Cygnets Day Nursery

My daughter went here and I have to say the staff was amazing with her. She had never been without me until she went to nursery and although she would kick and scream going in she also never wanted to leave. They keep you updated throughout the day on an app! The food is all cooked in-house and such a wide variety of food. Amazing staff and an amazing nursery, I love it that much because my youngest will be going here in January.

Cygnets have been great for us and our son. They have tailored their care to his individual needs and have been accommodating and flexible as our needs have changed which has made life a lot easier. The staff are caring and I can't thank them enough for how they have cared for us as our son has started nursery. I'm pleased we chose them.

My daughter has been at Cygnets for the last 3 years and we cannot fault the care given. She loves going which to us is the most important thing. We love that there are separate rooms and outside areas for each stage and the child-led approach to activities has meant she has always got the most out of her day. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the nursery as a whole are as accommodating and helpful as possible. The food offered is great, hot and cold meals with a wide variety and strong focus on fruit and veg.

Cygnets has been a fantastic fit for us since day 1. Our child started there at 19 months old and was very comfortable very quickly. All staff are friendly and committed to keeping us reassured and informed about each day's activities and the overall progress of our child. Would highly recommend.

Cygnet Day Nursery is an amazing nursery where my son has developed so many new skills, starting from dressing and speaking. The staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond their responsibilities. Beautiful outside area for the children to play in. My son absolutely loves his time at the nursery.

Excellent nursery - staff are friendly and take time each day to tell me what my child has been up to. My child loves it and skips in every day! He has developed so much with the other kids in his room.

Cygnets Day Nursery has been amazing with my daughter, I couldn’t have picked a better nursery if I tried! All the staff are so friendly and kind. They go above and beyond always, to help the children strive and achieve.

Lots of activities, internal and external, have been planned throughout his time there as well, which is brilliant. All in all, a brilliant nursery.

My daughter attends Cygnets Day Nursery and absolutely loves it. The staff are fantastic all-round, communication is never an issue and I receive detailed updates daily and through the app they use for any general nursery updates or her development. I am thrilled with the progress my daughter is making and cannot thank the staff enough for all they do. You can tell they absolutely love their jobs and I couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

My little boy has grown so much in confidence since starting Cygnets Day Nursery. He adores the girls within the room and always gives them a big smile. The staff have been a huge help with offering advice and supporting us and him with their home-from-home approach. Both my son and daughter have attended Cygnets Day Nursery and their time spent there has been amazing. From walking in the door on the first visit, I can tell the care, dedication and passion the whole team showed. We felt so welcome and could tell how happy the environment was. Cygnets Day Nursery is the best choice I could so for my three-year-old boy. Super friendly and honest staff, fresh and varied meals for kids, lots of activities referring to every child's age and needs. Being a single mum all the staff were very supportive and understanding, becoming my new best tactic in my son's educational process. They help me a lot in putting a strong stake in my son's development and I'll never be able to recommend and tell them thank you enough.

We love the staff at Cygnets; they are so caring and create great bonds with the children. The outside space is great, very natural, with lots of digging and mud kitchen activities available. The daily app is great at keeping us in the loop, and staff respond to queries very quickly. Our daughter has just potty trained, and we found it really easy with the ladies at Cygnets. They told us everything that happened that day and supported our daughter, who can be sensitive at times. I’m really happy with the food at Cygnets; the choice is varied and healthy. I think gives them a taste of something different with every menu change. We are very happy with the nursery and recommend it to our friends and family!

Cygnets is a lovely nursery. My little girl has been going here since she was one and has loved every moment. Every room has friendly staff, and well-planned activities get published for us to see. My youngest is now at the nursery, and again is so happy and goes in every morning with no problems.

My eldest daughter is going to Cygnets Day Nursery and she is going to start year 'R' in September. I got lots of positive things to say about Cygnets. First, about the staffing, the staff are excellent, so caring and patient. I have seen many children crying when they are going home after nursery. That is really unusual. I think it's just because of the good staffing. They celebrate the special days (e.g. Father's/Mother's Day) and make some cards which help the children to understand these special days. I'll never forget about the sports day activities and the parents invited as well to support and see their little ones playing on that day. Cygnets Nursery is well organised and also the best in childcare.

He has made friends and settled in and he enjoys the outdoor space that is available - made out of natural materials. Highly recommend this nursery.
