Our daughter has been going to this nursery since she was months old. She is going there every day from 8am until 6pm and she loves it.
Every day the staff looking after her are keeping her busy and entertained. She is growing fast and has blossomed in the baby room and now in the older babies room.
We are very happy, our baby girl is happy and excited every morning to go for an exciting day of activities, including observing new baby chicks for real!
The food given is of a good standard and we feel that our baby is having a diverse menu every day.

I would also like to recognise the additional services that this nursery is providing to parents: parents evening, invite to join kids for crafts during the day and extras like drinks and snacks and coffee in the morning that allow us to start the day very well.

My son absolutely loves this nursery. Dropping him off and seeing him run off to play happily; going to his carers who he loves and generally seeing him content to be there takes a worry away from me. The food served to him is nutritious and always more if it needs it. The place is clean and tidy (at least in the mornings before the terrors get at it!) and the communication between the nursery and parents is excellent.

My daughter looks so happy and engaged and is having the best time playing and learning with the rest of the children.

The photos of her in Parentxone are amazing which shows me a little bit of her day. All the staff are brilliant and very helpful.

I love the nursery, staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. I love that my baby at 4 months gets to participate in small arts projects. They have provided a warm and nice place for her to thrive. The facilities are kept secure. Lots of toys (a lot more than I can personally provide) are available. My daughter is happy and I am happy that she is being cared for.

Cannot fault Busy Bess in Kennington. They have been amazing since my little girl joined at 9 months. She is now 3 and has only just moved up to pre-school. The transition from the previous room was amazing. All the staff are so helpful and friendly and are passionate about every child. They are always changing the activities and lovely handmade gifts on days like Mothers Day and Fathers Day. They are especially good to mention my other half instead of saying Daddy. This means a lot for me and my daughter so she still feels involved.

My son who is just over one absolutely loves nursery.. he has a mild hearing loss and the staff are so wonderful, supportive and helps with his learning despite his hearing loss. My son is developing amazingly and isn't behind in any areas and I believe that is down to the wonderful staff at the nursery. The food provided to the children is so varied and lovely. Can't fault the care here given at this nursery. I also love the app and it's great to see pictures and updates during the day of what he is up to.

My daughter is in Bumblebee Room. She really loves it. All the key persons are amazing but also really connect with the children. They always do fun, exciting activities which have all the children focused. They also change them so they are always 'fresh'.

The only problem is the finance team member changes, but also receiving 2 months amounts on 1 statement which becomes really confusing.

The nursery has a lovely, friendly atmosphere. The staff genuinely care about the children and communication at the end of the day (which includes a short paragraph in their book) is excellent.

There always seems to be an exciting activity going on, ducklings being hatched, flowers being grown and both my children have been very happy.

I could not rate Busy Bees Eureka Park highly enough. It is the best childcare decision we have ever made to put our daughter into nursery here. The care is amazing, our daughter feels loved, cared for and always comes out happy. I truly feel as if the staff love what they do and always act in the best interests of the children.

My daughter used to be terrible when dropping her off and would cling to me and cry but they always knew how to make her feel comfortable and calm in order to make it an easier experience and I left knowing she'd be OK.

She has developed hugely in her time at the nursery with regards to speech, self-care, numeracy, social skills - just about everything. I would recommend anyone to enrol their children at this nursery.

I feel that it dangerous for children to cross two car parks to get into the car if there are no parking spaces in the car park. A good idea will be to having a barrier for BB parent's cars only. Not having a space when collecting a child is very unacceptable. Also will be helpful to have automatic door system as will help parents with a pushchair.

Thank you for your review of our nursery. As our nursery is located on the Eureka Leisure Park, the car park is shared with other businesses so patrons of the other businesses also have access to the same spaces that we do. We work very closely with Land Securities and the site managers to ensure...

My daughter has been attending for just over a year and she loves it. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they always organise activities with the children, from reading, dancing, painting. Recently, they introduced a children's day book and I think this is a wonderful idea. It gives parents the opportunity to write about any activities they did with the child during the evenings and weekends. I am very happy with her development.

My son goes to Busy Bees Eureka Place, Ashford full time, he loves going. The staff really know the children well, they are not just a number. They plan activities around my child's interests but also have an overall theme that changes. This Christmas they had a jam packed month with so many lovely activities which my son thrived with. He has never sung before but this year he learnt carols and songs for the nativity play and it was magical. Staff keep me well informed about his day and the admin team always provide an excellent service too.

Generally, I've been very pleased with the nursery, the staff and facilities. I think the introduction of the children's book which provides an update about their day has been an excellent idea and I really value my child's key worker who has a real interest in him and me and is always prepared to listen. I'm not so impressed that we have to pay for bank holidays as the nursery is not open or the flexibility to change days on occasion if my child has hospital appointments.
