Cygnets Day Nursery

I am very happy with Cygnets Day Nursery. My daughter is happy to go there and play with everyone. The staff are lovely and everyone there is very helpful and friendly. My daughter speaks three languages and I was worried about it. But her English is so good. Very happy with everything.

I would highly recommend Cygnets.

Staff a bit lacking in advice and opinion of what our child is up to during the day and seem more interested to say what the lunch was that was served.

Overall, Cygnets is a wonderful nursery with staff who are friendly and helpful. Our daughter loves to attend and goes in very happy at drop off, which confirms that she enjoys it there. Any issues we had were quickly resolved by the manager and staff (this was regarding the updates on the app). Our daughter's development has progressed so much in the last year since starting Cygnets.

My daughter loves Cygnets. Is always happy to attend. Lots of activities, and she loves forest school.

What a fantastic nursery. Every member of staff is smiley, supportive, and happy to help wherever possible. My child can be slow to warm up with the clever coaxing, extra jobs in the setting, and incredible patience they now are brimming in confidence and ready for their academic step. I cannot thank Cygnets and the team enough, highly recommend and regularly do!

We've has three children attend Cygnets and all have been well cared for, nurtured and prepared for school well. Our youngest attended from three months which was a difficult decision but we knew she would be in good hands.

My son was in Cygnets care two days a week from 10 months until two days before he started reception. We could not have asked for anything better from them. From the cuddles, he received as a baby, to the wonderful food the staff prepare. The support, encouragement, kindness and basic skills they provided him with. We will always be grateful to the manager and her fantastic team.

I cannot recommend Cygnets Day Nursery enough. I have had two children attend there and both have loved it, the level of care, attention and the facilities offered are outstanding. The staff are all welcoming and enjoy what they do, resulting in happy children which is overall the main thing.

They say that it takes a village to raise a child, and Cygnets has been a huge part of our village. They have helped not only my son but myself, through some huge changes in our lives and now that he is leaving to go to school, I have a lot of thanks for them in the role that they have played in preparing him for his next step. I cannot fault the cheery, smiley faces greeting you when you arrive in the morning and the mouth-watering smell of the children's lunch every time I've picked him up. The sound of the children playing, laughing and having fun greets you when you walk through the doors (and sometimes when you get out of the car in the car park!) I cannot recommend Cygnets enough to anyone looking for a wonderful environment for their child.

Ladies - keep on doing what you do!

Brilliant nursery, staff, resources and environment. My child has loved every minute of his two years here and will miss it when he goes up to school.

A great atmosphere, very tasty meals and exciting activities! Also, the whole place always seems very clean.

I have been very impressed with this nursery both of my children attended. My daughter is already at school but my son is loving every minute, they have a fantastic outdoor play area. Staff are always friendly. The management are fantastic. I cannot praise this nursery enough.

My son has been attending Cygnets since he was 10 months (he is about to turn 2). He settled in very quickly due to the incredible staff - attentive, personal and they seem genuinely happy to work there. Communication home is fantastic - I love to see the huge range of activities that my son gets up to every day! My son has some SEN, which was quickly identified and supported by his key worker and SENCo and they are brilliant at working with his health professionals - nothing is too much trouble for the staff there - a superb nursery!

It's great to know that if you leave your little ones with someone they will always provide for their security and welfare.

The staff are lovely and encourage my child in the best possible way.

I will be sending my son next year.

My daughter has been going to Cygnets Day Nursery for 2 years. The staff are very welcoming and have built up a strong relationship with her. She enjoys going and her confidence has grown. They have done a fantastic job preparing her for school and the nursery will be missed in September.
