High House Nursery

My son attends this nursery and the staff have a naturally caring nature when it comes to settling children. It feels me with such confidence in the staff when I ask my son how his day at nursery has been he's able to recall some wonderful activities he's done and tells me how much he enjoys going to his nursery now. As a working parent, I feel very much involved in what's going on in my son's nursery with stay-and-play sessions for parents to attend and updates on social media.

We have never had to force our daughter to attend as she really looks forward to seeing her friends, interacting with the staff and really enjoying herself at High House Nursery.

The team at High House Nursery have worked so hard over the past year to improve the experience for my daughters and all the children. It’s been a challenging time for all preschool service providers, made even more difficult by the change of ownership. The manager has deftly steered the ship day by day to enable a stable learning environment for the children. I love hearing all about the day my children have had and see how energised they are when I pick them up.

We have been very happy with the nursery for our little boy, he attended the setting for just over 5 months and we were sad when we had to leave. The staff have been great! They were very caring with him, they made him feel at ease and happy and the communication with us was amazing, they have always kept us up-to-date. I would recommend High House Nursey!

I'm pretty sure most parents are looking to move their kids away from this nursery. It's that bad.

I have been very happy with High House Nursery for my two boys. I have felt very comfortable knowing they were safe and happy when I am at work. The staff are very friendly and built good relationships with my children and helped prepare them for school.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was around four months old and we can honestly say she absolutely loves it. We are so impressed with all the staff and how they are helping our little one develop even further. All daily communications are extremely professional and the app they use is very helpful. Would recommend this nursery!

My child only recently started and the staff at High House have really helped them to settle. They always have lots of activities and are always sharing pictures with us. They keep us up to date throughout the day via the app. My child is always happy to go in and comes out very happy.

The Famly app is updated regularly with information about their day and pictures of their activities. The staff are warm and approachable and willing to support in any way they can. The best nursery any of my children have attended.

High House is an exceptional environment for children and babies. Both my boys attend and absolutely love it. Since starting (aged 2 and 3) they have thrived. It is such a wonderful feeling to feel so assured that they are loved and cherished in this environment, and leave them with total peace of mind. The care is personalised and my boys skip in each day. They have made lovely friends and highly recommend to anyone looking for an early years setting.

The nursery was recently taken over and although at the beginning this was a difficult time for all, we have definitely seen some benefits, the manager and the team continue to do an amazing job every day to keep our little one safe is such a difficult time.

My granddaughter started the nursery a few weeks ago, the nursery have been extremely helpful, with her settling in sessions and getting to know her. She has already gained so much confidence in going into nursery and gets excited in the car. The manager is always helpful, and had so much time in our show round, to answer any questions. The team are always smiling and polite, we have had a lovely experience so far, which has made this difficult decision easier.

My daughter has been at High House for 2 years and the changes have been positive and they are all working hard through this difficult time. We like the new parents' app as it makes us more aware of what our daughter has been doing.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by High House Nursery. The staff are lovely and really caring towards my son and daughter. They are always so happy and smiley when I pick them up. The outside space is incredible and difficult to find other nurseries. I have great confidence in the staffs' ability to keep my children safe and the Montessori activities have helped them learn so much.

My daughter absolutely loves it at High House! The staff team are very professional and warm and know exactly what they are doing. My daughter goes into nursery every day without any issues and has developed so well. I could not recommend more.
