An excellent nursery, my son has flourished here. Caring, conscientious staff for the children in a safe environment and good communication with the parents. Lots of trips out too, which the children love.

My son really loves going to nursery and we really love him going as well. We are kept well informed of his progress, there is always a good variety of activities for him to engage in and any queries are always responded to promptly and professionally.

Green Roots Nursery provides a clean, spacious safe and secure environment for my child. The staff are friendly, approachable and very professional. Green Roots provide a lot of educational play and activities for the children in their care and the 'babydays' website they use to provide you with information
about what your child has done for the day is invaluable.
The biometric entry system adds a level of security that I found very reassuring. The onsite chef is amazing providing a wide variety of excellent food, that always smells gorgeous.

My son has attended Green Roots since he was 8 months old and he absolutely loves going every week. The staff are amazing and I could not find one fault with the service we have received so far. The children take part in such a wide range of activities both inside and outside which is ideal for my son
as he loves the sandpit and playing with the water trays. Green Roots have always supplied everything, I literally just put some clothes in his Green Roots Bag, that they provided. Food is excellent and varies so much.
I would 110% recommend Green Roots Nursery to anyone.

The whole team are brilliant, cannot fault them. The facilities are excellent and always extremely clean. The safety and welfare of the children is of obviously of paramount importance to them. Both of our children have attended and our older child was well prepared by her key worker for starting school
which was a great help to us. They are always ready with help and advice with tricky behaviour as well.

I cannot praise Green Roots & the team high enough. Our daughter has thrived under their care and every day we see her develop into a thoughtful and intelligent young lady. Choosing this nursery was one of the best decisions we have ever made and we will be so sad to leave everyone when she starts school
in September. We have met some wonderful people and both she (and we!) will miss them so much.

Our child loves coming to nursery, she gets so much out of her experience here. She has the opportunity to do things here that she would otherwise not have. The staff are very good and the daily update from Babysdays is really informative.

Green Roots has provided our little girl with excellent care. Friendly staff and an excellent setting have meant we feel our little girl is getting the best care we could find her. Our little girl is thriving at the nursery and seems to be making friends and thriving on learning experiences that are
provided. They provide a wide range of food and she certainly eats things she would never eat for us! There seems to be excellent flexibility with sessions which really helps with work. We would thoroughly recommend this nursery.

Super nursery - both of mine have been extremely happy here. Lovely friendly staff, great space indoors and out, super facilities and fabulous opportunities. There are plenty of opportunities to be outdoors which both of mine really enjoyed. The additional classes which are put on such as singing and
cooking have been really popular with mine too, lovely opportunities. Daily photos are really great to see too.

My daughter has attended Green Roots for over a year and as a parent, I have been very happy with the care and learning facilities provided. The staff have been fabulous! My daughter has made a wonderful group of close friends in pre-school as well friends with all other nursery children. Green Roots
is unique in offering children a wide variety of classes such as Diddi Dance, Spanish lessons, daily cooking lessons and various activities inside and out. The pre-school also provide regular visits to the local library, Chichester nature conservatory and beach club.


The meals are amazing! The chef and cooks provide 3 cooked meals a day and the menu is so varied catering for all dietary requirements.


I couldn't be happier with the nursery and for us one of the selling points was access to outdoors at all times of the year. With a giant sandpit, climbing ship, tunnels, slides and gardener who plants and manages the garden with the children. It truly is a great nursery and pre-school.

Green Roots is absolutely amazing and my daughter has the best time there. All the staff are amazing but in particular one member of staff in the baby room, whom my daughter adores. Everything is done with such professionalism but also with a massive smile and we were sold from the first meeting we

My daughter has only been attending Green Roots for a short time but I can't praise them enough. The nursery is secure, pristine, professional and very accommodating. The staff are fabulous and the daily diaries they complete for each child is brilliant. I received a breakdown of my daughters day and
a selection of photos. I felt part of her day even though I wasn't present.


Meals are of a very high standard, I wished I was staying to eat !


When searching for child care, myself and husband visited lots of local nuseries. Green Roots stood out far above the rest for many reasons.


At this point, I honestly can't find one bad thing to say.


10/10 for Green Roots.


More importantly my daughter loves going :)

Excellent nursery, my daughter has been there for 3 years and all staff are caring, professional and look after the children as individuals. Food fantastic and amazing, they have their own chef. Highly recommend Green Roots.

I am so glad we chose Green Roots Nursery for my daughter. The staff are welcoming, and very friendly. Their interaction is great and my daughter has formed some close relationships with a few members of staff which I feel is really important. My daughter was slow to settle and all members of staff
were patient and supportive with her. They really made her feel safe and secure.


The range of activities is brilliant. The children are always busy doing something!
The nursery is a lovely setting. The garden space is amazing and has so many learning opportunities.
I would definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for a nursery in the area.

When my son started at Green Roots he found it difficult to settle at the nursery but the staff, especially his key worker were wonderful with him. They used different approaches to settle him and after one month my son was settled and thoroughly enjoys going to nursery.

My daughter loves going to nursery. She attends three mornings a week and is genuinely excited when she arrives and she takes some convincing to leave at lunchtime! Her key worker has made the transition to nursery so easy for both my daughter and me (as I was rather anxious about leaving my daughter).
I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery.

I was delighted to open Green Roots Nursery in September 2013. I’ve always been passionate about childcare and I wanted to set up a nursery that was exceptional in terms of the nurturing care and attention that it gave to the children and also the service that it provided for parents. As an accredited Child-minder for many years, I learnt the importance of understanding each child’s individual needs and the benefits of providing each child with the opportunity to have real life experiences and be active indoors and out.


As a parent of young children myself I recognise the challenges of trying to balance all aspects of family life and we’re determined to help all of parents with this by making things as easy and convenient as possible.
