We have two children at Harpenden Day Nursery. The staff are very kind and attentive. Our youngest has settled in really well and our oldest is loving all the pre-school sessions. They both love the natural garden and are out there happily in all weathers. We highly recommend this nursery.

Our daughter has been at Harpenden Day Nursery for almost a year and has had such a wonderful experience. She’s made lovely friendships with the other children, and the staff are nothing but accommodating and so involved with our daughter. Their continuous encouragement, play with the children and support is second to none, and we’re so pleased with the day-to-day care that our daughter receives. Highly recommend Harpenden Day Nursery!

My son attended Harpenden Day Nursery, he was very happy from day one. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring and lovely, my son loved playing outside and they have got a lovely garden at the back of the nursery, he absolutely loved it, he went in the garden every day and I think it is so important that children get to go out there and play in the nature. Very home and happy environment.

My little one started nursery when she was 10 months old. She loves going there and she absolutely loves staff members. She learns quite a lot there and also loves playtime. She has become more confident since joining too. Nursery staff are very good at communicating and I feel very good when my little one is there, as I know she is safe and having a good time.

My almost four-year-old son has been attending the nursery for the last three years. This is a brilliant nursery and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. The staff are caring, friendly and attentive. The daily activities are varied and interesting with a good mix of indoor and outdoor play. The indoor rooms are well laid out with different play areas, and the walls are decorated with fun, colourful and educational artwork. My son loves attending and he will be sad to leave in September when he starts school.

Our now two and a half year old son has been at Harpenden Day Nursery since he was one and has near never resisted going to nursery. Which I think is just such a sign of how much he loves it there. He has always had key workers he has loved and who hes built adorable relationships with. His speech and confidence seems to improve more and more over time, even more so since going down into the preschool room and being with older kids. They spend lots of time in the garden which we love too.

The nursery is like an extension of our home for our daughter. She loves being in the outdoors and the garden provides her with all the space to explore. All the girls are amazing with her and definitely gives me peace of mind knowing she is cared for by such a lovely team.
