CherryVale Nursery, in Ash Vale, is a converted school that makes the most of versatile play areas to support the children's development.

The nursery benefits from having its own ICT suite within the preschool room, a sensory room, air conditioning throughout and separate sleep rooms. There is a secure outdoor play area and five individual rooms for an age-specific focus.

Staff take pride in delivering a friendly service, committed to helping children develop positively and preparing them well for later challenges. Parents are always welcome to talk to staff and enjoy many of the calendar events.

Made very welcome by staff and children. Great to see variety of play tables, biscuit decorations most popular followed by spaghetti faces. Enjoyed our afternoon.

I have always had a pleasant experience when picking up our Grandson. The nursery staff are lovely, kind and helpful. The room has ample equipment, the activities seem to be good, our grandson always tells us about what he has done, talking about the garden and the big bikes. Thank you for all your

Very security conscious when picking up my grandson on the odd occasion. Informative at pick up regarding my grandson. Food, play, mood etc. Since attending nursery he has blossomed and the use of my family photos has helped us to settle him when missing mum and dad.

CherryVale is an excellent nursery. They took amazing care of our daughter in her preschool years and now take the same level of care for our son. They are caring, supportive and fun. Both of our children love nursery. As parents, we feel the communication is excellent and are grateful for listening

My son is now in his final year at CherryVale Nursery having started as a baby during covid. The staff have all been fantastic throughout, supporting his transitions from class to class with ease and enabling him to develop physically and socially. Thank you all at CherryVale!

Staff friendly and have a common sense approach. My boy loves going to CherryVale. More reading/numbers etc. would be beneficial, also healthy food. However, these are relatively minor points. Generally, we appreciate the ethos of CherryVale (down to earth, supportive and local people). Corporate need
improvement for safety and also parents need to drive and park considerately. Since CherryVale were taken over by Family First, we have had two price increases in six months and have seen unnecessary building works.

Our son has been at CherryVale Nursery since 11 months old, moving through all of the age group rooms. He now is in preschool and is absolutely loving it.
I can't speak highly enough of CherryVale, the quality of everything is first-class, this ranges from the care all the staff show to the children
to the food but most importantly, the fun he has here.
I honestly couldn't think of anything we would want to improve.

We are so happy about our experience with the nursery. Our son absolutely loves it and so do we!
He made so much progress since he started one year ago, under lots of points: he was struggling to eat but here, thanks to the amazing chefs and the key person, he is finally eating well. There is such
an amazing variety of food on the menus with also dairy options and he always finds something that he likes to eat.
He is so much happier since he started at CherryVale Nursery, every day he happily walks inside his classroom with a big smile, ready to cuddle with his key person. His days here are full of activities: painting, reading, colouring and exploring inside the classroom and outside in the garden.
So what I am trying to say is really a massive thank you to all of you for making my son so happy!

My son has today spent his last day at CherryVale Nursery and I could not recommend it more highly.
From the first moment we walked in I knew we had found somewhere special.
My son started when he had just turned 1 and is only leaving to start school. He asked if he could stay forever which shows
how much he loves it there.
All of the staff we have encountered along the way have been amazing, from those in the office to the cooks and of course the wonderful teachers. They have all nurtured my son and helped him to grow, develop and ultimately flourish. Special mentions to the staff in pre-school. They are all superstars who have always been willing to share their knowledge and expertise.
The daily updates and pictures are lovely and reassuring but it is the little things that make a big difference. How they have prepared my son for his next adventure and made sure his little sister is equipped to continue at nursery without him.

My son has been coming here since 8 months old. I certainly wouldn't want him to go anywhere else the staff are so lovely and welcoming and make you feel at ease. He comes home clean and happy and thriving with great achievement.

No words can describe how amazing CherryVale Nursery is. Our daughter joined CherryVale when she was only 3.5-months-old. She turned 3 in December and moved to pre-school in January. Throughout the whole nursery, each and every room and team member have been absolutely sensational. I couldn’t ask for
a better nursery to send our precious little girl to. She walks in with such confidence and a sparkle in her eyes with excitement for what the day will bring. Every parent at some point questions the choices they make for their pride and joys but this is one choice I will never regret.
I will be forever grateful for the experience CherryVale has offered our daughter up until now and can not wait to see her continue to flourish within their care. You are all one in a million.

I couldn’t recommend Cherryvale Nursery highly enough. My daughter has developed so much there and I have found all the staff to be amazing. I can’t find one thing I would complain about, the facilities are amazing and the kids learn so much. We were really supported with potty training too. It’s just
an amazing environment and my daughter loved going there. I’m really sad we are moving away as I would have loved my son to have attended too!

This place is fantastic! My son always comes out with the biggest smile on his face. The variety of activities he gets to do amazes me. You can tell how passionate the staff are about what they all do and nothing is ever too much. A truly magical place to send your child. I couldn't wish for a better
place for my son to be while I am working and would recommend this nursery to everyone! A safe, happy, clean, fun, professional place where everyone cares about what they do. Keep up the good work everyone.

Working full time we needed a nursery that catered for these hours and the CherryVale Nursery caters for this. The staff do lovely activities with the children and the management team are always on call if needed. My son is thriving in most areas and I believe this has a big part from the nursery and
the outstanding things they put into place. Wouldn't send my child anywhere else other than CherryVale childcare.

Cherryvale Nursery has been a part of our lives as a family for the last 4 years. My older son attended Cherryvale in 2016 at the age of 2 years old and now my 2-year-old daughter attends and has done since she was 9 months old. CherryVale provides outstanding care and a brilliant home from home environment.
The staff are always willing to help and have been brilliant when settling in our two children. The management have been brilliant with all concerns and worries we have had a family. They are quick to respond to emails and voicemails when needed. My children loved and continue to love the amazing activities CherryVale provides and there is always something new and engaging happening within the setting, from farm visits to themed parties. The Catering team provide outstanding hot and cold meals for the children and cater to special diets if needed - nothing is too much trouble. I have and will continue to recommend CherryVale nursery to family, friends and anyone else. Thank you CherryVale.
