Good Manors Day Nursery Miller Drive is a purpose-built, spacious nursery where children can explore and have fun. At Miller Drive, the nursery aim to be providing high quality childcare, within a stimulating and safe environment, encouraging learning and development.        

The nursery has three large, light-filled rooms with plenty of space for the children to explore. All the rooms have been carefully designed to engage the children’s curiosity as they grow and develop.        

The setting has been designed to support the needs of your child. The ground floor location allows for all of the rooms to free flow to the outside space, encouraging indoor and outdoor learning throughout the day. Each room also includes age-appropriate resources in order to engage with each child as they progress through the nursery.

The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child. One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.                

The enclosed and secure garden is well equipped and has a climbing frame, climbing wall, vegetable patch, sand pit, mud kitchen and a playhouse. The garden also has a retractable awning, which allows safe, all-day access even in the height of summer.                

The nursery liaise with local primary schools to ensure that children are well prepared for the next stage in their education when they time comes for them to venture off to ‘big school’.

A really good nursery that provides a better service than other, more expensive nurseries in the area.
The staff are great with our son and good at communicating with us about his development.
They have always been able to accommodate our needs, often at short notice, which is a big help.

My son was looked after at this nursery from age 2 and is still attending their after school club (aged 6). The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and are happy to answer any questions you may have. My son loves being here, he has always been happy and never had any problems. I wouldn't hesitate
to recommend this nursery to anyone that wanted a safe, happy, enjoyable experience for their child.

My little boy joined this nursery just before Christmas 2016 and he is now 14 months old (March 2017). My little man has always been a bit nursery shy, he still cries when I drop him off now, but he thoroughly enjoys his time when he gets settled. I think I would have given up with nursery a long time
ago if it wasn't for the lovely ladies at Good Manors at Miller Drive. Their patience and perseverance building up my little boy's confidence is working wonders and I'm feeling a lot better too. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others, others in the area just don't come close, and I've examined most of them!!! Keep up the good work.

Both of my youngest children have attended Good Manors. It is a wonderful nursery and has taken good care of my children and given me a great deal of support and understanding over the years (my child's key worker was instrumental in getting them out of nappies and on to the toilet).


Its staff are

friendly, kind and above all knowledgeable. The management of the nursery is faultless and has always been flexible in accommodating my many requests. The environment is stimulating and full of excellent learning opportunities (there are always lots of new toys being introduced into the areas). The days are very well planned and structured and staff obviously know the children in their care very well.


I really do feel that Good Manors offers excellent value for money and I would not hesitate in recommending it to other parents.
