Spring Milecross Nursery is a childcare service located in Norwich, Norfolk.

They offer 64 Ofsted-registered places and were assessed as 'Good' by Ofsted in May 2019. A committed, friendly and well-qualified nursery team provides high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged between three months to five years.

They offer a home from home environment to help your little ones discover the world around them, using a range of natural resources and loose parts.

The nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with a focus on learning through play and actively encourages parents to become involved in the life of the nursery.

Spring Milecross is open from 8.00-6.00pm Monday to Friday, 51 weeks of the year, excluding bank holidays and three staff training days.

My three-year-old daughter has been at the nursery for almost nine months now. Her confidence has grown dramatically since joining, and her speech has shown rapid improvements too. She always looks forward to her nursery days. The staff were excellent when she first started and continues to be. We were
worried about how she'd settle, but after a few settling-in sessions, she was loving it - one lady was amazing at helping her settle - it was a shame she moved rooms as my daughter took a shine to her, but the other staff in navigators room have all been excellent too. The nursery app is excellent and I can check throughout the day what she's eaten, when she's had nappy changes etc, and it's good to see the photos uploaded and the end of each week. Excellent nursery - can't recommend it enough. Well done, Spring Nursery Mile Cross.

Brilliant nursery. My son has been attending since he was six months old and is now three. Friendly and professional staff with a clean and inviting environment for the kids. Great range of healthy food and snacks provided at mealtimes. They get up to loads of activities, which are geared towards learning
and keeping them entertained. The app is a great tool, which is updated frequently, so we are aware of everything our son is getting up to during the day.

My son has been attending since January 2023, and since starting, his speech has improved dramatically; he is now starting to use the toilet and is so much more confident. The staff are extremely friendly, and nothing is too much for them.
My son's favourite always keeps us up-to-date and informed
about everything.
The manager is extremely helpful and is there if we need extra support or advice. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone - everyone is friendly, involved with the children and happy!

My daughter has been attending the nursery since July 2021 and loves her time here. She talks about her days, what she has been up to and what she enjoys the most. She has been supported through all stages of her development so far by the staff, working with both myself and my husband to achieve developmental
goals. She talks fondly of the staff within the nursery, with certain members of staff seeming to be her favourites. I could not have asked for a better start in my daughter's life.

I am so glad we picked Spring Nursery for our little man, the team there is great. Our son has not had the best start in life, he has a few issues of his own and that coupled with other family health problems has seen him needing extra support the nursery has gone above and beyond to support him and
us as a family. The feedback from the staff and frequently updated information on the app is invaluable, they have worked alongside the other organisations involved in his journey and helped cut through the red tape. Thank you so much Spring MileCross.

The nursery is on form with everything. The staff are fantastic with the children and support children with special needs really well! My son loves the food and snacks there too! He talks about certain staff members so fondly. I have sent my eldest child to this nursery, and now my middle child attends,
and next year, my youngest child will attend too. I have referred my niece to go here; just waiting on a place for her. The learning environment is amazing, and the play environment is fantastic. The upgrades done outside the kid's love and the way the staff get the children involved in maintaining it is fab too. My son loves being outside and in the garden. The rooms are super safe and are strict on who they let through to where the children are. The children could not escape without being seen trying to anyway! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Lovely, friendly staff. Good communication with parents, telling us what children are getting up to each week. Home learning tasks are provided, and children get to send in pictures to share their experiences with the class. Healthy meals and snacks are provided daily, and the nursery shares how much/little
they have eaten, along with naps and accidents, via the app, which is really helpful. My daughter really enjoys it and is making excellent progress.

We have been really impressed by Spring Nursery Milecross. The staff are caring and responsive and have really helped our child settle.
They provided for his dietary needs without difficulty, and when he was struggling with separation, they got his favourite toys out to help him acclimatise.

This nursery is the most wonderful place where I could put my son in. All the staff are absolutely amazing, very helpful, caring and friendly. My son loves this nursery. My son has been going to the nursery for around 3-months now. His confidence has grown tremendously, and he always comes home saying what an amazing time he has had at nursery.
The staff are always very friendly and approachable and always take the time to tell me what he has been up to whilst there.
I love that the nursery is child-led, and they are able to choose what to play with. I am overall really impressed with the care my son receives at Spring.

I could not recommend Spring enough. The staff are so attentive, friendly and form lovely relationships with the children. After my eldest left and hearing her talk so fondly of every part of her tike there, it was an easy choice to send my 10-month-old too; she has only recently started and is already
so happy and settled. It's lovely to see and certainly helped ease my mind before returning to work. The staff really do go above and beyond all expectations

My little girl started here in August/September. She has settled in very well and enjoys going here. All the staff go above and beyond to help with everything and any questions I may have.

My 22-months-old baby girl has attended the nursery since July 2020, and she seems to be happy. The chef is great, as she is eating almost all her meals, and all the staff have been putting in a great effort, so we can carry on as normal in these difficult Covid times.

Friendly, approachable staff members. My son, who has additional needs has been well cared for by the staff, and as a result of attending Spring Nursery, his social skills and speech have greatly improved.
The app is a great way of keeping in touch and being notified of your child's activities and
progress.

My son has been going to Spring for roughly ten months now and he loves it. The facilities are great, including the outside space, it is small, but they have made the most of the space. The app is great for keeping up to date with events, the lovely recipes and your childs development. There is a fantastic
range of activities and toys etc. The staff are brilliant, very approachable and obviously have a passion for what they do. It is a shame that the funding doesn't cover the cost of the food as this does add to financial strain for some.
