CherryVale Nursery, in Ash Vale, is a converted school that makes the most of versatile play areas to support the children's development.

The nursery benefits from having its own ICT suite within the preschool room, a sensory room, air conditioning throughout and separate sleep rooms. There is a secure outdoor play area and five individual rooms for an age-specific focus.

Staff take pride in delivering a friendly service, committed to helping children develop positively and preparing them well for later challenges. Parents are always welcome to talk to staff and enjoy many of the calendar events.

CherryVale have been are childcare provider for four years. Both my son and daughter have received outstanding care from all members of staff. As a family, we love being able to see what our children have been up to daily on the app, which is constantly updated. The management have always been welcoming
and willing to help when needed. Their staff are always going above and beyond to support my children, meet their needs and provide the love and care they need. The activities always look well thought out and provide many learning opportunities. My oldest left CherryVale happy, confident and sociable and attending school with such success.

CherryVale nursery have been caring for my son since he was eight months old and have always provided high-quality care throughout his days at nursery. The staff are really friendly and helpful and always provide great handovers when I collect him at the end of the day. I really like the app and seeing
how my son is doing throughout the day, seeing how he's eaten and finding out all the fun things he's done at nursery and seeing the photos of him playing and taking part in fun activities. Highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare.

My little boy has been attending Cherry Childcare since he was eight months old. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare. The staff are so lovely and are always high on quality with everything they provide, management also provide everything at a high quality and are very helpful
too. Being a first-time mum it was frightening at first to put my child into a nursery so I could go back to work but CherryVale have made this transition so much easier for me as I can see that my little boy is having a great day at nursery with all his artwork and updates on the app that they provide along with lovely photo's. My little boy is learning new things everyday and I'm so happy and thankful for all the hard work that the staff put into everything that they do. Thank you CherryVale for high-quality care for my son.

I’ve visited many nurseries, some very fancy ones. A friend recommended this nursery so I arranged a visit. Staff and children were so happy, I hadn’t felt that welcoming and warm feeling in any other nursery. The settling in was quick and the staff made it feel stress-free and they really care about
children’s learning and development and ensure parents are involved too! As first-time parents, we feel so lucky to leave our precious son in such capable and warm hands!

We were recommended Cherry Vale by several friends and when we came to look around we got a really good vibe. Our baby absolutely loves coming here each day - and our only concern is that she loves her key workers more than us! We couldn't be happier about the nursery; the care, attention and detail

I can not recommend this nursery highly enough. This is our 3rd nursery in 4 years and by far the best. I have 2 children attending and both are excited when we arrive. They have settled in amazingly and created great bonds with key workers and other room staff.
The management team are always very
friendly and helpful.
The App provides daily updates and development progress as well as pictures of the day. There are always focused learning topics such as firework night, remembrance, Diwali etc and key learning like jolly phonics.
The food is fantastic and well balanced, gives me race of mind that I know they are having healthy fresh meals. As a military family, a parent deployed recently and the nursery was incredibly understanding and helpful to our needs and support.
It is clear to me that all staff are highly motivated and genuinely interested in the children’s development and making sure they have lots of fun.

My child was very happy whilst at CherryVale. The staff seemed to genuinely care about him and want to help him achieve his full potential. All the staff have been brilliant over the past few months in relation to continuing to support families throughout the pandemic. All the staff working with the
children prepare wonderful, engaging activities that they know the children will love. A big thank you to the preschool team for giving the children a graduation in spite of the current situation and all they’ve done for the children.

My eldest daughter joined CherryVale in the little learner's room, and the team couldn't have been more thorough and reassuring with the settling process. The nursery itself has many additional areas that my daughter enjoyed, particularly the climbing frame within the garden area and cooking in Preschool.
All of the team members built strong bonds with my daughter, and she loved sharing with me her events from the day.
Within the last year, I have registered my youngest to CherryVale and have experienced the nursery from the baby room. The team have gone above and beyond to reassure me with the process of returning to work and starting nursery. My daughter has just recently transitioned into the toddler's room, and again, the team have ensured a smooth and thorough transition, she has settled so well considering there are so many different bubble restrictions in place. The nursery has done amazingly with covid and done their best to ensure the children are safe and happy in their bubbles.

Over the last 7 years both of my kids have grown up with the team at CherryVale from the baby room to setting them up for school in Pre-School. We have been so happy with the care, love and attention that the kids have received over the past few years. The team have supported their development both
emotionally and mentally and both my kids loved going in every day. As parents, we are kept informed and I felt listened to particularly when we have some diet issues with my son and my daughter had some separation anxiety. Some of the team have been there from the start and it really felt like saying goodbye to family when my daughter finally left for school. I did not have any issues with this nursery at any time over the past 7 years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My daughter has just left CherryVale after 3 years and words cannot express how much she loved her time there. All of the staff go above and beyond for the children and the whole journey has been one of happiness. I am absolutely delighted with the attention and care my daughter received, so much so

I brought my baby to CherryVale Nursery when he was only 6 months old, worried that maybe I was going back to work too early. To my joy, he settled in straight away. My baby has thrived at CherryVale, he is there 3 days a week, all the staff are very warm and welcoming, helpful and really friendly and

I have been able to fully rely on CherryVale. The care provided has been excellent and could not fault it. The standard of care is very high and I have felt 100% comfortable leaving my child to be cared for on a full-time basis. Thank you CherryVale and we will miss you when my child goes to school.

I am so happy we have chosen CherryVale to send our son to. It was not the cheapest, nor the closest nursery but it is certainly the best for our son. He is so happy here. He has been coming 3 times a week since 6 months old and although I didn't want to go back to work I have never had to worry about
his welfare or his happiness. Everyone seems very friendly and to care about him and he seems to like everyone too.


My son has an egg allergy and he is well looked after and has his own food cooked for him at no extra price.


My favourite activity during the day is to look at the CherryVale app and see what he is up to, what he ate and hopefully catch a little glimpse of him through a picture.


I would recommend CherryVale to everyone. It is worth every penny and more!

The range of activities offered to the children is great, especially the extra classes like cooking in preschool.
It would be good if the office staff were more visible and if the menu for the children didn't include soup.

I love CherryVale. Both my children have come here since they were 9 months old and it has really helped their development. All the staff are so lovely, caring and happy. They do so many different activities with the children and they get outside as much as possible. I like that there are 5 different
age group rooms as well as this really helps age-specific activities take place. The food is also lovely and both my children love it and often ask for seconds. Would definitely recommend this nursery to any one looking.

I would recommend the nursery in a heartbeat. I already have told numerous parents on how well my child has come on since we've been attending. My son has come on leaps and bounds and now confidently can spell his own name out loud correctly already.

CherryVale is the most incredible nursery! There is nowhere else I would want him to go. All the staff are exceptional and understand him and his needs. They offer support to the families as well as the children and make everyone feel welcome.
The activities on offer and opportunities provided are
outstanding and are enabling him to grow and develop at an expected level.
As a parent of a child with SEN it can be a worry to leave your child, however this is not an issue here as he is so well supported and has never been judged by his diagnosis, instead there have been high expectations and an understanding of his full potential.
I can not recommend CherryVale highly enough!
