Cygnets Day Nursery

Fantastic, welcoming nursery. Offers a wide range of activities and experiences. Children are happy and engaged. We as parents are regularly updated and feel included in our childs nursery journey.

After the first month of nursery I can say that I am very satisfied with the services of Cygnets Day Nursery. I really like the staff, they are kind and give us time to introduce ourselves each day. My daughter is happy to go to nursery every time, we really like the weekly physical activities, I think they are very important both physically and mentally for the harmonious development of a child. I can also note that there is a balance between the number of teachers and the number of chidren, they take care of them permanently and make sure that everything is okay. Thank you for taking care of our children, all the best.

Our son spent 2 years at Cygnets Day Nursery and we could not have been happier with the care he received. The staff are kind, available for any queries, and always loving. The activities, with special theme days throughout the year, weekly sport sessions, forest school, French lessions. The monthly newsletters ensure parents know what is going on, and the wonderful Christmas concert, sports day and bird world outing allow families to connect with each other.

It has been amazing to watch our little one grow in confidence and independence.

The communication from the team is excellent. We love receiving daily updates and photos that give us insight into what our child has been doing throughout the day.

We are so greatful to have found Cygnets. It feels like a second home and we can't recommend it highly enough.

I have two sons and have experienced three different nurseries - Cygnets Nursery has by far been the best. My younger son felt like he was part of a loving and caring family here. What impressed me most was how parents can collect their child at any time - showing the nursery's openness and confidence in their care. My son was always clean, happy, and well looked after. The staff are Happy, warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can sense the positive, non-toxic atmosphere the moment you enter. Another big strength is the stability of the team - many staff have been there for over 10 years, and each child has a consistent key worker who builds real trust over time. That made a huge difference in his experience. I'm truly thankful for the love and peace of mind this nursery gave us. Special thanks to all the amazing staff and to the wonderful manager. We have been extremely happy with the quality of care provided over the years our son has attended. The staff are attentive and friendly and know all the children like their own, nothing is too much. The staff have worked at the setting for a long time and are clearly happy, which shows in their care. The school provides a great setting, indoors and outdoors, and extra activities are well planned. You pay for quality care, and it definitely is. We couldn't have picked a better easy years setting.

Cygnets Day Nursery has provided 4 years of care for my two children. I have felt so safe, reassured and in the loop constantly. My children have liked ALL the staff over the years and so have I. The safety, cleanliness, facilities and management have all been brilliant. The outside space was the main reason I chose the nursery and I have no regrets at all. Thank you for 4 years of support and being an important part in my children's stories.

We are so over the moon with Cygnets, it's nothing short of excellent. Our little boy started in Oct at 10 months old and has developed leaps and bounds, of which I'm certain Cygnets has undoubtedly helped. It's abundantly clear how much our son loves his time here. The staff are wonderful, friendly and caring towards all the children. Communication is brilliant and they are extremely accommodating towards any requests you have. The food is definitely worth a mention too. They have a lovely chef on site cooking fresh and nutritious food. It's clear that the nursery is very well managed and kept impeccably clean. I would without doubt recommend Cygnets.

The entire team at Cygnets are fantastic. From the moment you walk through the door to drop your child off you are greeted warmly and your child by name (even if the staff member doesn't work with your child). The updates received via the app are great, show what your little one is getting up to. At the end of the day day, when collecting, the team take the time to fill you in on your child's day, they know the smallest details really showing care and attention. Cygnets is great, my daughter loves her time here.

Absolutely over the moon with Cygnets! All of the staff are caring, friendly, and welcoming and our daughter has flourished and grown so much in confidence since attending. The activities that are organised are brilliant and our daughter especially loves to dress up and have fun on the themed days and do sports in the garden with her friends. The food and meals are fab and the garden is such a great big space and wonderful for the children to play outdoors and explore.

Fantastic homely setting with great indoor and outdoor play areas. Dedicated staff who communicate excellently. My son loves attending here.

This is a wonderful nursery. The staff greet all children by name with a smile every morning. The staff are unfailingly friendly, patient, kind and sensitive to the little ones' needs and those of parents/grandparents. Feedback to my daughter is excellent and her little one has thrived and progressed with fun, safety and individual development top of the agenda. Can't praise them enough!

You should always see all the settings in the area, however we firmly believe Cygnets is the best.

We are always given lovely detailed updates on the app and also when collecting him. My son loves the staff at Cygnets and the setting. Very happy with them and my son thrives here.

Fab learning with the children!

My daughter has a wonderful time at Cygnets Nursery. The staff are all so friendly and kind and she's always so happy to see them when she's dropped off. The activities in the Hummingbird Room are so well tailored to the enjoyment of learning and developmental needs of those in the class, and it's the highlight of mine and my husband's day getting learning updates on the app. A truly exceptional nursery.

Brilliant nursery!

My Granddaughter has attended Cygnent Day Nursery for the last 3 years, during that time I am amazed at how much she has learned about planets, animals, and life in general. All the staff are lovely, friendly and professional and nothing it too much trouble. I would highly recommend this preschool to anyone as I am happy that my granddaughter is safe, and secure and absolutely loves going to school. Her brother started 1 and a half years ago and also progressing well and enjoys every day at preschool.

Both my Son and I will miss Cygnets it has been a great journey and has at my son up very well as he moves on to school.
