Busy Bees Apsley

I'll be very sad when she leaves in the summer. Huge thank you to all of the staff for the excellent care they provide for my daughter.

My daughter started at Busy Bees Apsley when she was 18 months old. I was very nervous about her starting, but since she has started she has really come out of her shell in all aspects. The staff are extremely professional, caring and helpful. My husband and I are very glad we chose Busy Bees.

My 2.5 year old started at Busy Bees Apsley in September 2018. During a difficult settling in period, the staff were so supportive and kept me constantly updated on her progress, especially the staff in the Toddler room. She very much enjoys her time at nursery, especially the music and dance class which comes in on Wednesday afternoon. She has really thrived since being at Busy Bees and we would absolutely recommend this nursery to other parents.

My son started his nursery full time from February 2019. He is doing very well. I am very pleased with the staff, the way they record his activities, I can't appreciate them enough for their care during eating, listing out at the end of the day. I was worried about his speech delays but within a month he picked up so well with the help of the staff and peers. I definitely recommend this nursery.

Busy Bees Apsley is a fantastic nursery for my son to attend. It’s ideal for our living arrangements and I only work a 5 minute walk away and it’s easy access to get to. My son attends this nursery 2 days a week and he always looks forward to it, he loves attending the nursery and with all the fun activities they do for all age groups I know as a first-time parent he will never be bored. The staff are all amazing, even with the silliest of questions they will answer everything for you. I recommend this nursery to everyone I speak to who have children.

Very happy with the staff at Busy Bees Apsley. My daughter actually puts her arms out to go to certain members of staff when we arrive and they have dealt very well with the dietary changes she has had between 12/2018 and 3/2019 and I believe will continue to do so. It is a great and safe environment for my daughter to get used to going to school and socialising early on in life.

My three children attend the setting for three full days each week. They are constantly telling me all about their days at nursery and are always excited to go back again. All three children seem to love their time there and it seems that it is a second home to them - which I am very grateful for!

The staff are always really friendly and happy to help out however they can. They seem to love having our son around, and he seems to enjoy his time there. He seems to have a wide range of activities to take part in that rotate regularly.

As we have a family pick our son up most days, they always complete a handover diary to help keep us informed as to what our son has been up to.

I wish I knew what their secret was in getting him to eat so well during the day!

Be aware that if you're looking to drop-off by car in the mornings, the only road in-and-out of the nursery can get very congested, so allow appropriate time taking this into account. The nursery staff are doing all they can to help maximise on the limited space that is available for parking and access.

My son started his nursery with Busy Bees - Apsley. I was very apprehensive as I never had an instance of him being away from me since he was born, and I was not sure if he would be ok, fit in with the staff and other children. The staff at Busy Bees made it so easy for him to settle down, and in 2 weeks my son used to look forward to going to 'school'. The staff are really good and caring and are quite knowledgeable.

My son has been attending Busy Bees Apsley since October 2018. The staff in the Baby room are fantastic and are very attentive to each individual child's needs. My son has settled in very well and I'm most happy with Busy Bees. The nursery setting is perfect for the children and the food choices are always very nutritious. I would highly recommend Busy Bees Apsley.

They have also managed his allergies well.

Amazing nursery. My son has come on leaps and bounds and is so much more confident. The staff are so friendly and help you with any problems that you may have.

Lovely nursery, clean and very friendly staff. My son is absolutely loving it here, they offer him a lot of support and love.

My son has attended the nursery since 2016 and loves it. He enjoys the food, activities and has made a few very good friends. He also really likes the staff/teachers and looks forward to his sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

He's got another six months until he starts at reception and is already well prepared for the move and that is partly thanks to Busy Bees.

Happy, safe place for the boy. He always comes home with a smile and gets on well with staff. Flexible when we need extra sessions and it works really well for us.

The staff are great and make an effort to learn British Sign Language which is so good and helpful!

Lovely, friendly nursery staff - very comfortable leaving my child in their care - he has been very happy and settled since his first day over a year ago. Lovely play facilities indoors and pleased that the children are regularly taken into the garden (though a brief disappointment is that it isn't a bigger space). Happy with the nutrition given too, and overall cleanliness of, the babies. Good range of event days and activities. Personal reasons beyond the aforementioned points are proximity to parents' workplaces, convenient opening/closing hours, and 10% teacher-parent discount, plus the provision of nappies and wipes and snacks which is not usual across the board. Excellent choice and will bring any future children as well.
