My son has been attending Tinysaurus for 6 months and I honestly can't imagine sending him anywhere else! He literally can't wait to get through the door in the morning. The staff are enthusiastic, positive and genuinely care about children!
They treat children and parents with utmost respect. I love the fact my son can choose what he wants to do for most of the day whilst being invited to engage in all manner of activities from painting to cooking! Could not have wished for a better nursery- 100% recommend.
Our little boy has been with the nursery for nearly a year and it was the best decision we made. Its lovely and clean we love that we can log in and check what he is up to on webcam. His social skills and physical development has been amazing. Also the varied foods he gets to eat at nursery really make it easier when giving him new dishes at home. He is always happy to go in and all the staff are lovely also giving you updates when collection, of what they have been up to throughout the day, along with giving you more info in his book bag. Couldn't recommend the nursery enough.
Our son attended Tinysaurus. He has additional needs and needs lots of help and from the moment we visited the staff there welcomed us with open arms, support and an open door. He achieved so much there and the manager and whole team helped us all so much. Our son went to school in September but our daughter now goes to Tinysaurus and is absolutely thriving. She is so happy there and it is such a home from home. Warm, caring, immaculate, creative - and that's just the staff! A brilliant nursery.
We have been customers of Tinysaurus for 5 years, with all our children attending the nursery full time. (Our eldest is now at school, daughter is at Tinysaurus and my youngest is due to start in June).
The nursery is outstanding in the way they provide (and have provided) care to our children. They are always warm and welcoming and promote the same values and behaviours that we do at home. Our children are growing up as confident individuals, who support others, while their own individual interests and abilities are developed and nurtured by the friendly staff.
My opinion is that it's a brilliant nursery. My son was such a mummy's boy but settled in so quickly. Everything is well run and I would like to say that all the staff here are so lovely and kind to you. My son came on so well in every way when he was here. Really loved it.
We couldn't be happier and baby number 2 was signed up to go before he was even born. In this regard, particularly, the staff were great with our son, helping prepare him for the new arrival in the family and being especially conscientious after his brother's birth as he experienced a bit of a 'wobble'. We're very grateful for the amazing time he has at Tinysaurs.
Tinysaurus staff are all amazing, my daughter absolutely loves it there. I couldn't have asked for a better start for her. Every day is filled with exciting, fun and educational experiences. I also have 100% confidence hat she will be extremely happy and safe as soon as I drop her off. I highly recommend them!
This is my second child who attends the nursery. My son started about 6 months ago and has always been very happy! The manager and the team are great, friendly and professional. Tinysaurus is a very homely place and I'm glad I've chosen them to look after my kids!!!
My daughter moved to Tinysaurus when we moved house 18 months ago. The team made her feel so welcome and the transition went really well. On days when she found it tough being dropped off they were amazing at distracting her and now she loves going every week.
Best nursery! My daughter loved her time at Tinysaurus and loved every one of the staff, especially one nursery practitioner in particular, she was her favourite! It was always very clean and welcoming. My daughter tried a lot of different food thanks to Tinysaurus.
They work so hard with all the children to make it a happy place and definitely made a good start for when my son started school.
Thank you Tinysaurus.
There is home cooked food, water games, chickens in the garden next to the toy helicopter which backs onto a park and they even provide wraparound care as I work longer than their opening hours. She now comes home telling me how her day has been and is always packed and ready to go to nursery keenly in the morning. Don't bother looking anywhere else.
For us, the environment was one of the outstanding features. The rooms are clean and bright, with lots of space for the children, and staff are really on top of tidiness and cleanliness.
The girls there are all lovely, my son has settled in really well and is so happy with his key worker. There is honestly nothing I would change about Tinysaurus and I have enjoyed watching my son thrive in their care.
I simply cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. Staff and management consistently go above and beyond and with one child now in Reception and one child currently still attending I can confirm it has prepared my son fantastically well for Primary School and I'll be very sad when my daughter leaves in a couple of years.
Moving my son to Tinysaurus from another nursery was one of my best decisions. Drop-offs in the morning went from 30-40 min to "bye mummy" and not even looking back.
He's learnt so much and really enjoys going there. When he comes back he always tells me about all the things they have been up to and it's great to know that they offer an environment when children are allowed to learn, play and feel safe.
Food is great and varied, they are allowed to explore and try many different things and I have noticed a difference in him eating more things that he has tried at the nursery.
The introduction to the nursery and her transition from being at home with me was very considerate, and she settled immediately
which is a testament to the nursery and the wonderful staff.
The team from manager to keyworker, and everyone in between have been so attentive and nothing has been too much trouble for them.
My daughter is so happy at nursery, it's a wonderful place and by far
the best in so many ways from the garden, floor space, food provided and of course the care and attention the staff give is without question the best.
I have a 2.5 year old who is currently at Tinysaurus and a 7 year old who went to Tinysaurus from 9 months right through to starting school. I think I looked round about 12 nurseries before going to Tinysaurus for my daughter. She loved it from day 1 and would have gone 7 days a week given half the chance and she still talks about her fond memories of nursery. They do wonderful activities with the children and are fantastic at getting the older children ready for school. Both my children have had eating problems and the staff have been fantastic at working with them and encouraging a healthy attitude to food. The staff are kind and caring and the children love the staff. The nursery is well run, has excellent communication with parents, is clean and very friendly with fantastic staff to children ratios. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about Tinysaurus, my kids love it and so do all my friends who I've recommended Tinysaurus to.
We looked at a fair few nurseries in the Hove area and Tinysaurus was by far the cleanest, most welcoming and organised. My daughter immediately warmed to the staff and settled straight away. Our over-riding feeling is that all of the staff at Tinysaurus care deeply about the welfare and emotional well-being of the children and are extremely supportive of our ever-changing routines. The activities are varied and my daughter has a lot of fun and has made lots of friends. Although one of the more expensive nurseries, the value you get for the small difference in cost of others is outstanding and well worth it. Do go and visit them and see what a fantastic place it is for yourself as I cannot imagine any child not being happy here.
My son has been at Tinysaurus Nursery since the middle of 2016. He absolutely loves it here and so do I! Staff are so welcoming and friendly and really do put the children first. I feel the communication is fantastic, as I'm an anxious mum and they keep me in the loop all the time with the day sheets and each child has a key person dedicated to them, they let me know exactly what my son's been up too. I also feel the webcam in the nursery is brilliant, giving piece of mind that u can log in anytime of day to check on your little one. The other important part to me is the food menu the children have a huge variety of different, well balanced and yummy food throughout the day and staff are very happy to accommodate any special needs your child may have. I feel the nursery is outstanding in the way it includes children in all different activities throughout the day, so you know they are having a really enjoyable time doing things they like that have been tailored to their interests whilst away from home.
