Activeplay Nursery and Preschool

Both of my children have been very happy at Activeplay nursery. The staff have been great with them, really getting to know them and helping them to grow. They get a lovely cooked meal each day for lunch which they have both enjoyed and a nice garden space to play in.

My daughter has been going to active play for nearly 2 years, starting in the baby room and now moving up to pre school. She has grown so much and learnt so many new things whilst being there. All the staff are so lovely and all know and treat her as if she is their own, they are her best friends and she runs in every morning to see them. She has her key worker that knows her so well and they have the best relationship. I highly recommend Activeplay and trust them with looking after my baby. Thank you!

The staff at Activeplay are fantastic. I've worked in nurseries myself and this is the second nursery my twins have been to and this is by far the best nursery in Sittingbourne. The manager is just brilliant and the staff have been excellent not only settling my twins, helping with transition, potty training, creating strong lasting bonds and keeping them highly entertained and helping improve their learning daily. I recommend them to everyone. All the staff are fantastic and friendly. My niece and nephew still remember their time there and staff from 5 and 13 years ago!

At first, I was a little worried because my child didn't speak English. The first 2 months were a little difficult with her settling but because of the friendly, supportive and caring staff she became happy at nursery, she started speaking English, and she was developing skills. She learns a lot thanks to all the staff. Food was good, my daughter ate almost all from the plate every time. The inside is clean. Very happy mum and daughter!

In October 2023, my son started attending Active Play Nursery. As a parent, it can be a worrisome time when searching for the right nursery for your little one and entrusting their care to someone else. However, I can confidently say that I have no concerns about leaving my little boy in Active Play's care. He absolutely loves going to nursery and gets excited every time. As a parent, that's all I could ask for - to see him happy and eager to go. The staff members at Active Play are incredibly caring and always strive to help with his progress. They make sure that I, as a parent, am satisfied with what they are doing. They provide a wide range of activities for the children, which has helped my son develop so much. I am truly grateful that my son attends Active Play Nursery, and I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff members for their dedication and hard work.

My child very much enjoys his time at nursery and has bonded well with many of the carers. It is a great comfort to feel that he is in a happy and safe environment. In the last year, he has developed very good social skills, improved with speech, general knowledge, and recognition. He was even potty trained alongside the support of the nursery team. It is always lovely when he comes home with small arts and craft gifts, especially for occasional days such as Mother's Day. I know that he really enjoys art projects and messy play! The communication from staff and management is always very friendly, prompt, and clear. I am glad that in recent months they also decided to go electronic with their billing system, much improved. I would certainly recommend this nursery.

My kids all seemed to settle well at the nursery. The carers seem nice too and my kids bonded very well with them. I get detailed feedback about my kids' welfare throughout their daily stay at the nursery. They are hands-on with answering any queries I may have.

Activeplay is such an amazing nursery. My daughter (who is now 5) went when she was 2 until school-aged and absolutely loved it there. I now have a 6-month-old boy who now goes and has done since he was 4 months. The ladies that work there always make time to discuss what’s been going on and treat us like family, especially as my daughter went a couple of years ago. The online journal is updated daily with what he’s had to eat, how much milk he’s had etc, and then gets weekly updates with pictures of what he’s been up to.

Good nursery, daughter loves it there. Very good outdoor space and very good staff. Excellent learning. Very good cleanliness exceptional app where we can see what the children are doing. Would recommend the nursery.

In whole very good. Only minor issues, but have been dealt with well. Friendly staff. Lots of activities, and she loves going. They have coped well through covid and I do not feel my daughter has missed out.

My daughter comes out of nursery happy and comes home still talking and asking for staff members. She will be singing new songs that she has learnt and has made some wonderful friendships that are encouraged by all. I cannot fault this nursery!

Both of my children have attended Active Play nursery and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff are always happy and helpful and go above and beyond to help with any situation. My kids have loved going here and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing nursery, amazing staff! Wouldn't send my children to any other nursery. They were amazing during covid times and I always felt safe! I currently have twins attending and they have helped them develop so much one of my girls barely spoke when she started now she barely stops! They were amazing when they were first settling in and now they wave goodbye and say, bye mum! It's so nice that even they feel safe there! 5-star nursery by all means!

I love Activeplay Nursery. My child is very happy there and loves all the staff. The staff are wonderful, very friendly, they love the kids and any concerns are always addressed. Plus, the food is healthy and tasty.

My 20month old daughter absolutely loves attending active play nursery. Each and every member of staff go over and beyond with making her day enjoyable and educational. It’s so reassuring when I’m working to know she is in great care having the best time. Thank you to everyone at active play.

My child had been to Activeplay since she was a year old, she had a heart condition which put her a little behind in life and not very trusting of people. But the staff were great with her she loved going and soon started to catch up. She often asks to go to nursery for the day during lockdown.

Absolutely wonderful nursery. My child has been attending for over a year. The staff are amazing. Really friendly and provide all sorts of different activities for the children. They have a wide variety of meals. The staff always keep up to date with progress reports. Really happy with their services.
