Bright Horizons Royal Earlswood Day Nursery and Preschool, set in a beautiful Victorian house, has excellent transport links and is located close to Royal Earlswood and Redhill train stations. With large and light age appropriate rooms, the children enjoy a variety of activities throughout their day including benefiting from daily Forest School sessions.

The trained Forest School leader arranges exciting activities including climbing, swinging, building, woodcraft and fire safety. Additionally, the nursery offers all-inclusive care with an onsite chef providing nutritionally balanced meals, and the fees include snacks, nappies, wipes, formula, and creams.

My son started at Royal Earlswood this month because his usual nursery closed down temporarily. I was worried that he would find it hard to settle (he is 2 years old). The staff at the nursery were amazing. They were so friendly and enabled him to have a half-day settling in session. My son settled
almost immediately. Special thanks to the staff members. We are sorry to be leaving.

My daughter loves coming to nursery and has settled really well into preschool.
She loves taking part in Forest school and is always making different things out of wood and recycled pieces.
Staff are friendly and management are always around if you need any help or advise.
I would totally recommend
this nursery.

My daughter loves coming to the pre-school. She has grown in confidence and is making lots of friends. The staff are friendly and engaging with both the children and parents so you feel part of the experience. The free flow play really suits my daughter as she likes being able to choose what she wants
to do. The garden is amazing. The space available to them allows them to experience different outdoor activities.
They have the climbing apparatus or they can go on the scooters on the bike track, something to suit everyone.

This nursery and preschool are an excellent service. My son was there and learning lots of different activities and other things. The garden is best for children, fresh air, exercise and nature. Staff are helpful, useful and care about what they need learning and also, good listening.

We have always been extremely impressed with our nursery. The staff are always very supportive, loving and friendly. My son never hesitates to go into preschool. We will miss everyone after 12 years and 3 children all enjoying their time here.

Both of my children have attended Royal Earlswood and I cannot praise the girls that work there enough, for changing the attitude and behaviour of my son. He was very aggressive and had slow speech - the staff have put so much effort and time into my son, that he is now a changed child.


I would recommend

this nursery to anyone, it has the best ladies that work there and I cannot thank them enough.

My little boy recently started settling in sessions and the staff have been fantastic and supportive. There is so much positive work done within the nursery with an added bonus of a huge newly built playground area for all ages to enjoy. Great for kids to enjoy in various weathers! Rated outstanding

Our son has loved his time in the baby room and has felt happy and safe in the environment from day one. He is now moving up to the toddler room which I know will be as easy a process for him as the fantastic settling in process was. The staff all know him by name and are welcoming and friendly on
a daily basis. A particular highlight of this nursery is the fantastic garden which he loves exploring.

My daughter joined Royal Earlswood Asquith Day Nursery 3 months ago and has settled in wonderfully. We were all made to feel very welcome and really enjoyed our settling in period. Those first fretful few weeks are very hard for any parent to adjust to, but the staff made the process much easier
and assured me at all times that I could call if I was worried or come in and see my child at any time. My daughter has a wonderful experience at nursery and has developed so much in these last few months, eating habits have improved, as well as her language and communication skills. She comes home from her morning sessions full of life and excitement and enjoys telling me what wonderful activities they have been up to. I am so pleased that I chose Asquith for my child's first nursery.

We have always found the staff very caring. They have lots of toys to keep my little one occupied, in nursery room as well as in garden.

I can not sing enough praises for Royal Earlswood Asquith and would recommend them to any parent looking for childcare in the area. Over the last 3 years we have been so impressed with the amount of love, care, fun and development that our children have received. It is the hardest thing leaving your
children in the care of someone else, but from day one the carers in the baby room gave us so much confidence that they would each be loved and well cared for. We have seen this care continue as they have moved up throughout the nursery rooms. There are particular carers in each room who are fantastic! They all show the perfect balance of care, nurture, support and humour, which means our children feel secure and love their days at nursery/pre-school. The management do an amazing job running the nursery with such energy, efficiency and enthusiasm. We are truly grateful to all the other wonderful carers who do such a fantastic job of looking after our son and daughter. A big thank you to everyone xxx

Our son is at Royal Earlswood nursery in the baby room and absolutely loves the time he spends there. I still remember the initial settling in period and wondering if it gets any easier leaving your child to go to work. Looking back I think it took me longer than it did my son to settle in and I cannot
thank the staff enough, especially his key worker who supported me through the transition. Now when I drop him off he doesn't even give me a backwards glance as he is so excited to be going to nursery. What's not too love...he has attention lavished on him, always someone to play with, the most amazing garden to explore and not forgetting cuddles when required. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough, all the staff are wonderful and caring towards my son and I know that he will continue to thrive in such a lovely environment.

The nursery has provided everything we would hope for and more, our daughter is extremely happy here and even giggles with excitement as we arrive! Job Title: Nursery Manager

I have been working in childcare for just over 20 years, working with children aged 3 months to 7 years old in nurseries and primary schools. I have also worked in a children's centre supporting parents to develop their children's early literacy skills.


I have a real passion for care and education; I have 4 children of my own and I try to bring a family feeling into the nursery. I enjoy encouraging and watching children's progress and development and work closely with the team to deliver great care and education.


I am passionate about supporting children in all areas of the curriculum to help each individual child to reach their full potential. As a parent myself I understand the importance of parent partnerships and involvement in the children's development and like to offer individual support if and when needed.

I have been at Royal Earlswood since I transferred from another Bright Horizons in 2016. I have been with bright horizons since 2012 when I joined the company as a nursery nurse and I have been in childcare since 2009.


My daughter also attends the royal Earlswood setting and shares my love of the nursery. I enjoy all aspects of my role and work alongside my team to provide the children in our care the best opportunities for learning and play.
