Tops Day Nurseries: Havant Nursery

My 2year old started in January this year and he absolutely loves it the staff are amazing and the care they give the children is amazing I wouldn't send my child anywhere else he's learning has been brilliant.

Thank you for all the hard work you put in to make my daughters experience at nursery a positive one.

My daughter loves attending nursery and always comes home with a lot to say about her day and the activities she's been up too.

The only thing I wish there was, was a form to fill in so that don't have a phone call for every minor bump to the head. I worry he has had a major accident when I get called at work and would be happy to just be told on collection - and maybe save valuable staff time too.

I have nothing but complete respect and confidence in the Tops Day Nurseries Havant branch to look after my children. They are all so caring and I have never had a bad experience with them. The facilities are superb for young children.

Lovely staff, always so kind and helpful, with my child always so happy to be dropped off and happy when collected. Would not send her anywhere else. They all really take care with the children and look after them great. Thank you.

My daughter loves coming to the nursery and has made some amazing friends. She enjoys her lunches and tea when she’s there and is always happy to tell us about her day at nursery.

I wouldn't send my children to any other nursery in the area.

My daughter has been going to Tops Havant since January 2022 and has come such a long way under their care. Her speech has come on impeccably and she absolutely loved the staff in the investigator's room. She has moved into the preschool room this past January a couple of months early and whilst she seems a bit sceptical she still seems to enjoy it and has lots of fun whilst learning loads. All of the staff are lovely and are so good with her. The only slight issue I have is that I wish communication was better. I’m not very good at asking for information (which I know is a fault of mine) but I wish they were more forthcoming with information and would communicate changes and progress more regularly. For example, my daughter moved to preschool room in January and I still haven’t been told who her new key person is. When she was moved to preschool room I was told it would be communicated beforehand and explained but I picked her up one day and she had just been moved. Overall, it’s a fab nursery

My son started this nursery in April 2021 and has completely thrived in the setting. He is profoundly deaf and so I needed somewhere that could accommodate his needs. The nursery as a setting and the staff as individuals have been amazing! They have all had extra training to understand his needs and how his equipment works and his specialist teacher of the deaf said she was amazed that when she offered training to the setting, every single member of staff attended after hours as she has never had that uptake with any other setting. My son loves going there and gets excited every morning when he knows that’s where he is going, they do loads of activities with the children including cookery club and forest school. Would recommend this nursery to everyone. We love it!

My daughter has only been going since the start of this term. And she has come along so much in her confidence. Very friendly, happy to help and work with you to give the best needs for our daughter. Not only in school but also there for anything after school.

I cannot fault this nursery and staff at all. They have all been very accommodating to my son who has really struggled to settle in as he has always been with me. They have catered to all his needs and have always kept me in the loop with what they are going to do to help settle him. They have not only put my son ease, but me too. The staff have taken the time to talk to me about how he has is getting on and made suggestions for us to make the transition a little easier for him. My son comes out smiling, and although he still finds the drop offs difficult, I know as soon as I leave he is in safe hands and is going to have an enjoyable day.

Amazing dedicated staff at Tops Day Nurseries: Havant Nursery. Our son has been going since February and he has progressed so much since attending. He is a lot more confident, will play with other children and is learning so many new words. The girls are great with keeping us up to date on what they have been doing each day via the app. Very good food options are also offered as our son attends for lunch and snacks, which are varied with a menu sent out beforehand. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere safe for your children.

I generally can not express how good this nursery is. My son has some additional needs but they cater for him perfectly and his keyworker is amazing and supportive! All the staff are really care for the children and support all there needs.

My granddaughter started at Tops Havant in September 2021 and loved it straight away she settled very quickly in the explorer's room and always has a smile for the team who look after her and a lovely smile when I pick her up. The staff are very friendly and helpful they will go out their way to make sure we are fully informed of how her days been and what she has been doing. This is an amazing nursery and the nursery manager and deputy manager have been very accommodating with my daughters shift work so I can regularly pick my granddaughter up with ease and also with supporting her dietary needs
