Kindred Hemel Hempstead Nursery and Pre-School

I cannot praise Kindred Boxmoor enough. My little boy loves it! All the staff are so friendly and approachable even towards siblings who do not attend. It really has an amazing personable family feel to it. So pleased we chose it and excited to see it though to pre school!

She comes away telling us about her day, new stories or songs. They do so many activities and keep them busy all day. She recently moved to her new room, they made the adjustment so easy for her. She misses her old room, but still gets her warm hellos from previous corers. Kindred really was the best decision for us, we are so happy we found you. Our daughter loves her nursery days, and her nursery family.

I was apprehensive when my son started, but seeing him fall in love with nursery helped immensely. He was very poorly when he started, and the team were incredible with their support and care, and they even got the class together to send a "get well soon" message! It's wonderful to watch him thrive, and I feel that Kindred is not just occupying him for the day, but really helping him learn and develop too. The food is brilliant, especially when it comes to allergies (it's a completely nut and grape free setting) and he'll try new and interesting things that he wouldn't dream of eating at home.

I'm so glad we picked Kindred Hemel for our son! Massive shout out to Amanda, Jade, Phoebe, Chloe, Janine and Rebecca for their unending support.

Our child has been attending the nursery since April 2025 and we are consistently impressed and really happy with the nursery. Our son has learned so much since starting and we have very regular updates with photos of what he is doing. Every evening we get a detailed overview of how his day went. He is so happy at nursery and we love it!

The staff are wonderfully caring, compassionate, and friendly. They create such a welcoming and supportive environment, and it's clear how much they genuinely care for the children. We feel very lucky to have found such a nurturing nursery.

Kindred is a wonderful nursery. My child is thriving in his preschool class. The teachers are extremely nurturing and supportive in every way. My son is very happy here and looks forward to going into nursery each week. I couldn't ask for more.

The staff can't do enough for you. Always ask how you are and check in with you when they see you. Such a relaxed atmosphere it makes me feel secure in the knowledge that my daughter is safe and in a happy environment

It's been Louie's first couple of weeks at the nursery, we couldn't have asked for a better welcome. All the staff have been so good with myself, my partner and my son. He never wants to leave as he has so much fun! The updates on the app are great to.

The staff at Kindred Hemel have been so welcoming and supportive which has ensured my little boy has had the best start to his nursery journey. Photos and updates about his day via the app are fantastic and show the range of activities that he completes throughout his days. The staff is lovely and caring. My daughter has been thriving and thoroughly enjoying her time there. The outdoor space is good, and the facilities are great overall. The manager is very responsive to any enquiries you have.

Kindred completely changed my outlook on nurseries, being able to provide love, care, professionalism, communication, great activities, great food and an environment that makes my child always wanting to come in. Staff make you feel like your child is number one and its amazing to hear that every parent feels the same way, it's impressive to have that level of passion and dedication. My child has developed into an independent toddler whilst still getting the cuddles or nurture when needed, and it never feels like an inconvenience. I sing their praises to everyone and will continue to do so because they are just that good.

Now, he happily walks into nursery-sometimes without even saying goodbye! In fact, we often face tantrums in the car park because he doesn't want to leave. The whole place has such a family feel, and it's so reassuring to know he's spending his day surrounded by love, cuddles, and care.

They provide them with fun activities to do and have a lovely outdoor area that my little girl thoroughly enjoys.

Having used another nursery for our first born, switching nurseries for our second child felt daunting, but it has turned out to be the best decision we made. The staff at Kindred are what makes it such an amazing place, all of them are warm and friendly and supportive of the children, they take a real interest in all of the children, and it feels like walking into a family home. We couldn't be happier with the nursery and would highly recommend to others.

The care our boy gets in Learning Lane is PHENOMENAL. The room lead and key worker is exactly who you want looking after a child. Really kind, super knowledgeable, organised, fun, and imaginative. We love picking him up and hearing all about his day. The other person who regularly looks after him in the room may be the sweetest person ever and is so genuinely excited with every little development our little guy makes.

Our grandson attends the above nursery and he absolutely loves it and does not want to leave when it's his hometime, he really enjoys outdoor playtime and the vast choices of food on offer.
