Very happy with both our children's progress and how they are both happy in the setting.

I have been extremely happy with my son's progression and confidence at Southampton Day Nursery, I would like to commend the manager and the assistant manager for their professionalism, sensitivity and genuine care over the past few months. They have identified the individual needs/activities to enable a smooth settling in period for my son and more recently my daughter. The staff are very smiley and welcoming in nursery and baby room. The 3rd in charge has been very keen to ensure my daughter needs have been met to ensure her being happy and settling in. I would recommend Southampton Day Nursery.

My son is enjoying pre-school and the staff are really good at looking after him and teaching him things he needs to prepare for, for school next year.

Since our son started at 10 months, we have been really pleased with the staff and the facilities. The settle sessions were great to build relationships with the staff, so when our son started, we were happy to leave him and he really enjoys going. I would really recommend the nursery to others.

Our son thoroughly enjoys his time at the nursery. He looks forward to his days and often does not want to leave. We have always been pleased with his care and the high level of care he receives. There is a variety of activities offered. As a result, he enjoys learning and is continually improving and gaining skills.

I am very happy with the service that the nursery are providing. My older son who is now 6 went here from 18 months until he started school and now my second son is here who has just turned 2 years old. The staff are friendly and experienced and I like that there is not a high staff turnover and lots of familiar faces. Both my boys have been very happy here.

My son came to the nursery after having cleft palate surgery. The staff have been so helpful and accommodating to his needs. I have felt fully supported as a parent during his time here, and feel the staff are fully invested in his development. In particular, the seven-week settling in period was a godsend which other nurseries just didn't seem to offer. I'd highly recommend this nursery to others.

We have been so pleasantly surprised to find my sons settling in sessions to be such a rewarding and enjoyable experience. To see him develop and enjoy himself, whilst we all build trusting relationships with his dedicated carers. There is always a friendly welcome and the attention to detail has been exceptional. I never expected the transition back to work would be a positive time, but it really has been and I'm very grateful to the team at Southampton Day Nursery. I'm pleased with the help and guidance the staff and key workers provide with my children. I would recommend highly.

My child started 4 weeks ago, we had lots of settling in sessions which helped lots. The staff are great and I feel my son is well looked after, safe and happy there. It is very expensive but clearly I want the best for my child. The nursery has been very welcoming. I am very happy with the whole experience so far.

I have been impressed from the start with this nursery. From the thorough settling in sessions to the detailed development plans that are created for my daughter, the professionalism displayed has been second to none. My daughter has special needs and the staff have received special medical training to help her with her care. I love the way that they talk to her and the hands on way that they work on her development. She loves going to nursery and has come on leaps and bounds since attending.

Thankfully, she is now doing really well now and eating normally. The staff have been amazing and supported us so well during this anxious period, and enabled me to return to work. They are incredibly caring, thorough and professional, and I cannot rate them highly enough.

This is our second experience with Southampton Day Nursery and the quality of care we've received has been excellent. Our baby is currently finishing his settles and gets very excited coming to nursery. We always get a full breakdown of his session and can tell he has received the highest quality of attention and care.

I cannot thank all the staff at Southampton Day Nursery enough. The care and attention my daughter receives is fantastic. She is always happy to come to nursery and is always happy and busy when I collect her. The baby room staff have gone to great efforts to follow her routine and build great bonds with her. I love seeing all her art work and pictures that the staff take on a daily basis, and I know a lot of time and effort goes into her planning. Thank you so much.
