Cherry Tree Bilingual Day Nursery is for all children and all parents who believe in early learning and having the best possible head start in life.

The nursery is greatly influenced by the work of psychologists such as Montessori, Piaget and Konrad Lorenz who believed most children are born with tremendous powers and sensitive periods for learning. These periods from birth to five years are vital and crucial to the child’s whole future.

Second language learning (Spanish) is introduced during the children's daily routine in a fun way by in-house native Spanish teachers. Children are greeted in Spanish (hola, Buenos dias, como estas?) and asked during the day at meals times if they would like milk or juice (Leche, or Zumo) for breakfast. Children sing nursery rhymes and learn parts of the body, days of the week, months of the year and the colours in Spanish.

Staff have on-going training and a key worker system is in place to make sure parents get regular feedback and that each individual child has their development prioritised.

Children enjoy fun sessions of Spanish language and can benefit from access to a large garden, farm animals plus musical activities with guitar, piano, saxophone and percussion.

Cherry Tree Bilingual Day Nursery has been amazing in supporting me and my baby in settling in. They are informative about my baby's day and help with his development. He is always happy to see his support workers when I drop him off. The staff are always courteous and smile genuinely with a welcome.

Both my sons have been using this nursery for many years. This nursery is very clean and all the staff are lovely and friendly. We are given regular updates on how our son is doing which is very reassuring.

Since the very first time I spoke to the team at Cherry Tree Bilingual Day Nursery, they have always given me the time and listened to my children’s needs. The staff are always professional and maintain a constant high standard that all other nurseries should work towards.
I am so sad for my daughter's
last day but I know that the relationship will still be there with my second daughter and for when we need childcare during the school holidays.

From our very first conversation, we were made to feel welcome. Our little girl took quite a while to settle and everyone at the nursery were so kind and patient. She absolutely loves it now and skips into preschool chatting away! Her confidence has grown and she loves singing songs to us in Spanish.
As parents, we feel very comfortable sending our daughter into the nursery as we know it is a very safe, secure, nurturing and loving environment - home away from home!

My son has been at this nursery for a full three years now, and they have always kept his best interests in mind. All of the carers are very friendly and know him very well. There is a great focus on being kind. When my son has become fascinated with things like the moon, or fog, they have built these
into the activities. He eats very well there. He always says how nice the food is - and he enjoys the outdoor space a lot too (which is split into different areas of play).

My daughter has attended this nursery for more than a year. She is very happy. She loves the staff members and environment. She enjoys the food in nursery which is healthy and balanced. They have a wide range of activities, my daughter learns a lot every day. I appreciate that the communication with
the nursery is excellent. If I have any concerns or questions I can always contact the manager or the member of staff. I like the fact that the nursery can always provide an extra session for my child if I need it. I can highly recommend this nursery to children of any age from baby to preschool. Thank you!

My daughter looks forward to attending nursery every day. She shares her experiences with me, also her interaction with her teachers and friends, especially her Spanish lessons. In terms of covid-19 infection policies, I personally commend the team for doing an awesome job from what I have observed
when I drop my daughter off. They do a daily temperature screen as well as disinfecting her shoes and getting her to wash her hands. My daughter speaks highly about her meals as she always eats all of it.

My son has attended Cherry Tree since January and I can't imagine a better nursey for him. His behaviour has changed. He is kind now, he has learnt to share, he is full of compassion and is really calm. He is learning here really quickly and I know it is because he really loves going here and he is
happy every day he can come to nursery. He really loves his teacher. He likes to play with other kids. He loves to bake, circle time, painting, learning how to care about pets and many more. He loves eating here and generally our life is better now because he is in good hands!

If there is any other place where you can leave your little ones with peace of mind it's definitely Cherry Tree Bilingual Day Nursery!
For my little one, it's the 2nd home.

with you beyond your expectations.
It might not look very posh or too spacious as other professional daycares are, but the care you get for kids is incomparable. Real Gem!

My name is Dalia Ros I have been in childcare since 1988
and providing childcare services to my local community


For many years I have been hoping to find a superman to join me in this beautiful field of education and childcare.


After many years of searching and beginning to think that Mr Right did not exist, I found him miles away in another country, another continent that day I saw him stars and lights engulfed his face.


We immediately new that we were made for each other. After knowing each other for three weeks we married and then realised we were sole mates.


Cherry Tree Bilingual Nursery became more like a second home to our children homely, full of joy, love and care. Where our children learn to love nature by looking after and caring towards our pets, garden and vegetable patch.
