I have recommended this nursery to a number of friends. My daughter has been attending for around 2 years and has always loved her time there! The nursery staff really care for the children and balance this caring approach with real focus on learning and education.
My 2-year-old has improved her speech and language hugely in the last few weeks with the hard work and dedication from the staff at Busy Bees. Her development has been fast-tracked since starting at Busy Bees and she loves being there with all the fun activities they do. The staff are so friendly and welcoming too. I can tell they love what they do.
Both of my children have adored coming to Busy Bees. They run in every morning excited to see what the day will bring. Through what has been an impossibly tough year for the staff they have remained smiley, professional and totally reliable while putting themselves at risk. Couldn't ask for more.
Our experience with this nursery started when we were looking for daycare for our firstborn daughter. When we entered the building we instantly knew everything there was perfect. The homely setting, lovely, family atmosphere, great indoor/outdoor facilities/amazing staff. The development of our daughter accelerated massively and was so pleased with the nursery we had no doubts when our son was born he would also attend it. We can't praise Busy Bees enough and we are very grateful you continue to take such great care of both our children.
The nursery feels like a family and I would highly recommend it.
We cannot thank you enough for all the tremendous hard work you have provided over the last 3 years to help our daughter grow and develop. Not only has she overcome a lot but she is very happy and confident child ready to take the next journey up to reception in September overall recommended you highly, thank you so much! An amazing and friendly staff that care and are considerate. The garden is fantastic with a mud kitchen, playhouses, climbing frames, water and sand. We cannot speak highly enough of the nursery.
Our little daughter loves coming to the nursery. The staff are very warm and incredibly caring. She has been happy during her time there and her confidence and her development here exceeded all our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to prospective parents.
Caring Daycare at Dorking Westcott Road has cared for my child over the course of the last two years. It is such a lovely caring and super fun environment. The nursery has a great team of practitioners who are exceptional and always strive to give their all in looking after the children. The staff go beyond the extra mile to ensure the children are very well cared for. I couldn't have asked for a better nursery.
Our son has been at Caring Daycare for nearly 4 years since he was a baby. We have always found the staff to be helpful and caring and our sine has enjoyed his time there through all the different stages/rooms. He has some good friends and loves going to the nursery to play and has always been happy to go because the staff make it a fun place to be.
Very happy nursery with great staff. The outside facilities are excellent and the children are always happy to run inside in the mornings. Inside of the nursery is feeling quite dated and tired and could do with a repaint/refresh.
The staff are great and she likes them all. I can leave her there with peace of mind. She is in good hands!
The children spend time outside whatever the weather and their creativity and imagination is nurtured with lots of stimulation. Well-balanced, healthy menus and snacks are freshly cooked on site.
Many different learning activities each day. Extremely friendly staff spending equal time and care with every child in there care.
Both my children have attended this nursery, so we have extensive experience of its performance and environment over a sustained period of time. Without fail, there is always a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere upon every visit. Every member of the team demonstrates genuine care for our children. A perfect balance of providing fun activities, a nurturing learning environment, whilst never compromising health and safety or safeguarding considerations. The high level of professionalism is evident amongst all of the team and the nursery is managed in an excellent way. Both my children have been very happy during their time spent here and I would recommend other prospective parents to explore for themselves the excellence that it offers.
It will be with sadness when my son leaves the nursery to start school, however, I know he has been given a solid foundation to continue his development.
Many thanks to every member of staff who have played a key part in shaping my two 'little people'.
A nursery with a pleasant environment and friendly and caring staff. There is a good range of activities provided for the children with everything from storytelling and role play, to sports, and visits from the exotic creatures of 'Zoolab'. The interior is well furnished stocked with age-appropriate toys and the garden facilities have recently been refurbished.
Parents are kept well informed of their children's activities and progress with an end of day feedback and are encouraged to discuss overall progress in depth at regular parents evenings.
My daughter attends this nursery and loves it! She formed strong bonds with her Room Teachers and enjoys her days. She is growing in confidence and surprising us with what she has learnt. Having had some early physical development setbacks, the nursery worked with me and her physio to encourage and help her from crawling to walking. I could not have been more impressed.
There are plenty of toys available and a really good outdoor space where they spend a lot of time when they can. My child has learnt a great deal, especially in preschool and regular reports on progress are provided in a comprehensive workbook. Security is also good.
Both our children have attended this nursery, our eldest is now at school, but our youngest is still there. The staff are friendly, welcoming and engaging towards the children and both our children love(d) their time there. It’s a safe yet fun and loving environment where the children can learn and explore with structured activities and messy play.
Overall, I think Caring Daycare at Dorking Westcott Road is a good nursery, my little one is happy and content there which is my main priority. I have found them to be fairly flexible to which is encouraging for us parents.
Our baby is happy and well cared-for at Caring Daycare. We always receive lots of information about her day (what she has eaten, sleeps, nappies, activities) and the staff are pro-active in finding out from us what she's been up to outside of the nursery setting (e.g. changes to her food preferences and milk timings) so they can keep up to date with her development and needs. She has only been attending for a few months but has already bonded well with her key worker and seems to enjoy her days. The staff have been helpful in helping her settle in and dealing with her initial separation anxiety.
