I’ve sent my baby here since they turned 6 months. From day one all the staff I’ve come into contact with have made me, my husband and parents feel at absolute ease. I loved Busy Bees since the first time I walked in. Highly recommend this nursery and staff.

I have recommended Busy Bees to a number of other parents already. Our daughter has attended since she turned one and remains there now in the pre-school room. Despite moving house in that time, we never even considered taking her elsewhere. The care she receives is excellent and she enjoys nursery
days very much; she always comes home with a smile. The staff have been accommodating of her additional medical requirements and I have complete confidence in them while she's in their care. The range of activities and themed events is broad and the facilities are well kept and constantly updated through the seasons. Highly recommended.

I have absolute faith in all of the staff I have met so far. I have confidence in the variety of facilities available and the learning ethics.


When my daughter comes home singing all the new nursery rhymes and tells me of friends she has made it makes my heart squeeze.
The communication and openness

My son thoroughly enjoys his time at Busy Bees and is always keen to tell me the activities he has been doing.
All the activities sound fantastic and he seems to learn a lot from these.

My little boy attended this nursery for 9 months and words cannot adequately describe how lovely this nursery and the staff there are. They are so professional and the children have so much fun, with a variety of activities planned for them each day. We had to, with regret, take our little boy out of
the nursery as we were relocating and no nurseries we've visited are comparable to Busy Bees. I'd highly recommend this nursery.

My child has been at the nursery for just short of 2 years and we have been very happy with the care and attention that has been received during this time.
The staff are lovely and we have been lucky to have had some great key workers who have shown genuine interest in our child's development. The
learning journal is making a lovely record of the time at nursery.
The food provided is a good selection and regularly changes with the seasons.
My one slight downside of this nursery would be the small outdoor space. Due to the location of the building, there is not much that can be done about this and with a recent refit they have tried to make the most of what they have. The indoor garden also means that the children have plenty of room to run around still. We personally feel that the location and other positive aspects of the nursery outweigh the garden issue.

My daughter will be starting school this September but has been at the nursery since she was 11 months old. The staff has always taken such good care of her, and she has always been so happy to be there. The office staff have always been very helpful. I was a shift worker and they were always willing
to accommodate my shifts and even shift changes. I would definitely recommend to others.

We moved to Crawley 2 years ago and Busy Bees welcomed us with open hands. Their staff are very friendly, helpful but most of all very Caring!
My daughter loves going to Busy Bees and talks about what activities they do at pre-School. I have not doubt that my daughter is in capable hands. I will continue

Yes I would recommend this nursery to other parents.
My child always comes home after a day at the nursery with a big smile and loves telling me about all the actives he has done during the day.
He's always bringing something home, i.e paintings, cakes he's made and crafts and is always so proud
of what he has achieved.


The staff are always to be coming up with new activities for the children to do.

I would highly recommend Busy Bees to anyone whom I speak to.


My child suffers from many food allergies and when I viewed the nursery the chef took her time to go through all the product which she uses and explain the menus etc.


I love the fact that the nursery has many different rooms/area

within the age setting which keeps the children continually doing something different.


The staff are welcoming and always make my child smile when they walk through the door.

Clare Sandford

Job Title: Centre Director Joined: 2001

My name is Clare Sandford and I have worked for the company since October 2001. I gained my NNEB qualification in 1990 and have worked in childcare since then.  I started working initially as Manager at our Reigate branch and moved to the Crawley branch in 2004, During this time I have worked in several different roles including Manager, Support Manager and Operations Manager, finally returning to the role of Manager at Crawley after I had my own children.


I am extremely passionate about my nursery and the children who attend, I am committed to providing quality childcare to the parents and children who use the setting.  I am immensely proud of my amazing team here at Crawley who work incredibly hard to provide a wonderful safe and stimulating environment for the children.
