Bright Horizons Redhill Royal Earlswood Day Nursery and Preschool

The staff and management are a credit and work hard to give the children everything they need and ensure they are comfortable and happy. They genuinely care and always take time to talk about how the children's day has gone and interest in how they are at home. Whilst the building my not be the most modern, it is certainly made up for by the wonderful team, working there and the phenomenal outside space available to allow all the children to explore and have fun.

Lovely nursery with excellent and friendly staff, who keep us up to date. Our daughter loves the garden and facilities and has a great time. It is really reassuring to leave her in a nursery where we know she is safe and happy!

My son has been attending Royal Earlswood for almost two years. Over that time, it's been a pleasure to see him develop into a happy, outgoing little boy. He has a great bond with his key workers and loves the different activities the children get involved with every day.

Since starting nursery, my daughter has grown in confidence and knowledge. She has learnt so much and loves nursery. This is a testament to the great staff!

The staff in all rooms are always amazing. My boy has been in baby, nursery and now preschool and the transition between nursery and preschool has definitely been the hardest, but with the support of all staff, it has gone much smoother. The staff in the baby room have helped settle in our daughter, who after just a few days/weeks seems like she has been there for years. A huge thank you to everyone.

My daughter seems to enjoy nursery and she is really developing fast. She seems to like the staff and her carers. She is learning loads of new things. The staff and carers are really friendly and put you at ease and seem to genuinely care.

As soon as we viewed Earlswood Day Nursery, we knew it was the perfect place. With an emotional start, the staff were so supportive and helpful. My son has now entered nursery class after going through babies and toddlers and loving it. The activities the carers do in nursery, are incredible. I always pick up a little boy, who is grinning from ear to ear. I constantly recommend Bright Horizons, Royal Earlswood, for the amazing work they do with the kids, their compassion and the feeling of community, I have experienced.

We are really happy to move our son to Bright Horizons. We definitely recommend this nursery. The app and the communication with the parents is good. We would like to have more information on our son's activities and learning, but we understand how challenging it is to provide feedback on all children, Overall, a good decision to choose Bright Horizons as a nursery for our son.

The nursery is fantastic. The staff are amazing and my daughter has really loved attending for the last four years. The outdoor space and learning programmes are first-class. My daughter has developed into a well-rounded person and made lots of friends. The staff at Earlswood really care and my daughter will definitely miss everyone at the nursery.

I could not fault Bright Horizons at all. Everyone is so friendly and professional. My daughter has settled in well and enjoys her time there. I can't wait to see how she progresses in the future. So glad we chose them. Great outdoors space and we trust them completely. Would highly recommend.

I have been using the nursery since 2018. I sent my son and then my daughter, full-time until sadly the pandemic intervened. I have always rated the nursery and my son returned when he was able to. I can't say enough about how highly I rate the staff. two staff members, in particular, have been very special people, of many. I love the garden and the effort put into making the children happy. My only advice is to ditch the vegetable jambalaya, as all the kids hate it!

When Ofsted visited there were different staff at the door that day, so I would imagine that's got something to do with it.

Our son has been attending this nursery for a little over a year now. He is always happy when we pick him up, having had a good time. We like the engagement from the nursery through the app and all of the photos and updates we receive. We have also joined him for extra days at Christmas and mother's day etc at the nursery. They always put on seasonal and relevant activities for the children. My son is a fussy eater, but they have very varied meals and he will eat things at nursery that he would never eat at home. The outside space is huge with lots of different areas for the children and their age/experience. We are very happy with this outstanding nursery.

The team at Earlswood have always been very positive and approachable. Both our children have really enjoyed themselves and developed really well under the stewardship of all the team. The external equipment and play areas are a key defining item that sets the nursery out from others in the area.
