Lovely, caring environment. My child is always apprehensive in the mornings but staff are quick to settle him and he always seems happy on pick up.

I think my child would sleep over with his friends if he could. Always fab for all dietary requirements.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at Treetops Caterpillar. Our daughter loves going to nursery and has developed lots of new skills. Knowing that she is loved and cared for is very important. Thank you!

The nursery is excellent - our children really enjoy their time here and have a lot of fun. There are lots of activities for them to do and the food is excellent quality. The app/website is great and I love that we get pictures of what the kids are up to. The staff are excellent and clearly care a lot about the children's well-being. The kids particularly enjoy the garden and the variety of activities they have available to them there. Although it may be a bit more expensive than others in the area, it is worth it for the quality of care.

Nursery has been fantastic for our child. We get regular updates and can clearly see how our child is progressing. The staff are very friendly and our child looks forward to seeing them as much as their little friends! The food is excellent and we can trust the nursery to keep our child well-fed and watered. They recognised our child's speech development issues early on and this helped get quick support. Our child is now doing much better with his speech.

As always, the pictures and updates that we receive each day are fantastic. We couldn't be happier with busy bees, the staff really make this place, thank you to all.

Staff are all friendly and welcoming. We have two children with a two-year age gap and both of them come home every week learning new things. Nutrition is always key and both the children try new healthy meals weekly.

My little girl loves the nursery and all the baby room staff have been amazing with her she’s come on leaps and bounds with everything from her walking to talking and imagination, we are really happy with how everything is going and definitely made the right choice in sending her here.

Staff and management are great, and communications and updates personally and through the app are excellent. Our son has a wonderful time and staff always have new exciting stations/activities set up each day to keep them engaged.

The manager has been exceptional and helped myself and son throughout his nursery journey. Especially regarding his speech. The whole team has been fantastic!

Staff are really good with my child who has autism. She's progressed so much.

Our son loves coming here and regularly tells me that all of the staff are his favourite.

Our daughter loves attending Busy Bees Feeping, she eats some amazing food, and we receive updates throughout the day on what she is doing and her development. She has made some lovely friends and that includes the amazing staff. I can not think of one negative thing to say. It’s amazing!!

Wonderful nursery, the staff are super engaged and supportive of the children. My son has been at Treetops since he was 1 and is about to leave for primary school. I am so happy with the progress he has made with his early education and also his social and emotional development. The staff are all a credit to the nursery with great communication and are always willing to help and advise if needed. Would definitely recommend it!

My daughters love attending Treetops. They come home engaged, enthusiastic and chatty about their day. The Hippo room staff, who look after my two year old are fantastic. They keep me informed of my daughter's progress on a daily basis and clearly love their job. They are engaging and funny with the children and my daughter adores them. Every day my daughter has some new vocabulary and is really keen to do things independently, something that is encouraged at Treetops.

My daughter has thoroughly enjoyed her time at the nursery and will miss the staff and friends she has made.

My son had an accident whilst at nursery involving a piece of equipment in the garden. I was contacted at work and informed of the incident immediately and updated as to the condition of my little boy. I was reassured by several members of staff that he was ok and they would monitor him and contact me immediately if anything should change. On arrival to pick my son up that day again several members of staff spoke to me to update me and reassure me. They also carried out completion of all necessary paperwork. Late in the week on my son's next day at nursery, I observed that the piece of equipment had been removed from the garden. I was informed by management that they had felt this was the best thing to do to protect all children from any possible further incidents.
