The boys love it there! I would definitely recommend this nursery. All the key workers are great with the children, the management and office staff are always very accommodating and very easily contactable. All the staff are very friendly and know the children’s needs. My boys have learned so much since being there, their confidence and their learning skills have grown greatly. Excellent nursery with a great atmosphere and great staff. Excellent facilities and excellent level of care.
The nursery Room made the transition going back to work so much easier than I could have ever imagined. Every member of staff shows genuine interest and care not only in our little boy but also our whole family life too.
Rafles have the perfect balance between getting the children to engage in activities and allowing them time to relax like they would do if they were at home. My child has progressed socially in the most amazing way since starting. I drop off and pick up a smiley boy who cannot wait to get out of the car each morning and see his extended family.
All staff are approachable, friendly and down to earth. Although there is a key worker system, I feel happy to speak with any member of staff and know they all have an understanding of my child's needs equally well.
I will be forever grateful for the care they have shown both my son and myself, at such an important stage in both our lives.
She absolutely loves it and I’m so happy with all the staff. They are so kind, attentive, happy and one thing that’s brilliant is the food is made fresh from scratch
He would be so excited about going to nursery, that he would even ask about whether he was going when it was the weekend. I felt that my son was leaving home and going to another home. The team are tremendous, caring and always has the child’s best interest at heart. I highly recommend Rafles nursery to family and friends.
