Smart Tots Nursery Banbury

I got called back into work before Christmas for two days a week before my maternity leave was due to end. I was so worried about childcare, as it was never our plan for our little one to be in a formal setting at such a young age and we didn't have long at all to find a suitable setting for him. I've been beyond pleased with the experience we've had at Smart Tots, I know how much my little boy loves it and will miss it! The staff made the experience so easy and straightforward for me as a first time mum leaving her baby for the first time and I can tell that my little one has such a strong bond with his two wonderful key workers. I can highly recommend Smart Tots, the care he has received is wonderful.

Highly recommended nursery! The staff have always been so friendly and supportive since my son started back in 2017. Now my daughter will be starting this year and I'm very excited about her journey here at Smart Tots!

We have been so pleased with Smart Tots and the level of care they have shown for our son. The staff are all so warm and friendly and we feel that he is in extremely safe hands. He settled in in no time and is now excited to see everyone when he arrives each morning. Having had to find him a place and start his nursery care in a rush, we couldn't have been happier with the support and reassurance everyone at the nursery has given us.

The girls working here take care of the children as they would their own therefore it’s great peace of mind especially as we both travel for work and we’re out of town a lot! I wouldn’t hesitate to enrol your child or infant at Smart Tots Nursery.

My daughter started at this nursery when she was ten months and has been attending for just over a year. I am so pleased with the standard of care and all of the staff are brilliant. They all show a real interest in making sure my daughter is happy and have been key to her development. I am really looking forward to seeing her progress further as she moves up through the nursery. I really like the parent portal too, it enables me to get regular notification updates throughout the day of how my daughter is and get updates of things she is doing. In summary a fantastic nursery with brilliant staff.

Both my children started at Smart Tots at around 8 months old, they both thoroughly enjoyed their time there! The staff were amazing from the start which helped them settle in very quickly and made it easier for me to go back to work, from that day on they loved going to nursery. I would definitely recommend Smart Tots in the future.

Entrusting the care of your child to someone can be a really difficult decision, however, the staff at Smart Tots made this extremely easy, with their caring, supportive and helpful approach. My daughter absolutely loves going to Smart Tots and really excels with all the creative and interesting activities to do. Well worth the money and the care and attention the staff bring make the experience for both my daughter and us as parents a positive one. We would recommend Smart Tots to anyone who is looking for the same level of care a parent would give with the added fun of different activities such as learning French that you might not get in a typical nursery. 5* to all the staff there!

My son started at Smart Tots last year and had not really ever been left with many people. The staff were outstanding at helping him settle in and gave me the confidence to leave him with them. I always feel that they genuinely care about the children and that they enjoy what they do. My son’s speech has come on amazingly with their help and he always comes home singing songs he has learnt there. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I also love that it is a slightly smaller setting than some of the nurseries I looked at in the area. Would highly recommend!

My daughter started here when she was 9 months and settled in instantly! This was mainly down to the amazing staff making us feel at ease. She has grown in confidence from being at nursery and she always leaves happy!! I can not recommend highly enough!

I cannot recommend Smart Tots Nursery Banbury highly enough. My son has attended for two years and after taking some time to settle he now loves it. He is a shy boy but the time care and dedication he has been shown by all the staff has truly brought him out of his shell. My 11-month-old is due to start in September and I have no doubt he will do equally as well and be as well cared for. My husband and I work shifts and the manager’s ability to accommodate us with such understanding has made arranging childcare so simple. With no local family support, I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. All the staff are just lovely and so good at their jobs so don’t hesitate if you are considering sending your little ones here!

The staff at Smart Tots have always been very friendly and flexible, particularly as our family situation is very particular. Furthermore the staff are very personable and have not only been interested in my son and his development at the nursery, but my wider family situation.

My daughter loves going to nursery and always has a great time there. I love the online portal which means I can see what she is eating, how much much she sleeps as well as some of the fun activities she gets up to. There always seems to be lots going on, from art, French lessons and music to trips to the park.

I wanted to take the time to review this nursery because it is excellent. Both of my children are happy here and never cry when left. I am confident that I am leaving them in a safe environment where the staff are all caring and professional. I am a shift worker and therefore need flexibility which this nursery is able to provide. I wouldn't be able to do the job I do without the support of this nursery. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the nursery itself is calm and well managed. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.

Staff are so caring and efficient at this nursery, I know my children are very well looked after. They are so excited to go in the mornings that I know staff are doing a wonderful job! The range of activities they do is great and preparing them well for school.

We have genuinely had the best experience with Smart Tots. Having had problems with our previous (international) child care, meeting the manager and her team has been so relieving. They are truly dedicated to giving each child the personal attention deserved and required to be happy and comfortable. The admission and induction process can be stressful for new parents but Smart Tots take all the worry away and really gave us the peace of mind to leave our children there.

The quality of food is incredible and the daily updates and photos available via the website is great to see how the children are getting on throughout the day.

We have been so impressed with Smart Tots since our daughters first day. She settled quickly into the nursery and clearly enjoys her time there. Staff are always so welcoming and accommodating. We are glad we chose Smart Tots!

Our darling daughter was very warmly welcomed and staff are very caring for her despite her food allergies. You can see that she looks forward to staying at Smart Tots and happy there. The parent's portal allows me to see what she does throughout the day, her meals, her activities with useful photos when we download and build a nursery book. The staff are polite, friendly and aim to please. The children are active, well behaved and enjoy a large range of activities from little movers, French and even get pets visiting.
