Treetops Caterpillar Deeping St James

My daughter has settled in so well at the nursery since she started in October 2019, thanks to the friendly staff and her fabulous key worker. All the staff are very friendly and approachable and made me feel at ease when dropping my 15-month off. She has noticeably become very sociable, communicative and inquisitive since she started, and I know she thoroughly enjoys her time there.

Great place for our son to learn and develop. All keyworkers he has had are excellent.

We are drawing to a close on our nursery experience as my son leaves in a few weeks to start school. Both my son and daughter have attended this nursery and I cannot thank the staff enough for the time they have invested in both of them. My children consider the staff more like family and for me that means the world. I would not hesitate to recommend Caterpillar to everyone. My children are knowledgeable from all of the activities the nursery gets them involved in but have also enhanced their personalities with the morals the nursery have guided them in.

My only suggestion would be more trips out for the children.

This is our second time using this nursery. Our first son loved going here so never hesitated to send our second. Our second son has settled in brilliantly and all the staff have been extremely welcoming again. They remember us from before so it felt like rejoining friends and family. I have always felt at ease leaving both children safe in the knowledge they are well cared for and stimulated while at Treetops Caterpillar (Deeping St James). Great staff, good setting.

I have been so impressed with how well my son has settled into nursery and how well the nursery workers understand his little quirks and needs. They respond very well to his emotional, physical and developmental needs on a daily basis. It is like a family and I know that he is being well and truly looked after, stretched and challenged, praised and comforted. One happy mum with the service they provide.

Our experience at Treetops Caterpillar is extremely positive. Our twin girls clearly love spending time at nursery and always have beaming faces when we greet them at the end of their sessions. All staff are friendly and caring and build a good rapport with all the children. The facilities, resources and equipment are great and the garden is so perfect for children to explore and play. Attending nursery has certainly helped my twins development in many ways, including educationally and socially. This nursery ticks all the boxes for me and I am very happy we chose on our gut feelings on the first nursery we even went in.

We were very happy to find the Treetops Caterpillar nursery after looking at others that I wouldn't have been comfortable leaving my son at. It's clean with great facilities, fresh cooked food, great staff who provide excellent care and development.

My son always amazes us with the stuff he learns and we often get positive comments about his abilities - such as eating, manners and understanding.

Very pleased with my daughter's progress. She has recently transitioned to the next age group and seems to be doing well. We have been given the same key worker that her older brother has which we are pleased with.

Staff are so welcoming and are always welcomed with warm smiles and greetings. I can see how well his development is coming along and how settled he is at nursery. Well done to all the lovely girls there. You're all doing great jobs.

We are extremely pleased we chose Treetops. The staff have been excellent with our daughter who took a little longer to settle. Communication between us and the staff is very good and the nursery provides a very caring, fun environment. Our daughter has been encouraged to develop key skills and her key worker definitely understands the best approach to get the most from her. She is always greeted by name by all the staff. Overall a lovely nursery, very happy and would recommend.

Caterpillar is an amazing nursery. Both my boys have attended where we've never had an issue. Staff are very friendly and caring.

Since starting at Caterpillar Treetops in August, my children have noticeably come on in leaps and strides. They have learnt new songs, how to write their names (well the older one in Pre-School has!), reciting stories, counting and learning phonetics and the alphabet. I'm really impressed with all of the lovely staff members who look after them and would absolutely recommend this nursery.

From the first day I left my daughter at the nursery (at 6 months) all the staff gave me a lot of confidence in the care they were providing for my daughter. As a result, my daughter is really happy going to nursery and at the end of each day, she doesn't want to leave. The range of activities are excellent and I can see a noticeable difference in my daughter's development as a result. All staff are always welcoming and helpful and always say hello when entering the nursery. Keep up the good work.

Our experience is a very good one. All staff are friendly and courteous and care about our son. We are always greeted with a "hello" and all the staff seem to know the children's names. Parents evening gave good insight into our son's progress and development. Our key worker is very good and notifies us if she is on leave and is on hand to offer help and advice with any problem areas. The facilities offered both inside and out, although small are good with a nice range of equipment.

Really pleased that we chose Treetops Caterpillar. Staff are great and our little one cannot wait to get there in the mornings. First days were dealt with really well with lots of attention as she settled in.

He's happy at nursery and it's lovely to hear him tell his sister about how much fun he has and to hear him repeat phrases he must have heard at nursery which are polite and positive in promoting good interaction and behaviour.

My son settled in very well and has developed brilliantly over the past year. All the staff welcome him by name every day and we feel happy to leave him in their care.

We chose this nursery for a number of reasons including having a niece and nephew already there receiving expert care and learning well. The garden space is outstanding, allowing the children freedom to learn outside. They provide enrichment activities (football) and their preschool education is fantastic. My little boy actually wants to learn happily. I would recommend this nursery to others without a doubt.
