The Brampton Day Nursery

We honestly couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough. My son has been there since he was just 8 months old and, having turned 4, is now leaving to start primary school. It feels like the end of such a special chapter.

From the baby room, through the 2s and 3s and into pre-school, every member of the team has been exceptional. He has loved going in every day and has truly thrived, growing in confidence, learning so much and making some of his very best friends.

The support from the team and management has also been incredible for us as parents. They have always offered advice, encouragement and guidance, helping us keep his milestones on track. As a first-time parent, that support has been invaluable.

We have also loved the Forest School approach. The children have so much fun outdoors in all weathers, although I'd advise future parents that white probably isn't the best colour for nursery!

We are so grateful to everyone who has helped make these past three years so special.

Very happy there

My son has been going to TBDN for 18 months and he has completely thrived in the environment. When we first started he needed a lot of support to settle in and lots of care and attention was given to this to help him transition and settle as well as possible. This was really appreciated. We had a previous nursery experience with a different company in the same area which was really negative one and this nursery just surpassed all our expectations. They really take time to get to know your child, learn what they like and dislike and care so well for them whilst allowing them to gain their own independence and grow within a supportive and safe environment. It is beautiful inside with wooden toys, climbing area and slide, woodwork station and loads of crafts etc. outside has just been refurbished and is a lovely garden for them to play and explore and do forest school. They are always doing fun activities together including crafts, water play, sensory play and cooking.

Our child has a wonderful day each time she attends. They have a great staff and central village location. My Child's development has come along way thanks to the great work of the team at the nursery.

Obviously I highly recommend them to anybody who wants nothing but the best for their young ones, and if you ever need any assistance with things you're unsure about Leah and the team will always, happily and efficiently help, regardless of what it may be.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Brampton Day Nursery to other parents and carers. Our daughter joined at 11 months and is a school leaver this summer - she has enjoyed every room she's been in, and has been supported and celebrated by the amazing staff every step of the way. They have set her up beautifully for school, and I couldn't be more grateful. It will be a bittersweet moment when she leaves! Very happy to say our son is now at the nursery too, and is already thriving. Big smiles at drop off every day!

We are so happy that we chose The Brampton Day Nursery. Our daughter loves the nursery. She has been happy at every drop-off and pick-up for over a year. The staff are kind and caring. We are always amazed by the range of activities that are planned for the children each day. The weekly menu is truly impressive; we are still unsure how they manage to convince toddlers to eat baked salmon, couscous and steamed vegetables - but they do! Lastly, the facilities are wonderful.

We would highly recommend our son's nursery to others for a number of reasons. The quality resources, broad learning opportunities, outside space and general running of the nursery is brilliant in our experience. The stand out reason, having sent our second child to the nursery is without a doubt, the people. They invest time in getting to know each child and build a trusting relationship with families. We especially appreciate the strong communication and support they put into supporting and sharing information about our child's development.

The planning of activities and variation to everyday is exceptional!

Excellent nursery and pre school. My son has been attending for a year and a half and there has been absolutely 0 concerns at all. The staff are fabulous and so caring. The communication is great, with in depth hand overs and a detailed weekly sheet of the upcoming activities.

Very good staff, child really enjoys going, probably prefers it to home. Opening hours good, facilities good, especially the garden that my child loves going in and he loves the food and always eats it!!

Couldn't recommend enough!

We couldn't be happier with the standard of care our daughter receives at The Brampton Day nursery! We travel from St Neots each day but for us that extra bit of time in the car is worth it. The outside space and the amount of time the children spend outside is a particular highlight and selling point. Having the opportunity to be outside was really important to us as parents and our daughter really enjoys this. In addition the activities put on each week are well planned, creative and thought through and we can see that she is developing really well in this setting. Lastly the staff here are truly amazing, as a manager Leah is exceptional but so are all the staff across the different rooms. It feels like a family atmosphere and that they genuinely enjoy their work.

As a family we received some devastating news and have been navigating a very difficult time. We cannot thank the team at The Brampton Day Nursery enough, the management and room leaders for 2s 3s and preschool. The support we have received during this time and in general is above and beyond. I feel so happy knowing that my sons are getting the best start, seeing what they learn each week is fantastic. They are thriving.

We chose this nursery as we felt that it had great resources (particularly the garden), and that the staff seemed really competent and caring, and we are really happy with our choice.

Lovely setting and the staff are just wonderful. Have so much trust and peace of mind sending my son here 5 days a week. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Leah & Jess are fantastic and my son is very happy here and settled very quickly.

Amazing nursery, my daughter is so comfortable at her new nursery and I couldn't be happier to have made the change from her old one. So far had a brilliant experience since September. Staff are lovely and really easy to communicate with.

The team are absolutely amazing. They're so attentive and truly take the time to get to know your child with genuine care and affection. They're always available if you need to call or ask questions, and it honestly feels like we're raising our little one together. I cannot fault them and we feel lucky that our son is in their care.
