Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Wood Street Village

We absolutely love the nursery and our daughter has enjoyed her time here since day one. She has become so confident in herself and what she does. All staff members are lovely.

My daughter has flourished in the 7 months she has attended Christopher Robin Day Nursery. The staff are phenomenal and provide a real family feel within the nursery. It's a nurturing environment and their communication with parents is great.

My youngest is just about to start school and we are very sad to say goodbye to Christopher Robin Day Nursery at Wood Street. My eldest started 7 years ago so we have been there a long time. It is a brilliant nursery with amazing staff. Highly recommend.

The team at Wood Street Village Christopher Robin feels like family to my two children, who are lucky to call this their nursery. Every staff member has been outstanding in their care for my little ones. Our needs as parents are always met with a positive, can-do attitude. The facilities are fantastic, and the teachers consistently introduce new activities to foster the children's development. Plus, the good behaviour they bring home is an added bonus! At Wood Street Christopher Robin, the meals provided are not only well-balanced but also thoughtfully curated to introduce children to a variety of new foods. Each meal is designed to ensure that the children receive the right mix of nutrients essential for their growth and development.

Christopher Robin Street Village is an excellent nursery - I cannot speak highly enough of it. The range of activities for children is great, they spend a lot of time outside and include sensory activities for the children. The staff are always friendly and you always get a good handover, with the app being an added bonus to see what they have been up to / how and what they've eaten, and photo updates. The management are brilliant and communicates well with parents. Our son has regular medicine and reminds us when running low. The staff deserve a pay rise!

We count ourselves very lucky to have a place at Christopher Robin in Wood Street Village. We moved our daughter from a previous nursery that she would not settle at, and on her second day at Christopher Robin she was happy to be handed over, a huge relief for us as parents. She babbles very happily on her way home now. We are kept well updated through the app and they have stay and play days a few times a year which are lovely to be a part of. The whole nursery has a great homely feel and we could not be happier and more confident in our choice. Our child is in the Piglet room and we plan for her to be with Christopher Robin until school. We have chopped and changed our days around a few times whilst we have struggled with outside childcare and the staff have been incredibly accommodating. I would be very happy to recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

The staff are amazing, my son absolutely loves going to nursery and is always so happy to see his key person. They are always helpful and keep us updated on his wellbeing as well as his progress. My eldest daughter has just moved on to school after being at Christopher Robin for nearly 4 years, and we have been so pleased with the care she has received over that time. She was just a baby when she started and I have always felt that I was handing her over to people who really cared about her. The staff are fantastic and have always taken the time to tell us how the day has been. They also do all kinds of activities that I could never dream up! My younger daughter is a Piglet now and I couldn't be happier to have her at the same nursery.

My son has attended Christopher Robin Day Nursey-Wood Street Village. At first, we were very nervous about putting him into the nursery but the staff are extremely friendly, reassuring, helpful, warm and give you all the time you need. They’ve made it feel like home from home. My son struggled to settle at first but these amazing girls have put in all the time and effort to help him settle. They have done the most amazing job with him. He is coming along in leaps and bounds. I get a well-detailed daily report with everything I need to know that’s happened within the day. I would high recommend this nursery to my family and friends. They truly are outstanding.

Both my boys went to Christopher Robin. They absolutely loved every minute of it. They created very strong bonds with peers and with the staff who were amazing, not only with the boys, but with my husband and I. I highly recommend this nursery. My boys are independent, polite, creative and happy, which I have to credit the nursery for. I love the app updates, I even downloaded the observations and pictures and created a book that I am sure my children will cherish forever. Because I understand that space is very restricted and costly in Surrey, I have one minor suggestion to the management: to take the children out and about more.

My daughter has been going to Christopher Robin Day Nursery Wood Street for approximately 18 months and absolutely loves it. I was very nervous about her transition to nursery after COVID-19 but the Teachers made her feel very safe and supported. She has grown in confidence and is a happy little girl. She goes to nursery with a smile each day and is very excited to tell me about her day when she gets home. I love reading about her day on the App. It's a small nurturing nursery that gives excellent thought to the activities and growth of each child. I think all the staff are excellent, and I can see they really care for the children. As it's a small nursery, I also like how management and staff (including staff in the other rooms) know your child, and build up a relationship with us, her parents. I highly recommend this nursery! Management is also really good - something I noted in other nurseries was often lacking or quite poor.

We are always welcomed with open arms, met with understanding and compassion in every situation and my son is loved and celebrated for who he is. I am forever thankful for the amazing team at Christopher Robin Wood Street Village Day Nursery.

I would highly recommend Christopher Robin Wood Street to anyone looking for a nursery in the area. The nursery has a warm and inviting culture and a safe environment, which was something really important to us. Our little girl has been attending Christopher Robin for over 6 months now and is excited to go to nursery every time. She seems to be thriving from the exposure to other children. Another benefit of Christopher Robin is the detailed daily reports of activities/learning, meals, naps and diaper changes they provide. We are so appreciative of the time and care given to our little one and to us as a family.

We truly couldn't think of a better place for our son; we know he is in the safest environment and thriving and we are so thankful to have such a brilliant, caring nursery for him.

Our son has just moved up to school having spent almost four years at Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Wood Street Village. He has thoroughly enjoyed it. I echo the comments about the diverse activities that are provided, so creative and definitely not something I could replicate at home! The children get outside daily without fail and gain confidence so quickly with their physical and social abilities through this play and learning. As they approach school age the work undertaken with language is great preparation for a smooth transition. The teachers are exceptional and have so much energy! We cannot thank them enough for providing such a nurturing environment. I would not hesitate to recommend Christopher Robin.

My eldest goes and absolutely loves it and my youngest is starting in November. I am sure he will love it just as much as my eldest. My son has learnt and developed so much during his time there and I can see how much fun he has each day! He also tells me himself how much fun he has. The activities they do each day are fabulous. We are so grateful for the staff at Christopher Robin Day Nursery - Wood Street Village, they are amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christopher Robin - Wood Street.

Highly recommend this nursery. Great onboarding and settling-in experience for our little boy. He is very happy there and, as parents, we feel he is being looked after very well. I really enjoy the daily observations and pictures. I feel I am being kept up to date with his activities, sleep and eating. Great to have those observations as part of an app as I can access it anytime. Finally and most importantly - the staff are incredibly friendly and trustworthy!

Both of my sons have attended this nursery, and I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about it. My kids are so happy there and take part in such imaginative activities that I would never think to do at home. The staff are absolutely impeccable - all such down-to-earth, friendly and incredibly loving ladies who the kids love spending time with. I will recommend this nursery to anybody with little ones.

Wonderful nursery setting with engaging and inspiring activities. The staff are all warm, nurturing and motivated to help the children develop.

My son and daughter attend this nursery three days a week and they both love it. The staff are all very friendly and engaging with the children. They have such a fun time doing all the activities and often come home with various things they have created. Highly recommend the nursery and the Montessori ethos. It was difficult during Covid when children or members of the staff had to isolate which sometimes resulted in rooms closures, but we were always kept up to date with what was happening. Hopefully, the children will be able to go out on a few walks and explore their village green and duckpond more often.
