We really like this nursery and its set-up. There is plenty of space for children to play outdoors, which is fantastic. The staff are well-trained, knowledgeable, and handle all kinds of situations in a professional manner. They always pay attention and address any concerns parents may have. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Bluebell Hill have been fantastic with my little girl, she started nursery 2 days a week from 9 months old, and she's come on leaps and bounds since and enjoys all the activities the girls do with them! She always tries different foods, messy play (all the shops stuff!) I find it so easy they provide essentials, nappies wipes, cream etc so all I need to do is pack her some clothes to take with her! Special shout-out to her key person who really supported her getting used to nursery, and another member of staff too. All the girls are lovely and show her kindness and care. The manager is very helpful and friendly and answers any questions I have! As a first time mum it was so scary sending her to nursery so young, but everyone made me feel at ease and I know she's being looked after and having a good time!

I can't fault the staff at Bluebell Hill. My son had little time to prepare due to unforeseen circumstances but they were so brilliant and he's settled in brilliantly. He is always happy when I collect him, the staff are always chatty and positive and I have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone else.

This nursery is fantastic. My son has been here for almost a year and my youngest is due to start next month. The staff are lovely and you can see how much the children like being with them and in the nursery setting. We are kept up to date throughout the date through an app with what our child has eaten, photos and sleep logs etc. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is local.

My 2 year old thoroughly loves going to nursery here. We drop him off and he'll walk in without saying good bye and never wants to leave on pick up! The staff are fantastic, friendly approachable and always willing to do what they can. Only on one occasion have I had a complaint, it was addressed immediately and has not happened again. Outside space could do with updating but it's simply because it's well loved by all children all throughout the year. I would very much recommend this nursery.

I recently moved to the area 5 months ago and am so pleased that I found Bluebell Hill. My little boy, once settled, absolutely loves it. You can really see how much the teachers care about the children which is so important. They do lots of fun activities with them and I have noticed, since starting, he has come on in leaps and bounds and is growing into such a happy confident little boy, which they have played a big part of. Anyone considering bluebell hill it comes highly recommended.

My little girl loves going to nursery at Bluebell Hill Children's Nursery. She has only been going a short while and only does 1 day a week but she has adapted so well to her new environment. She has bonded well with all the staff. When we are walking towards the nursery, she gets so happy. She enjoys her food there too.

I would say it is a lovely nursery, my child has really come out his shell from starting in February 2024, his confidence has massively improved since attending. Apart from a few things, that have been sorted, I can't fault it. My only concern is the pricing from 7.30 start to 8am is a little high considering it's only half an hour earlier start. I completely understand some staff have to come in early because of this but the fee is a little high considering. Having 2 year old funding and still having to pay doesn't make sense to me as we struggle financially as it is. And also the parent admin isn't always accurate with nappy changes. I would like to make a shout out to one staff member in particular in the Jellyfish room, she has been amazing with my son and also really helpful if I've had any questions. It's really nice for my son to familiar faces to help settle. Always very welcoming. I would like to see more photos of activities in the future. To really see what my son is up to while there.

I have my third child currently at the setting and they have been doing absolutely fantastic with the kids. My kids are always happy to return after their session and they learn new things every day in conjunction with making friends and improving social interactions.

The staff have been so supportive to get our little one settled in the last nine months. We're so impressed with all the fun activities he does. He's learning so much and has gained so much confidence. We're so impressed with how well he is cared for with cuddles, sleep, food, being attentive to teething needs and all other needs and we can see how much he loves all the staff and the environment. Love all the messy play, hartbeeps and outdoor play they get to have. Plus so many updates throughout the day on the app!

Second child attending this nursery and the care is just as outstanding as with our first child. The staff are brilliant and have an amazing and caring relationship with the children. Could not ask for a better nursery.

My son has been going to Bluebell Hill Nursery for over 2 years now. He suffers from epilepsy and has had difficulties with his speech and integration post-covid. I cannot state highly enough how well they have looked after every aspect of my son's care, including seizures, whilst he was on their premises. In every single interaction I have had, with every member of staff, they have gone above and beyond in their care of my son. I am not usually somebody who takes time out to write reviews but in this case, I felt compelled to. I wish that I could name-check members of staff for specific praise but they all deserve it. The support of the nursery and its dedicated staff has made a real difference in the life of our son and how he moves forward in the future. A big thank you to everyone at the nursery for all that you do.

This is a well-run nursery with excellent members of staff. Both my sons go here and I wish they could go more often. My eldest has come along well since joining, with his amazing and dedicated key worker demonstrating such care and professionalism when managing his sensitivities. My younger son has not been attending for long, but I can already see he loves it here as well and the outdoor space in particular is perfect for him. The nursery has a focus on outdoor play and external activities which are perfect for my sons. From what I have observed, every member of staff is brilliant.

Cannot rate the nursery highly enough. The staff are so friendly and my child loves going to nursery. It was incredibly important for me to feel comfortable enough to leave my child somewhere safe, secure and nurturing and I am so happy with Bluebell Hill Children's Nursery. They engage in lots of different activities and learning styles and I have noticed a difference in my child's confidence and abilities.

The nursery focuses on a lot of outdoor activities at beach school where they take the children out to the beach for a morning where they talk about nature, pollution and feelings. My child absolutely loves it. They are running a tadpole experiment where the children can watch tadpoles develop, looking at their faces light up when they talk about it. They have all sorts of pets come in as well. I am very pleased that I found this nursery.

Bluebell Hill have been brilliant since our daughter started there in January. We feel well-informed about what our daughter has done every visit and we love seeing the updates and photos on the parent portal. All of the staff are brilliant and it has a lovely family feel there. Can't recommend them enough!

Bluebell Hill is a fantastic nursery and all the staff are very kind and caring. There is great communication on your child’s day on the app and at collection. My little one enjoys going and I feel at ease knowing she is well looked after and happy.

My son is always happy going into nursery, he doesn’t even say 'bye' to me half the time anymore as he really enjoys it. He has really gained in confidence and is developing really well. All the staff are caring, lovely and friendly and chat about how his day has been at the end of each day. I love the little updates the staff put on the app throughout the day whilst I’m at work so I can see how he is doing.

Bluebell Hill is a wonderful nursery. My little boy settled in very quickly at 11 months old. He very happily goes in each morning to the lovely ladies who work there. He gets opportunities for plenty of outdoor play, arts and crafts and indoor playtime. The food is varied and nutritious and he comes home having had three full meals. Parents are updated via the app so you can see what has been eaten, nappy changes, how much sleep has been had and photos. Bluebell Hill goes above and beyond to recognise and celebrate occasions throughout the year: parties for Halloween and Christmas, craft weekends, Red Nose Day celebrations, an Easter bonnet competition etc. There’s always something fun going on. Another great thing is how so much is included in the price. Unlike other nurseries, Bluebell Hill provides food, drink/milk/formula and nappies, meaning the only thing I need to send in is spare clothing. I highly recommend this nursery; we think it’s great!

My 2-year-old boy was delighted at the nursery and really enjoyed being with the staff there. When he was off from the nursery, he would often ask me to take him back to the nursery and keep asking some of the staff.
