Bright Horizons Wish Park Hove Day Nursery and Preschool

Wish Park is a great nursery, our daughter loves it and can’t wait to get there each day! The food supplied is healthy and nutritious. The staff are attentive and always quick to let us know what is going on.

They always have fun activities planned and have a huge range of healthy meals each week.

Both of our children (ages 4 and 1) have been attending Bright Horizons Wish Park. Now with a steady team in place after the change of management (twice) and staff shortages a while back, we are overall quite satisfied with the nursery. The reason for the 4 stars is mainly because of the lack of outdoor trips. Our eldest has been with the nursery from the age of 10 months until school and did approximately 8/9 trips in that whole period. Our almost 2-year-old has been with the nursery for 15 months now and has only done 1 trip out with the nursery with no other trips in sight. This is something the nursery hasn’t been great with in comparison to some of the other nurseries that do trips to the park daily. We would really like to see an improvement on this. The other reason is due to the lack of updates on the app, One time I didn’t receive a personal update for 2 weeks. The nursery used to be better at this.

We've only been sending our son for a few months, but he seems really happy at Wish Park. He smiles when he goes in and comes out happy too, which is all we can ask for! The staff are very friendly and seem to care lots. Our son always seems happy and delighted whenever he sees a video or picture on the app. He also eats every single thing he is given so the food must be delicious!

Bright Horizons Wish Park Hove Day Nursery and Preschool has been absolutely fantastic. My daughter has been there around a year so far and I cannot fault it. The staff are lovely, the facilities are brilliant, communication is good and my daughter comes home really happy every time I pick her up. Highly recommend this nursery.

Instantly felt at ease when we came in for a viewing! When different people were picking my daughter up at the door, I was scared at first because I hadn’t met anyone other than two who were at the viewing, but my she seemed to go at ease and seems to be comfortable with everyone. This led me to feel more comfortable at drop off. I can’t explain how comfortable I really am with leaving her at nursery now. I went from checking the app every 5 mins to just around feeding time to make sure she’s eaten and any day updates. I can’t thank you all enough! Everyone that’s around her helping her develop each day. The updates I get when I pick her up are great, the constant updates, pics and videos on the app are fantastic! I was overwhelmed and emotional when she was counting to 5! She might not know what she’s saying half the time but I can only see progress since she started nursery! Her key worker has been amazing! Honestly everyone around her deserves a big shout out!

My son loves it here. The staff are all great and he has lots of play and learning each time he comes! The environment is clean and food is tailored to each child’s needs. I would recommend the nursery to other parents looking for their child.

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons Wish Park Hove since she was 2 years old. Her and our experience of this nursery have been wonderful. The staff are all very nice and are always on hand to help. The facilities are excellent and very spacious. We can’t recommend this nursery highly enough. We will be sad when the time comes to leave.

I can highly recommend Bright Horizons Wish Park Hove Day Nursery and Preschool. Our son joined at 9 months old and our initial worry of leaving our baby at nursery settled very quickly. All of the staff members are amazing, they are each truly above what we hoped for. The progression in our son's confidence, speech and character has us in awe most days and we are truly grateful to the nursery staff for their assistance in this. Our son loves it here (especially the garden!) and as his parents, we are very happy.

After sending our first child here, it was an obvious choice for our second child. They have been at the nursery for 7 months now and is very happy there. The facilities are excellent, the garden especially, and all of the staff take that little bit of extra care. We would thoroughly recommend.

It was a 180-degree turn. Our boy runs into the nursery with the biggest smile. He adores his key person, and all the other people working there. The staff is very approachable and great at communicating with us. I can highly recommend Bright Horizons, our second boy will also be attending as soon as he's ready.

Our little one joined Tinysaurus at 8 months old, because I needed to be back at work. I was very worried to leave my baby somewhere else, but since the beginning, the staff had been wonderful, always with a big smile, always so caring. My little one is always so happy to go there and she loves them all. The nursery manager is so lovely, always making sure the parents and the kids are happy and that we are informed about everything. Every time we need to ask her something, she is there to help. We love Tinysaurus and couldn't recommend it more! Thank you, all of you, for your hard work!

My children have been coming to Tinysaurus for the last 12 years. I am absolutely love everything about this nursery and think it's the best nursery around by far. It's well structured, fun, clean and such a lovely environment for the children, especially the garden. All the staff are fantastic too and my four children have all been so happy here.

I have two very active and lively boys who have both been at Tinysaurus since they were 4 months and 9 months old until primary school age. They have loved every minute and formed real attachments with their key workers over the years. They always talk fondly of all the staff and their nursery friends. Choosing a nursery is really difficult, especially when your babies are so young but as soon as I walked through the door, I fell in love! The staff are really well trained, the space and equipment is second to none, everything is clean and well looked after, more importantly they have fun in a safe and caring environment. The management team are excellent, communication is fantastic and the way they have adapted to the pandemic has been amazing. I have never questioned whether or not my family is safe during these difficult times. It’s been worth every penny and I’m genuinely gutted to be saying goodbye! I would thoroughly recommend Tinysaurus.

I am so impressed with the nursery, my two girls love it and all the staff. One member of staff has been so much support to myself recently and the other ladies that work there are a credit to the nursery. Thank you so much.

Tinysaurus provided a wonderful nursery experience for our daughter, who is now at school. Sending our second child was an easy decision. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Our son goes in happily and comes out equally haPPY. The team are always responsive to our needs and queries whenever it is about naps or behaviour. I have also appreciated the support and care during the Covid pandemic.

From the minute we walked into the nursery for the first time to have a look around, we knew that it was perfect for our daughter, and she felt at home straight away. The staff are wonderful, professional and welcoming. The nursery is very clean and full of lovely toys and areas for children to play in. The garden is like something out of a fairytale. Since starting in September, our daughter has learned so much and comes home showing off her new singing or dancing skills, artwork or talks about the books that she has looked at. Each day is full of lovely activities. They have special visitors to celebrate a variety of festivities, so children learn about various cultures and make each child’s birthday very special too. We would absolutely highly recommend this nursery, and our daughter could not be happier.

I did a lot of research into which nursery to choose, and I am very happy I chose Tinysaurus. Initially, I chose them as I thought the nursery had a great size room and back garden for the babies, are super clean (which was very important to me ), had a great programme, great menu choice and the staff were all friendly and professional. The staff handled the settling in sessions very well and made me feel very comfortable. My little one has been with the nursery for 6-months, and I can really see a difference in his development. All the staff are friendly and approachable and have really made themselves known to all the babies and parents and are very well updated. If I have ever had a certain request, they have always been accommodating. It’s a great feeling knowing my little one is enjoying going to the nursery every day and built fantastic relationships with the staff. I have already and will continue to recommend Tinysaurus to anyone looking for a nursery.

I also know that at least at nursery my son is getting a very varied and healthy diet too!
