I've always been very happy with the service and level of care my son receives at the nursery. He's been attending full-time for almost 3 years now and throughout that time I can credit the great team and teaching that has made him a confident and sociable young boy. He has always looked forward to going to nursery and the staff have always kept me updated regularly on his progress and never been afraid to have difficult conversations with him and with me on handovers. The support around potty training was very useful as this was something we would get frustrated about at home. But you gave some useful tips and were able to put our worries into context. The selection of food is very good and healthy too, with plenty of fruit options each day. I've always seen it to be a safe and secure environment. I would recommend this nursery to any new parent who wants a friendly and welcoming place for their child to grow and get ready for school. Thank you for all the hard work that you do.
The staff are lovely throughout the nursery and my daughter has built great relationships with them, even the staff that are not in her room.
My son loves nursery! He has a fantastic time, and has learnt so much in the year that he has been attending. Staff are fantastic - supportive, knowledgeable, kind, and so caring. In the last year, my som has gone from being non-verbal, diagnosed ASD to now chatting everyones ears off about the things he loves. Everyone was incredibly supportive throughout a recent spell of poor health, and accommodating to his needs on his return to nursery. He was so pleased to be back that he ran into his teachers arms. I get regular updates throughout the day on what hes eaten, changes, and naps, aswell as pictures and/or descriptions of special learning moments. I feel like i chose the perfect nursery for us!
My eldest daughter (2 1/2 years old) has been going to busy bees for almost 14 months now and we are very happy with our child's progress at this nursery. She has grown so much in confidence and enjoys going every day. The staff are always friendly, caring, and supportive, and they create such a warm and welcoming environment for the children. My youngest daughter (1 year old) started recently and I have no concerns at all, I know they take great care of my girls & make the time for them as individuals. My children absolutely love it here and always come home happy and excited to talk about their day. We really appreciate all the hard work and care the team puts into helping the children learn and develop. Highly recommended. The management team are very friendly, approachable, helpful & understanding, as are the girls in the rooms.
My son seems to be content at the nursery, which is why he still goes there, however there are a few things I am not 100% happy with. We get barely any photos, once a month if lucky. We have had to ask the staff multiple times to log the food they eat. I have no idea who his key worker is, and don't get sufficient updates on his progress or what he gets up to. Some of the staff are lovely however. The security of the place is a bit hit and miss, with the front area left unmanned, but window open so you could just reach in and buzz open the door yourself (I didn't, another nursery worker did but it was advertising how easy it is to gain entry) we also got brought out a child that wasn't ours. If the standards done improve when he moves up a room shortly, we will be looking at other options
What stands out most, to me, is the tailored attention each child receives. The staff are attentive to my boy's unique interests and developmental needs, regularly updating us with progress reports and sometimes adorable photos from the day. It's heartwarming to see how much my child has grown in confidence and skills since joining.
Communication is excellent. Whether it's a quick chat during drop-off, app updates or support during tricky moments, they've always been approachable and professional.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Busy Bees Nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment for their little one. It's a place where children truly thrive.
On the whole, the nursery is good and provides a good level of care. There are good facilities (as it is purpose-built) with all-weather outdoor areas. However, I would like the children to spend more time outdoors as this is not always done. Some staff are excellent and really invest in learning however I have found this to be inconsistent between age groups. The onsite chef is very good and the children are given a really good range of divers meals and rarely have 'beige food'! I feel the management should be more proactive in identifying and driving improvements (and consistency) across all rooms.
Daughter thrives here; she's been in attendance since she was 6 months and I couldn't have asked for better staff and facilities. Any question or query I've ever had has been resolved very quickly, giving confidence that my daughter matters:
Her key workers are amazing and look after her so well as well as teaching her. I could not recommend this nursery enough. All the staff work so hard and you can see that in your children.

I cannot fault this nursery at all. The staff go above and beyond every single day and it really is so refreshing to see male staff working in this nursery, being such amazing role models to my little boy! Thank you, Eureka Park, Busy Bees.
Hello, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a wonderful review! We're glad you're giving your little one the best start in life with us. Best wishes, Busy Bees.
I could not be happier with this nursery. We looked around a lot of nurseries before choosing this one! The staff are welcoming and happy to talk or listen to you. The chef, who will smile and wave at my little girl every morning and she's just as excited to see him. She will run to the window in the foyer to wave and say good morning to the office staff. The staff within the room are brilliant, they helped to settle her in with cuddles and reassurance. There were even a few times that I needed that reassurance, that I was doing the right thing and they would do this by curtesy calls and extra photos on the app, which is amazing, to get updates on how her day is going and what she is up to. I will 100% be putting her new sibling in, when they are born, and I recommend this nursery to all your friends. Couldn't be any happier.
My son has been coming here for a few months. Being a first time mummy, I wanted the best for my son and making sure his routine from home was reciprocated at nursery. The staff are fabulous and have helped him settle in well, they have done everything I have asked of them and more. My son is thriving there and I can't wait for him to continue his journey!
Was really nervous to put my 18month old into nursery being a Covid baby, but I couldn’t have been made any more at ease than I was! From the managers to the admin and to the staff in her room. My daughter has started to thrive and really blossom into a toddler! The meals she tries and the activities we see she has been sharing have been so nice to see what she has been doing. I will be recommending this nursery to all my friends!
My stepson started in the preschool room, we love the fact there are 2 separate preschool rooms so one is smaller and he definitely needed the smaller room. His keyworker/room manager made me, his Dad and Mum feel so at ease with starting and also learning about his routine with where he would be staying on what days etc. They contact both parents to talk through any problems and we are all linked on the app so we can see what he is getting up to during his day with regular updates and photos. Love this nursery and wish we found it earlier
Outstanding care is given to my nephew, by the lovely staff at Eureka Park. The staff are always happy and bubbly and willing to help and support where needed. I’m overall, really impressed and would recommend this nursery to anyone.
We absolutely love Busy Bees, Eureka. We are overwhelmed with how much the staff help our daughter progress and show so much compassion towards her. The app is excellent in updating us with important information and her day-to-day activities/food. We are so impressed with the professionalism and care towards our daughter.
My eldest son went here from 2018 to 2020 and my 20-month-old is currently here too. All the staff are wonderful and take such great care of him. He absolutely loves coming to nursery and I leave him knowing he is in great hands. The facilities are fantastic, as is the food and the staff keep me up to date throughout the day via the app. I cannot fault anything and highly recommend Busy Bees to anyone thinking of sending their child there.
My little boy started in January in the 2-3s room he absolutely loves going to nursery and I can see why. My little boy has a speech delay and uses lots of Makaton signs to communicate, the staff have a great knowledge of Makaton and have introduced Makaton sign of the week, my little boy loves this and loves showing his new sign to everyone, he has a lovely bond with his keyworker and the room manager and other staff within the setting. We also love the parent app as we get regular photos of his activities and what he is learning and achieving, the management/office team are so lovely and have been very helpful with extra sessions and other enquires I have had.
My little boy started in January. He showed clear signs of speech delay and the staff have been amazing putting the support in for him, to be able to communicate his needs to the staff and adults in his life. He has a great bond with his key worker and room manager, within his room! My little boy even gets excited to see the chef, who cooks fresh meals daily from their own menu, which I’ve been told, is changed with the seasons.
My son has been at this nursery for six months now and he is so happy there. The staff are all amazing and my boy thrives there. I feel so comfortable leaving my son in their care and can't thank them enough.
