This nursery offers everything, you can drop your child to friendly experienced staff and they provide nappies, wipes, all food, sunscreen and much more. My little boy was a very shy boy but since starting at Bluebell Hill Children's Nursery he has become so confident and learning new things every day. The staff and management are amazing and very supportive.

My daughter loves attending Bluebell Hill. The staff are always approachable and nothing is too much for them. My daughter is sociable, happy and confident and I feel the staff have contributed to this. They provide an excellent range of meals and snacks with lots of variety. My daughter loves to be outdoors and due to their free flow at the nursery, she is able to access the outdoors as and when she can.

Overall Experience

My daughter started nursery recently and has settled in very well to the new routine. She's always very content to be left with her cares. Two of my older children attended the nursery between 2007-2016 and I'd thoroughly recommend it. I've experienced all the different rooms with the ages of the children and I'm always confident I'm leaving them well cared for.

I have worked with children for the last 6 years and have been at Bluebell Hill for nearly 4 years now. I started as relief staff whilst completing my degree in early years education, and have since enjoyed progressing in my career and constantly building on my knowledge of the early years. I love being able to teach and inspire children every day, and mentoring staff in giving children the best possible experiences whilst at nursery.

I am also the nursery SENDco and am passionate about ensuring inclusion is at the heart of everything we do, working closely with families and children to ensure every child gets the best possible outcomes from their time with us!

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, walking my two dogs and going to the gym!

Hi, I’m Lauren! I’ve been working in the Early Years for almost twenty years now. From the moment I left school, I knew I wanted to work with children, helping them learn, grow and develop. With a strong passion for learning environments for children, I’ve spent a considerable amount of time studying the Reggio Emilia philosophy, as well as the Montessori philosophy. I’ve worked in a variety of roles in the early years, including educator, SENCO, and additional adult for SEN children, as well as having previous experience as a Deputy Manager. I believe community is at the heart of a nursery school, as it takes a village to raise a child and building strong relationships with children and parents is the way to strengthen that community. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my two children.
