Good Manors Day Nursery Miller Drive

I love this nursery. We moved from London and the nursery we were at was exceptional but this is even better. The staff are wonderful and very supportive and responsive and both my children have excelled. I could not be happier

The nursery has a great reputation in the area. The staff are fantastic and it's such a shame that key people are leaving as they have really given that personal touch which is needed with families. The learning, activities and reports on the app are great. It is a shame that there are less social media photos and updates, specifically for the nursery now that it's under a larger company. The management team at the nursery are quick to respond to any questions. I've never had any safeguarding concerns. The main issue we have is that the menu, which has been in place for the last few months, has food on offer which is less suitable for the average 3/4-year-old. Our son eats a variety of food and is a good eater outside of nursery but has recently eaten barely any of his main meals. Whilst I understand that fees have to go up with the cost of living, the change to holiday reduction has been disappointing as it means that's a significant amount of money lost if you wish to spend any time away.

Overall we have been very happy and everyone is very friendly!

I love the feel of our nursery - all the staff are really friendly and the additional care taken of the children is fantastic. For example, a special Mother’s Day afternoon tea was organised with homemade biscuits and cakes. This was a really lovely thought for parents to enjoy (and the cakes were absolutely amazing thank you to the chef!) I really value the updates on the app and so would really like these to continue and be as detailed as possible.

Great nursery and amazing staff. Always helpful and supportive. Great activities, especially the Mother's Day afternoon tea. The nursery app is not great but besides this, it is a great nursery and our daughter is really happy.

Time will tell! The manager has been fab running the nursery. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

My daughter has always loved going to nursery. She has learnt so much from going there as well as becoming a very confident social child. All of the staff are great with her, they really go out of their way to relay any achievements or concerns with us. I am confident when my son starts at Good Manors he will thrive as much as my daughter has.

Great nursery. There is always a busy schedule of activities whether it be messy play, baking or crafts. The meals are great and varied. The staff are friendly. My daughter comes home having learnt something new most days.

One amazing nursery and playschool, both my son at present and my older daughter came to this playschool and wow they are fantastic, the keyworkers and management are excellent. They do everything in their power to help, excel our children and you always know they are there if you need anything answered. The confidence my children have I do beleive comes down to the playschool, I will always recommend them. You feel safe when you have to leave the children there and feel so comfortable with them all.

My two boys started at the nursery in October last year and have loved going ever since. They settled in really quickly and look forward to going. They’re always exhausted when they get home after a busy day getting involved with all the different activities on offer. They have both come on so much in their learning and development since attending and I just wish they started at the nursery sooner. The staff are amazing and always keep you updated. I would definitely recommend the nursery to friends and family.

My son only attends nursery one day a week and didn't start attending until he was 21 months old. He found it very difficult to settle and was emotional most of the day for the first few weeks. The staff were so patient and kind to him, and encouraged me to keep sending him even though I had my doubts he would settle. Over the weeks the tears at drop off became less and now he goes in without even a backwards glance. He is developing well in all areas and is growing in confidence. I am sure this is due to all he learns at nursery. Thank you!

We have been using Good Manors for the past 4 years since our 1st child and we really got lucky with this nursery. They all are wonderful and could not be more caring. We had some speech delay issues with our 2nd child and they made big efforts to assist providing 1 to 1 time. Our children have always come home happy and given the opportunity to try a huge range of fruit and vegetables. We have recommended already to two of our friends who have sent two more children each and all love the nursery.

Staff is very friendly, caring and professional. Communication is always honest and we feel we always can be open to discuss if anything we like could be done differently which would benefit our child. To find a very good nursery is so important for every parent and we feel like we found one.

I think it is an extraordinary nursery. My daughter goes there and she enjoyed it thought it was amazing.

My children have all attended Good Manors and I have always been impressed with the caring and informative nurture of all the staff. I really couldn't have picked a better nursery. My children have made friends for life through the nursery and they always come home smiling from the wonderful day they've had. The staff always go out of their way and are so informative when it comes to telling me how my children's day has been or answer any queries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to all parents.

Great nursery and antastic staff. My little boy started in January and he is settling in so much better than I expected and this is largely due to the relationships he has with the staff. I love the number of activities the children do and the amount of garden time. Great selection of food at mealtimes and excellent communication from the management team. Thank you Good Manors.

Excellent nursery with lovely staff. Always so accommodating with our child’s requirements/progress and also with our working hours. We are always kept updated with our child’s development and activities he has joined in with. We would always recommend Good Manors to other parents.

My child always comes home really happy after his nursery. He has a problem with speech, since he joined Good Manors we can see his progress. It comes slowly but at least he progresses. His key person, always keeps us up to date about his development which is really good and helpful. She spends 30 minutes with him when she can. And the other team member are amazing as well. Thank so much for helping me and my partner look after our kids.

Our son has attended nursery since January and absolutely loves it. The staff are very attentive and regularly update us using the app. The facility is very clean and there is plenty of activities for the children. The parents evenings and Christmas events are great and keep the parents engaged.

My son has flourished and it's a great place for children to start prior to going to school. Love the new app.
