Busy Bees Ashford Eureka Park

My son has been here for three years. The staff are fantastic and they have really helped my son grow and gain confidence. He loves going and spending time there. The staff always go the extra mile and always open to a full debrief at pick up. I couldn’t praise the nursery enough for their continued efforts to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. It will truly be a sad day when we head off to school in 2022! You certainly have supported us as parents in these first few years and shall be forever grateful to have met you.

My daughter has attended Busy Bees for 6 months now and I cannot fault anything about this nursery! They carry out amazing activities, the care they provide is second to none and I am so happy I chose to send my daughter to Eureka park!

Can’t fault the nursery or staff at all. Our daughter has come along leaps and bounds since she has been going here. Supportive, informative staff from day one who genuinely care and like our daughter going there. Our daughter can’t wait each Tuesday and Thursday to go. She loves the staff the environment and other children that go there to the point she wakes up on a morning and her first word is bee.

My daughter loves coming to nursery. Even when she first started and took a while to settle, the staff were really good at comforting her and helping her to enjoy herself. She now comes home full of excitement and clearly has a lovely time.

Busy Bees staff have made my child incredibly happy throughout her stay every day. She always got home full of enthusiasm and a list of impressions and activities to tell us about at home. Staff are friendly, welcoming, kind and caring.

We could not fault this nursery. They go above and beyond to provide positive care. We couldn’t ask for better, they have given us more than enough confidence in them managing our son’s long term health condition. Our son is at much higher risk of choking due to a birth condition, we cannot thank the staff enough for all their understanding, respect, knowledge, care and professionalism in providing outstanding care for him. From day one we felt confident that they were more than capable to provide the level of care he requires and they have given this and so much more. In particular, three members of staff have been absolutely amazing in providing his latest care, he absolutely adores “his ladies”. I would highly recommend the nursery and their branch whole team.

Both my children love/loved their times at Busy Bees. I enrolled my son at 18months old where he gained confidence and great relationships with the staff and other children. From the youngest room through to graduating preschool he was supported and felt confident in starting school. Every morning the kids are welcomed with big smiles and go off into nursery chatting away and happy and have lots to tell me about on our way home.

My personal opinion of Busy Bees Nursery at Eureka Park, Ashford is up to a high standard. The Staff are well organised, especially under these circumstances with the Covid-19. My Son is really happy here, gets on with all the children and has the pleasure of being liked by all the children. All the activities they provide during the day and the tasty food they give during the day.

My one year old loves his days at this nursery, coming back home happy and tired from having fun all day. The staff are always friendly and helpful and we get great feedback on his day spent with them.

The nursery staff keep us fully informed and when the app updates come through it's great to see photos of my son enjoying himself and learning new skills. In general we're very happy with our nursery choice!

My child has been in the nursery since she was eight months old, she has always been well looked after and enjoys going in to see all of her friends and key workers. The nursery has remained open through the pandemic and all the staff have been amazing, helping all the children settle back in. The manager and assistant managers have been extremely helpful in answering our questions and her key worker has been there to comfort and teach her about the virus through play! Would highly recommend this nursery.

Busy Bees, in my opinion, is one of the best child care providers. Fantastic prices for the care my child receives, fresh-cooked meals every day, diverse meals too, the staff are always professional but very friendly and easy to talk to. My daughter's understanding and speech has come on leaps and bounds, her ability to make friends has also blossomed. She already has basic knowledge on how to spell her name at three and gets to experiment with all kinds of fun creative things. Definitely five stars. (Mum of four).

My grand-daughter goes to this nursery and I have nothing but positive things to say. She is in the one to two's room and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I also want to give them praise for how they have dealt with COVID-19, the staff are still smiling and carrying on like a normal day which has really helped my grand-daughter settle back in.

Temporary placement for our son under lockdown as we are key workers. Twice I collected him with a soiled nappy; he wasn’t given the morning milk despite instructions: on a few occasions, I had to return to ask for some of his items that were missing: jacket, hat etc. I have little confidence in the quality of care and attention the staff may provide.

Staff really got to know my daughter and supported her well both academically and emotionally.

This is a fantastic nursery. My daughter has been attending for over a year and loves it. They even have a breakfast bar for parents who have skipped breakfast and a hot drink. Which is helpful when in a rush. The staff are always welcoming and friendly.

My son is in the baby room (one - one and a half years), he settled quickly in this room, he is always greeted in a welcoming way. The room has been encouraging his walking during the month and he can now walk into the room. Observations are on the internet, so it's lovely to see the different things he has been doing when I log in at home to the internet app.
