Cherry Tree Bilingual Day Nursery is for all children and all parents who believe in early learning and having the best possible head start in life.

The nursery is greatly influenced by the work of psychologists such as Montessori, Piaget and Konrad Lorenz who believed most children are born with tremendous powers and sensitive periods for learning. These periods from birth to five years are vital and crucial to the child’s whole future.

Second language learning (Spanish) is introduced during the children's daily routine in a fun way by in-house native Spanish teachers. Children are greeted in Spanish (hola, Buenos dias, como estas?) and asked during the day at meals times if they would like milk or juice (Leche, or Zumo) for breakfast. Children sing nursery rhymes and learn parts of the body, days of the week, months of the year and the colours in Spanish.

Staff have on-going training and a key worker system is in place to make sure parents get regular feedback and that each individual child has their development prioritised.

Children enjoy fun sessions of Spanish language and can benefit from access to a large garden, farm animals plus musical activities with guitar, piano, saxophone and percussion.

My daughter has been attending Cherry Tree Bilingual Day Nursery since September, she loves going and always tells me about her day and all the fun activities she gets up to.
The staff are all so lovely and friendly with a smile on their faces. The facilities for the children are really good, especially
the outside space, I don't have a bad word to say about them and would recommend to friends.

All three of my sons attend Cherry Tree Bilingual Day Nursery. It is a fantastic nursery, they thoroughly enjoy all the Spanish they learn, often coming home repeating phrases. Staff are very friendly and very relaxed with the children which is important as they feel very comfortable here. I would recommend
this nursery to friends again and again.

The best thing about this nursery is the staff they are really caring and love my children, it is very familiar and they really make an effort to understand them and take care of them. The management are very flexible and understanding and always answer any calls promptly. They're open to discuss any

My daughter has enjoyed her time at Cherry Tree and built a good relationship with the staff. She loves all the singing and now has started to speak Spanish which is down to the time spent with the staff at Cherry Tree. She loves going to nursery and is confident. My son recently joined Cherry Tree Nursery he has only ever been with myself and close family since he was newborn, he found the whole experience overwhelming, the staff have been nothing short of amazing so caring, patient and so helpful with his transition. He has come on so much in the short time

Very happy with the care provided and learning activities. My child loves going there, always happy, sing a lot of songs in English and Spanish. I also like the nurseries outdoor facilities and that kids are shown how to care for animals and plants. Love to see them spend a lot of time outdoors.

I'd like to recommend Cherry Tree Bilingual Day Nursery to all my friends because of the staff and manager, they are quite helpful and friendly. They look after the babies and kids very well. A few staff, in particular, are excellent, they provide a high-quality service as much as they can. We cannot
be working without them. I like them a lot. All staff have been trained very well. I can't say thank you enough. Well done all staff and managers.

My daughter has been attending Cherry Tree for three years. She has always been very happy and settled in very quickly. The environment is always happy and loving, and the staff are great, always helpful, caring and nurturing. My daughter has learnt good skills and early education skills including the

Cherry Tree Bilingual Day Nursery / English-Spanish has been a real blessing to me and my daughter. My daughter has shown great development in adding up, recognising the alphabet, and writing the letters and sounding out words. She has learnt the colours and numbers in Spanish. She enjoys the singing,
playing inside/outside and feeding the rabbit a carrot which she provides from home. The manager and her team provide a safe and happy place which makes me happy that my daughter's wellbeing is taken care of. My daughter has made a lot of friends and always tells me what a great day she has had.

My name is Dalia Ros I have been in childcare since 1988
and providing childcare services to my local community


For many years I have been hoping to find a superman to join me in this beautiful field of education and childcare.


After many years of searching and beginning to think that Mr Right did not exist, I found him miles away in another country, another continent that day I saw him stars and lights engulfed his face.


We immediately new that we were made for each other. After knowing each other for three weeks we married and then realised we were sole mates.


Cherry Tree Bilingual Nursery became more like a second home to our children homely, full of joy, love and care. Where our children learn to love nature by looking after and caring towards our pets, garden and vegetable patch.
