Would highly recommend this nursery to friends and family. My child is well looked after here and enjoys there time here. I’ve also noticed how my child’s development has improved. The nursery has lovely staff who always take there time at the end of my child’s session to tell me what my child has been doing. The nursery keeps in constant contact which I think is very important with upcoming events etc. This nursery was recommended by a family member so glad I was recommended this nursery.
Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone, staff are amazing! I have trouble sometimes getting my little boy through the door due to separation anxiety’s, however, the staff handle him amazing! They know I worry a lot and will make sure they contact me if it’s been a bad morning to keep my mind at rest. My little boy seems to enjoy his time there and also enjoy their food as he seems to eat more there than he does at home! It is a very clean well looked after nursery and I do not have any concerns about my child’s safety or well-being when he attends!
Happy with the nursery and the staff. They are hard working and look after the children well and care for them.
This nursery has really pulled out some brilliant perks and tries to keep me as informed as possible.
The staff are all very approachable & I feel confident to go to them with any concerns, knowing I will be taken seriously & things addressed.
I particularly like the new parent breakfast station they have put in...perfect touch!
Filthy floors, badly run, uncoordinated, badly trained (but obviously cheap) staff, have an ability to lose any item of clothing your child goes in there with.
This Busy Bees nursery have provided my son with fantastic care and his development has skyrocketed under the fabulous care of all the baby room staff. He has had a key worker in each room who he has instantly connected with as well as the other team members.
Everyone in the nursery is friendly and welcoming, especially the manager who always takes the time to speak with you as a parent.
My son's multiple allergies have been very well catered for and the kitchen staff always ensure he has a balanced diet. He gets a large variety of foods which is not always easy to do with such a restricted diet due to his medical needs.
There is a huge number of activities and toys which change at each session, the garden is a particular highlight of his day as was the recent planned visit from the fire engine. The weekend open days (Mother's Day, Easter, etc) have meant that we got to spend time with him in the nursery and get to know the staff even better.
She has developed far quicker than her friends who don't attend a nursery and this is down to the dedicated staff who look after every detail.
Staff are very kind and caring. My child's keyworker takes the time to make sure all my child's needs are met.
Generally, I'm very pleased with this nursery. The staff are always happy and welcoming. My son is very happy there. I had a couple of occasions where information hasn't been passed on and where my son's been injured and staff have been unaware. But other than that, I feel confident my son is well looked after.
