The outside space is small but the children don't seem to be concerned by this and spend lots of time playing here. They also utilise this space well.

She loves all the staff and children and she will miss them loads

Our little one loves going to nursery and she is happy when I pick her up. The staff are always friendly and professional. They are all always welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. I also like that if my little one isn't 100 percent in the morning they will put an update on the app or give me a call to let me know how she is getting on. The setting is laid out lovely and in a perfect location for us. The garden looks small but there is still plenty of room for the children. It's lovely knowing that I can leave my little one with the staff I feel I can trust and know that she will have a good day.

Our son loves the nursery and we couldn't ask for a better group of people to provide him with the care and love he needs. The manager really cares about the learning and outcomes for children and the communication between the nursery and us is great. Couldn't fault them!

Both of my daughters have attended this place, and we cannot express enough how impressed we are. My eldest, who is now in school, absolutely loved it and was always excited to go. As for my youngest, who is currently there, she has faced some developmental challenges, and the nursery staff have been absolutely incredible in supporting her. We have seen tremendous progress in her in so many areas. When we requested additional support, they were quick to respond and provided me with great reassurance. The entire staff are wonderful, and we have developed meaningful relationships with them. I feel completely at ease leaving my child in their care. I know I will be emotional when the day comes for her to leave.

I’m very happy with how my children have been cared for at Bright Horizons Nursery. All the staff is wonderful and the Management Team do their very best to be friendly and accommodating to your needs. Nothing is too much trouble and I feel my children are genuinely loved by their carers.

My son absolutely loves attending nursery here for 2 days a week. All of the staff are lovely and made me and my son feel welcome when he joined in April 2023. The family app is regularly updated by staff members throughout the day so I can keep track of what he has eaten, when he has napped etc. The staff regularly review his progress and have had such a positive impact on his development. Despite the smaller outdoor area, they are keen to get the children outside at every possible opportunity.

This is a Lovely nursery. My little boy enjoys going here. The outside space is a little bit on the small side but he doesn’t seem to notice. All the staff are very friendly. I like how they do 3 meals and open at 7.30 so can do early drop-offs.

Both my children went to Southampton day nursery and the staff have always been incredible. My boys loved their time there. The staff turnover is very small so the boys had the same members looking after them. It’s a very kind and caring environment and everyone is lovely. I know other parents who send their children there and they said they wouldn’t dream of using any other nursery. It’s great that it is all-inclusive, with food and nappies so you don’t need to worry about packing a bag every day. They offer loads of settling sessions and both my boys were really happy there. I personally wouldn’t use any other day nursery to look after my young children.

Great nursery and pre-school. My first child attended this nursery 5 years ago, so when we welcomed our second one, we did not hesitate to choose the same place. We are very happy with the great quality of care all the staff provide. Our child is flourishing in such a loving environment.

Naturally, as a mum, I looked at several nurseries but never felt more reassured with Bright Horizons. Parking is free and child parking bays are close with a nursery drop-off zone. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds due to the hard work of the staff and the educational activities they do for the children. The nursery provides 2-year funding. The nursery has an app that they use to post pictures of my daughter which is very reassuring especially when you’re at work all day. I know that I can call at any time and ask how she is doing. Thank you all.

My son loves this nursery and the team is brilliant. They have looked after him so well and taken all of his additional needs into consideration. My son has eczema and his key workers cream him as appropriate. My son has flourished massively since being at nursery and we are very proud parents. The rooms are great and he loves being outside in the garden. He’s gone from baby room to nursery and soon-to-be preschool. Thank you to the lovely team!

Our experience with the nursery since September of last year has been nothing but great. The staff were all professionals and made my son feel safe; I could say as my child has trouble building rapport. Kudos to the team. Thank you for all the effort and patience you place in your roles. Keep up the good job, and know that we appreciate you.

Excellent nursery. Very friendly and amazing at helping our child grow. The staff are so nice. The safeguarding is brilliant. Clean, tidy rooms and lots for the children to do. The only downfall is the amount of outdoor space. The nursery does really well with the use of space they have.

My daughter loves the nursery, and I know she’s safe and having fun every day. I love the materials used and the activities; plus, her key person is amazing. She shows that she really knows my child and is very attentive.
