Full Day Care Fees 0–2 Years: £94.60 per day (08:00–18:00) 2–3 Years: £94.60 per day (08:00–18:00) Over 3 Years: £89.65 per day (08:00–18:00) Government funding is available and can be used to reduce daily fees. Very caring and attentive staff. Our children are well looked after, and our daughter has developed incredibly since joining a year ago. Our son has now started, and the staff bring the babies into the toddler room at the end of the day, which they love! The facilities are great, very clean and a vast variety of educational and Montessori toys and activities for them. Thank you to the staff!
I had my older son attend since he was a year old, and he absolutely loved it there and was ‘school ready’ when he left for the reception. I never hesitated for my second son, who is now a year old to attend this same nursery, even if it meant I had to go in the opposite direction to where my older son’s current school is. I am reassured how all the staff are very much hands-on in ensuring my child is safe, loved, well cared for and supported in his every milestone and early years learning.
We highly recommend Snowdrop and its excellent team.
Staff are fantastic, and everything seems good. From what we see in the pictures, he is having a great time. Can’t really tell you more as we are not there. There seems to be a good variety of stuff for them to do, and he comes home very happy.
The Snowdrop House setting is very large, with several age-appropriate rooms for the children, a large garden and, even better - use of the adjoining community centre hall. This gives the children a large area in which to play and develop.
Parents are given in person daily and termly updates as to their child's progress and have access to an app for further information, updates and photos which is well used by staff.
Our daughter has always enjoyed attending nursery and speaks often about her day there when she is at home. Staff take account of her individual needs and interests and are notably well aware of her foibles! We never experience any objections at drop off. We highly recommend the Snowdrop House Montessori Group.
Contrasting to another setting, my impression is she does few visits outside the nursery. This is only thing I'd have preferred to see more of.
Overall, my daughter has thrived here and developed great relationships with staff and the other children, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Our son loves Snowdrop House. He is so excited to go to nursery every day. The staff are professional and friendly. We get thorough reports every day of what he’s been up to, and staff give us a handover at the end of the day. There are so many activities available every day and the staff come up with loads of new ones all the time. We feel very happy.

My daughter loves coming here; she settled in very quickly and runs to the door now. Great, friendly staff. Daily feedback is always given on collection and the app. Great nursery, will be sending my next daughter there too in a few month's time.
Communication from the nursery is excellent each day - from the online app to the handover conversations, we feel like we get a great sense of what the boys are working on and how they are doing during the day.
The manager and her team genuinely care about the children - they know their names and interact with them, and my boys light up when they come into nursery each day (better yet if they run into one of the teachers in the grocery shop - it’s like they’ve seen a celebrity!).
The teachers take real care of the children, days are planned out meticulously, and I can see the growth in both children, especially as my older son prepares for school this year.
We absolutely love Snowdrop and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely nursery.
Absolutely fantastic nursery for our daughter - she is well cared for and has grown so much during her time there both socially and intellectually. We couldn't be happier and have already booked our second child for next year.
Lovely staff. My daughter has the best time and learns so much, and we are truly blessed to have found such a caring and wonderful nursery. All my friends are always jealous. My daughter speaks ahead of her peer group and is noticeably engaged.
There are plenty of updates throughout the day with pictures, and he’s always smiling in the pictures.
The updates at the end of the day are informative, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff seem kind and friendly. The manager is amazing at what she does; she’s been very accommodating for us as a family. She’s always visible and on hand for a chat or to deal with concerns.
Activities are great; they do the messy things I don’t really get the chance to do at home.

Our daughter has been attending Snowdrop for just over a year. She loves it! Her key worker is extraordinary. Our daughter adores her. Her development over the last year has been incredible. We simply could not be happier, nor wish for a better place for our daughter to thrive.
Our daughter comes home so very happy after a fun-filled day, and we have a very detailed review of what she’s done that day; naps, what she ate, what she played with etc, which is still super important at her age.

Hello, I’m Sharn. I’m a nurturing and dedicated manager with the Snowdrop House Group. With over 20 years' experience in nurseries, my journey has been driven by hard work and commitment, leading me from deputy manager to Senior Early Years Manager. I continue to evaluate and progress my own learning and have recently completed by level 5 lead practitioner qualification. I am truly passionate about supporting families and fostering environments where children can thrive. My goal is to give every child the best possible start in life through loving care and quality education.
