. The only downside is the lack of pedestrian access. The nursery is next to a big car park as many parents drive but some do not.

My third daughter is now in Oaktrees. All of my children have thrived in the setting. The staff have gone above and beyond in their care for my children and support for me and my husband as working parents.
The manager is a star and her skilled leadership is reflected in every aspect of the nursery.
The
activities and menu on offer are excellent.
The chef’s food is loved by my children and I was amazed when my 4 year old daughter brought home tasty home made pasta.
Administration is always helpful, especially in helping with funding forms.

Both our children have attended Busy Bees, and both have now moved on, equipped with a great set of skills to help them move forward to their next phases in learning and life. We cannot rate the team at Busy Bees at Norfolk and Norwich Hospital more highly. Our children have always been well cared for

My child has been attending Busy Bees Norfolk and Norwich Hospital since she was around 10 months old, she is now 2years 4months. Since starting, my child loves coming into nursery. Both management and staff are very friendly and welcomes me and my child each morning. I feel the nursery provides a wide
variety of activities to suit my child's interests and abilities. I like receiving wonderful feedback about my child's day and how well she is developing. I like parent zone where I can look at my child's observations and assessment from the comfort of my home and also write my own feedback on these.

I have sent both my children to this nursery after a bad experience with a previous nursery. The Manager is wonderful, caring and hands on. All the staff, from those in the office to every last childcare assistant, are kind, gentle and dedicated. The food they receive is cooked on site, is healthy and
always delicious, according to my two boys! They have also catered for my son's allergies extremely proficiently and went above and beyond to help our family after an unexpected redundancy. I cannot recommend them enough.

My son has attended for the last two years. From my first visit when I was pregnant, I was impressed with the nursery. Every staff member I spoke to was enthusiastic, helpful and informative. I have continued to be impressed. All the staff are friendly, they have a positive outlook, seem to really care
about the children and are helpful if you have any questions. My son always is happy to attend in the mornings and he is smiling at the end of the day when we collect him.


I have always felt that he is safe, well cared for and that they promote his development and well being. They are very good at raising things if a little extra support is needed such as speech and language and it’s done really sensitively.


The hours being extended meant I never felt in a rush before or after work when dropping off and collecting.


I would not hesitate to recommend Busy Bees to anyone. Thank you, keep up the good work.

Fantastic nursery! Our little girl has been attending this nursery for the past couple of years and I continue to be impressed by the level of care shown by ALL the staff. Alongside this dedicated team, she is treated to a fantastic variety of foods by the onsite chef and enjoys great outdoor space.
Every child is treated as an individual and the team genuinely care for their welfare. The dedication from everyone at Busy Bees is excellent and I can't recommend it enough.

It is a good nursery. My son enjoys his time and is happy to go there. He seems to learn and have fun at the same time. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing which I get bothered about, is I find my son most of the days with a running nose, not being cleaned.

An amazing place for children to develop. Initially chosen purely due to its location but my son has thrived here. Everyone is welcoming, the games are fun and the toys plentiful. They are experts at keeping a cheeky 4-year-old calm as well! Would definitely recommend this nursery. We will all miss

My child is so happy at Busy Bees and has made friends. He has developed so much and interacts well with other children and plays and is learning to share. The staff are so helpful and caring especially when it come to my child. I know the staff gives my child the attention he needs and I enjoy looking
at his development on my app on my phone. The food choices/meals my child eats are more than expected and such a variety of food. So happy my child is having a good start in life.

Busy Bees have been outstanding throughout the two years our son has been attending. They have taken care to get to know him and us, and it has a really personal feel despite having so many children attend. The care of the individual child really is at the heart of things. Staff readily understand the
needs of parents working at the hospital alongside which is vital. He has learnt so much, it is astounding, even from his early days. The nursery has sound policies for the care of children, but are also sensible about illness and inevitable injuries (in our son's case!). The menus are really varied and change seasonally, and there are opportunities for parent involvement. We would not hesitate to recommend Busy Bees at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.
