Overall Experience

My daughter has been at Lime Grove since she was 12 months old and is now just turning 3. She was a very shy girl who was sad at being separated but the Lime Grove staff and setting made her feel secure and safe, and she is happy and joins in with all the activities now. The daily feedback from staff is detailed and gives me a brilliant picture of her day at nursery. Her key worker is always brilliant and helpful and her learning journey is updated and a great read. The food provided is always eaten up. We love Lime Grove!

Overall Experience

Having to return back to work after 9 months was daunting so needed reassurance that it was okay to leave my daughter full time. She took to it from day one! The staff were so friendly and informative on everything that we asked. My little one enjoys every day, as soon as we walk through the door she has smiles and continues to right through the day. The staff are happy to take calls throughout the day without any hesitation. She enjoys her meals and has been know to have THREE helpings at times, so must be good!!

After seeing a number of nursery's, Lime Grove was the one that offered the most confidence to us as new parents and would recommend to anyone who is looking for excellent childcare!

Overall Experience

We visited several nurseries before choosing Lime Grove and were delighted with our choice. Both of our children have thoroughly enjoyed it, building great relationships with their key workers, staff, and other children. The resources are excellent and geared towards the development of the children.

April is the Interim Manager of Lime Grove Day Nursery in Hemel Hempstead and has a wealth of experience, having worked at Childbase since 2009. April has a BA (Hons) Degree in Early Years.

What is your favourite part of working at Lime Grove?

We have a well-established team with long-standing staff members, lovely team morale, and a great place to work. We have a beautiful partnership with parents who have been through the nursery 2/3 times over. It's a stunning setting with beautiful garden spaces.

What are you most proud of about your nursery/team?

The team strive for excellence every day, wanting the best for all our families. They are dedicated to making their rooms exciting with lots of learning opportunities ready and waiting for our children to explore.
