He loves his key person, and is now excited in the morning when we drop him off. We feel reassured by her and the rest of the team if he's ever having a trickier day (very few of those, luckily).
The staff always keep us updated, the food is to our little one's liking and the activities keep him very engaged.
Finally, we wanted to say a few words of appreciation for the fantastic management as well! Rajka is always trying to improve things, and is happy to help. She went the extra mile so that we can activate a child benefit through work, doing paperwork that she didn't need to- we appreciate her support and positive approach a lot.
All round very positive experience, we recommend!
Our boy absolutely loves going here. Most of the teachers are caring, well trained and knowledgeable. He has grown and improved so much during his time here. Lots of fun activities are always organised.
This is actually the third nursery our child has attended (because of house moves), and we did not always feel so positive about the others. So this is real praise!
We have had a lovely experience with Rose Hill Little Pioneers for all 3 of our children. Despite a period of change, we have an amazing, dynamic, intuitive management team, sensitive and caring staff, and key person relationships with our children that have made a lasting impact on their wellbeing and ability to connect with and befriend adults. We are strongly in favour of the emphasis on outdoor play, and are impressed with the attention taken to support them towards their learning milestones in fun and creative ways.
Very happy with the nursery. They treat my baby with love and care. She loves her key person, which is amazing! I still think that we should not be charged extra for food (£5/a day) if baby is absent / on planned leave. This should be finally considered by the management.
My three year old joined this nursery last April and has really blossomed in 10 months. She has formed close bonds with staff and enjoys her four days a week there. The level of care is excellent, very attentive staff who give individual feedback on your child's day as well as providing updates via the app. I feel the staff in my daughter's room have got to know her so well and I appreciate the updates on her developmental milestones and how to encourage learning new skills at each stage. The food served is high quality too, I'm amazed at what she eats at nursery but won't at home! I recently gave some feedback to the manager about better representing diverse family structures and had it welcomed and my suggestions actioned. The leadership encourages feedback which is great. All in all, a happy place for a child to be and welcoming to parents too.
The food is healthy and varied and they run lots of themed days to help children engage in exciting parts of the calendar.
The staff are also really supportive of learning and follow the child's interest and where they seem keen to develop.
Very happy with Rosehill nursery - the staff go above and beyond to help our children learn and become confident. The staff also feed back to us on their development and give further tips to help them. Very pleased!
Fantastic nursery, my daughter has a wonderful time here, enjoying lots of messy play, singing and going outdoors. The staff are great, they provide such a welcoming and nurturing environment - and the food goes down extremely well! They have really gone above and beyond in their potty training support. We feel the nursery has been consistently good in supporting our daughter from when she joined as a 9 month old up to now (nearly 3!) and are confident this will continue throughout until she's ready for school.
My son attends the nursery for over a year now and he is always happy going there. He has a lovely bond with all the staff as well as children. They provide very good environment for both physical and mental development. The nursery is quite expensive, but it is definitely worth it as nothing is more important than development, health and happiness of a child.
Amazing nursery, always show a huge amount of care and consideration for my child. Good facilities and great food selection - my child loves it. Particularly good management - the manager and deputy manager are amazing.
Our little one has attended rose hill nursery for a year now, and previously big brother attended too. Staff are amazing and very enthusiastic and engaged, you can tell the really care about the children. There's a great community feeling, an active parents messaging group, parents rep meetings, great opportunities to get involved like the summer fete and science week. Couldn't be happier!
Little pioneers nursery is a brilliant establishment to bring my children to. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. They go above and beyond for their staff and children. Each class has their own groups but it's lovely to see members of staff help others classes. I have never had a bad experience in the nursery. My children are always happy to attended and have created great bonds and relationships with other children. I feel welcomed every time entering the building.
A very warm and safe environment for babies. My little girl find it very easy to settle in. The staff are very kind and friendly. Till now I am very satisfied with everything. And the most important, my daughter likes to go at the nursery and spend time with her friends.
Very happy with the nursery, our child loves it and they always do a nice variety of things, with our other child as well we have been using it for a number of years and they both were very happy going
Would not want to send my kids anywhere else. Fantastic staff and my kids love it. Good balance between learning and play for my eldest. Varied activities on a week by week basis and excellent communication of what my kids have been up to each day.
The staff at Rose Hill are amazing. Our daughter is our first child and we were nervous about our first nursery experience - but the staff have made it so much easier than we feared! Even on days when our daughter has struggled, the staff have consistently shown kindness and understanding, and a readiness to communicate with us.
Very happy with the staff, the facilities and the nursery overall. Drop off and pick up time is good. Happy with the learning journey our daughter is experiencing at the nursery - nothing else to add.
Excellent nursery, friendly and caring staff. Feedback is good and the children are nurtured. My child is very happy at Little Pioneers. It is lovely that my child runs up to staff to cuddle them. She is learning new skills and developing beautifully. I trust the nursery and know they will work towards her being school ready.
We are really happy with the key person allocated to our son and with the rest of staff and management. We feel that our son is safe and in good hands when we drop him off everyday at nursery. He is always happy to go to nursery.
