Ladybird Day Nursery

They look after my son really well, and they are really informative about his day. The setting is lovely and was lovely to come in for a brief look during parents evening. My son settled into the nursery very well during the pandemic.

My children both attend Ladybird Day Nursery and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. Have a child in preschool and the activities and learning are great and very well thought out. The staff are always friendly and attentive. My children get well fed and food is healthy and nutritious. A warm and friendly nursery which I feel confident to leave my children.

A well run friendly nursery with great facilities. Children have a wide range of activities, and the outside area is great for all ages. The food is of good quality, and a wide range of food is available. Highly recommend.

The warmest, most caring place. Couldn’t ask for more. Our son has been with you for just under 2-years, and we cannot fault the place. The perfect place for preschool preparation, learning, and above all, fun.

Lovely members of staff, always have such a lot of knowledge about my grandson and happy to answer any questions I might have about his routine. Management always happy to answer questions and help to book extra time he might need.

Lovely setting and really friendly staff. The activities they have been doing have been great. Really good implementation of Covid-19 rules and regulations, making you feel safer when doing drop off and pick up. Management always happy to help with queries.

Ladybird Day Nursery is a fantastic place for little ones to learn and explore. My niece attends the nursery and when I have been to collect her I have always been amazed at the amount and variety of toys they have to play with. The staff have always been extremely friendly and I have enjoyed hearing about what she has enjoyed playing with throughout the day. She talks to me about her time at nursery regularly, I can see how much she thoroughly enjoys attending and how she is learning new skills all the time.

I went to see my granddaughter at the weekend and was delighted with her vocabulary and general confidence. She has been quite shy in the past but seemed much more outgoing and chatty. I really feel that the nursery has given her more confidence. Her speech is very good and she feeds herself very well. Again, I feel this is partly down to the routines at lunchtime at nursery. The safety measures put in place during Covid-19 are admirable. All in all, we are delighted with the progress our happy granddaughter is making.

My granddaughter is extremely happy and has learned so much since she started. The staff are really nice, attentive and certainly have a good rapport. All in all, very, very well managed and run and we are so pleased for my granddaughter.

My niece has come on leaps and bounds since going to nursery here. She loves it and is so creative. Staff are very friendly, helpful and will bend over backwards to help you. Highly recommend this nursery.

The children are treated as individuals with their personal interests taken into consideration in the provision planned for.

I am really pleased we chose to send our little boy to Ladybird. He settled very quickly and is happy to be left there. The staff are very friendly and caring and are always very communicative and tell me about his day. They are happy to work with me around his naps etc. He loves the food he is given and often wants more helpings. It always smells good and I often want to stay. The rooms have been decorated and equipped to a high standard giving the children the opportunity to explore whilst also having a cosy area to settle down with a book for some quiet time. Security is key and on the odd occasion, I’ve asked another member of the family to collect they always double-check with me.

Dropping my child off to Ladybird Day Nursery every week is such a joy and a relief. No, not because I have one less child to contend with for the day. It’s the fact that there has never been any moment that my child has not wanted to attend or I’ve had to persuade her to go. She loves it there! The staff are amazing, alway happy to help and they have so much enthusiasm. It’s so nice to feel that they genuinely really care and are very supportive. My child always has so much to tell me on the walk home, about her day, what’s she’s been doing etc. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. We will be sad to say goodbye in September.

Both my children have attended this setting from 12-months-old. I have been delighted at how they have settled in and become familiar with the routine. The staff are kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this nursery.

Ladybird Day Nursery are the best nursery you could ever hope to find. It's such an incredibly important decision finding somewhere that you trust to look after your precious children but at Ladybird it's like entrusting them with your closest family. All the staff are so kind and loving to the children. I always feel my child is reassured and cared for when they need it without fail, yet at the same time, they are always engaging them in fun and exciting activities that encourage their development. Having moved house it would make much more sense to move to a local nursery but I could never leave Ladybird as I trust them wholeheartedly and the staff are just incredible.

My daughter loves attending this nursery. It is fantastic in the morning when you need to get to work to be able to wave her off with a smile on her face knowing she is going to be well cared for. She always eats well, and her development has come on leaps and bounds. The staff team seem to genuinely care for her, and she will often recall their names at home when playing games showing her fondness for them. I would and have recommended this nursery to my friends.

Such a lovely friendly nursery for my granddaughter. She loves being there, and the staff are dedicated to providing the children with the best positive experiences. Facilities are very good, and they invest in up to date equipment and toys for the children. A good outdoor area as well as indoors.

When I have been to collect my niece, I was always welcomed by all the staff. They always checked I knew where her belongings were and were really helpful when I needed to ask a question. She always looks like she is having so much fun and is always keen to tell me about her day on the way home. The areas are always set up nicely, and it is evident that there are plenty of choices of activities for the children to pick from throughout the day. I would happily recommend this nursery to others.

My niece goes to this nursery and is always so excited to tell me about all the interesting things she has done and learnt; it sounds like great fun! The staff have always been so friendly and welcoming when I've done the drop-off. Would highly recommend.
