CherryWood Nursery

The staff and teachers are all wonderful and my children are both very happy at Cherrywood. They are cared for beautifully with fun, engaging and stimulating activities and always come home happy. It is a very social nursery and puts on lovely events for all the families to enjoy and meet each other.

A wonderful nursery, with a very skilled and caring staff team. The environment is always so clean and they offer fantastic activities and opportunities for the children. My son has so much fun when he's there and I love getting the updates and photos of what he's doing.

Brilliant nursery. Cannot fault the commitment the staff have for the development and the safety of the children. During our time there with our child, we have not encountered a single issue or problem. Comparing to other nurseries that my eldest child went to this by far is handsdown the best one in the area.

Classrooms are suitable for age groups and they have a lot of chance of going outside and also mingling with other children. Classrooms are changed up so children do not get bored.

Our son has been so happy at Cherrywood - we can both go to work knowing that he's 100% taken care of in a safe and enjoyable environment and he's made great friends and learnt so much there. Thank you Cherrywood!

Our son is happy at the nursery and the team ensure his wellbeing throughout the day with updates + photos. He loves spending time with the team + is greeted everyday by all the staff + with cuddles! They ensure children spend time learning, exploring the outdoors + do daily artwork + messy play which is fantastic

Both of my sons attend Cherrywood and have flourished under their care. There are plenty of developmental activities for them to enjoy and their teachers have been fantastic with supporting us with speech improvement and their skills progression. Our eldest has loved his teachers, settled in well and made some very strong connections which will hopefully put him in a good position for settling into school later this year. The communication we receive is great and they always make time for a handover at drop-off and pick-up so nothing is rushed or missed. I would reccomend to any new parents.

We have three children at Cherrywood and we are all so happy with our experience. At preschool the staff really are friends with the children, they've taken the time to get to know the girls so that every day the girls skip into the room and don't look back! In the baby room they offer all the cuddles needed and our little one has been happily attending since 10 months old.

A great, friendly, inclusive and accommodating nursery. Friendly, supportive staff that go the extra mile. A warm and welcoming environment. Always great consistent communication from nursery. Staff always have the children's best interest in mind. All the children seem very happy and there are lots of activities for them to engage in and learn and develop.

We have toured a lot of nurseries but we feel that Cherrywood stood out from all the rest and we would fully recommend this nursery to everyone.

Our son has flourished due to the expertise, experience and huge energy of the CherryWood team - we feel completely confident leaving our son here. The children are genuinely happy everyday - themed-weeks, activity areas, multiple rooms, including space for French lessons for pre-school, a huge garden with separate space for little one's soft play area - and the staff are so kind and caring and go the extra mile, e.g. providing recipes to create favourite meals at home! The app is regularly updated with smiling photos, they've always been flexible around our work and need for extra sessions - everything about the nursery is excellent and I know other parents agree. Hugs, kindness, laughter - CherryWood has it all in abundance. Completely recommend and so grateful to our key people and room leaders, especially for helping him have a happy start.

We could not be happier with our experience with Cherrywood. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming - from the kitchen staff interacting to the children to the management to the care staff themselves. The staff really know our child and are so attentive to their individual personality. The nursery always give us their time with any questions we have and are very responsive. It is delightful as parents to see the staff properly interacting and engaging with the children. Thank you for making such a big transition for our child such a positive experience.

The staff are wonderful, friendly and amazing with the children, I would definitely recommend this nursery. The rooms for the individual age groups are well sourced with suitable learning toys, very clean and the activities that my little granddaughter has done since being there have been really good, messy play and painting. She is always happy when I pick her up so ten out of ten.

We love CherryWood Nursery. Both our sons have been or are still going to the nursery. The staff are the utmost professional, caring and dedicated team. Two members of staff are outstanding. Caring for our boys, especially when things got really tough with one of them. Our youngest is so excited to go every day. We can’t thank the staff enough for their support! Not a single bad word to say.

They recently did a tea party for all the mums to celebrate Mother’s Day which was really lovely to be able to speak to the other mums and also see my daughter playing with her friends.

We have used CherryWood Nursery since 2019 and we have always been thrilled with the care that our children have received. All members of staff work so hard and the children are so well looked after. The activities available throughout the day are excellent and the nursery also put on some fantastic extra activities that include parents as well. They are so thoughtful around supporting the children to make cards and gifts around the main holidays/events of the year which is lovely. Both of our children are so happy at nursery and this is down to the wonderful care and nurturing that they receive. In addition, the staff in each room take time to ensure that the right supports are in place to promote learning. The app is regularly updated throughout the day which gives a lovely summary of what our children have been doing throughout their day. If we ever have any queries we always feel comfortable in asking and we always get a prompt response. Thank you, CherryWood, you are amazing!

My children absolutely love going to CherryWood Nursery. It is a home away from home. All the staff are all caring and knowing and my children have learnt, grown and blossomed throughout their time there! They run in and hug staff and their friends making true bonds. They even love the food and creative learning. We are very lucky to have CherryWood as their first start in life. Makes me feel very reassured leaving them at drop-offs.

Both my children have attended CherryWood Nursery and they have always had a brilliant time. They do so many activities with the children. It's a lovely, caring environment. All the staff are so warm and caring to the children. I always know I can leave them there and they'll be happy.

The meals at the nursery are all very homely and cooked on site and she seems to love the food. All of the staff are so friendly when I have been to collect her and the nursery looks so clean and fresh.

We are so pleased we found Cherrywood Nursery and chose for our son to attend. From being shown around before our baby was born to when he started at about 8-months-old, we have been so impressed and happy with his care and all of the staff we have encountered. Our son has loved all of the nursery workers in both rooms he has been in and is genuinely happy to arrive each day. The app and summary reports are updated regularly and are very detailed. Photos are uploaded of our son and his friends and it’s so lovely to see them happy whilst we work. Would 100% recommend.
